Summary[]
An admirer of Justice Man turned into a Cape through a downward spiral of abuse and escapism, who suddenly is teleported into a car outside Constantinople. A brief series of insanity ensues.

Intangibility (Most of his body is unable to be attacked, outside of a small core near the center. Even through this core, was able to evade through the electrons of Card Guy's shockwave), Inorganic Physiology (Type 2, is just a power generated cloud. By transforming, was able to shake off Jordan Peterson's forced cloning ability, as there wasn't any tissue to transform), Perception Manipulation (Causes anyone within the confines of his storm to start hallucinating some kind of fantasy, people looking into the storm from outside have trouble gauging the distance it is away from them, to the point that they could think it's either 5 or 100 meters away when they are 20 meters away in reality), Power Absorption (Any powers from individuals in the storm are tossed into the winds and projected outwards in some way. Managed to use this in order to turn Jordan Peterson, Matador, and Tier 17 Coin into his clones via projecting his touch power to be an aura)
