Summary

The Void Beyond is a higher realm of nonexistence, serving as the barrier and void that defines the separation between universes. It is a void that makes sure to isolate the various settings and 'genres' of an infinite amount of worlds. Its origin unknown, many believe it to have always existed, and what has been seen has merely been illusions conjured by mortal mind. The very backbone of existence itself, its nonexistence gives rise to worlds within the seas of unreality and unexistence, following unknown patterns of definitive totality. Its shallower shores allows for worlds and existence to manifest itself, but the deeper waters are where nothingness makes its home. Yet those who find themselves here return to nothing, remembering where they came from and what their origin is. In essence, it is the origin and finality of all things.

Environment: The Void Beyond is a realm of complete void and nonexistence that looks like something akin to an ocean filled with various spheres and shapes.

Passive Effects: Existence Erasure, Void Manipulation, Nonexistence Erasure, Absorption (Those who enter the Void Beyond are erased from existence, being reduced back to their most fundamental and original state as substance coming from the Void Beyond and return to the origin. This even extends to nonexistent beings such as Hakari or otherwise)

Powers and Abilities: Incorporeality, Nonexistent Physiology (Nature Types II, and III; Aspect Types I, II, III, IV, and V - As the very origin of all things and existence, the Void Beyond lacks all definitions of existence while simultaneously being the wellspring of all that is. It is a paradox of totality that is even beyond beings of nonexistence such as Hakari and otherwise), Abstract Existence (Type I - As the very existence of Void and Nonexistence itself), Beyond-Dimensional Existence (Type II - Exceeds time and space on all levels and aspects of existence as the Unexistence that both defies and defines its polar opposite), Large Size (Type XI), Acausality (Type V - As the polar opposite of existence, causality does not exist in the Void Beyond and everything only exists as static and unchanging wholes), possibly Conceptual Manipulation (Type I - Is likely responsible for the conceptual background for most worlds), Power Bestowal (Capable of creating Avatars and Heralds of its will), likely many more (The Void Beyond is the source of all Supernaturality in the entirety of the cosmos, with Supernaturality itself allowing for unique abilities and powers to manifest, along with worlds having heavily altered physics)

It is the background to the rest of existence, being akin to a pure and indistinct canvas that is transcendent over all reality as the boundary that both binds and separates all things. At the same time, it is also wholly separate from the rest of existence, as extensions and manifestations of existence and worlds are merely drawing and paintings, with the whole canvas itself remaining pure and indistinct)

• Inhabitants:
  • Omega: A name given to the selective consciousness of the primordial wellspring of Supernaturality and Imagination. Simply known as "Omega", it represents the beginning and end of all things. With eyes that are constantly closed, it dreams of worlds that sometimes eludes even its own understanding. Within the great depths of the Void Beyond, its dreams are either pushed forth to be refined and renewed, or to crumble back into nonexistence as the dreamer dreams of it no more.
  • The Four Primal Factors: Seen as dragons by mortal eyes, these beings are responsible for maintaining and refining what worlds may come from the great depths of the Void Beyond pushed into their shores. Their names are thus:
    • Amica, the Primal Factor of Water: The representation of the Sea and Ocean, she is arguably seen as the most in tune with the Void Beyond, as the Void Beyond itself does look like an ocean. As the ocean and seas bear life to be given unto land, Amica is responsible for bringing life into these worlds. Her breath leaks onto the world, forming the seeds of existence and foundation. Whether the beings gain sentience or not, is up to her brother.
    • Ignis, the Primal Factor of Fire: The representation of Fire and Determination, Ignis is responsible for bringing forth sentience and emotion into the world. Known under many names by multitudes of civilizations, none are capable of grasping its true form. From its breath, thought and conviction springs up, as it is the fire that leads all to discover. Simultaneously, it also brings despair and sorrow, as fire is both warmth and destruction.
    • Raviel, the Primal Factor of Space: Raviel came into being when it was realized that there must be rules to govern these realities. Her breath is Supernaturality in its purest form, and she brings forth cosmic laws and covenants to these worlds. She is unpredictable and wild, for no method is capable of taming her. At the same time, she is creative and imaginative, these laws being flimsy or rigid. Such cosmic order is used to structure and bring stability to the blooming cosmos so that it may maintain shape. The closest to the Shallow Shores, she watches those that float onward with a fascinated gaze.
    • Kairos, the Primal Factor of Time: Kairos is known to be the "father" of the Primal Factors, as his will is considered to be absolute. His domain is that of Time, Movement, and Destiny. He does not breathe into the worlds like his children, instead flying around them. In flapping his wings, the worlds move forward into the sea of nonexistence that is the surface of the Void Beyond. The gales and winds created from his wings form time while allowing for the movement of all things. But the last gift he grants to all worlds is their destiny, story, that marks their importance in the Void Beyond.
  • The Ayin: The Herald of the Void Beyond and its active voice, she watches over the worlds that are formed from the Four Primal Factors. She represents and instills the cosmic balance of the Beginning and End. Forever bound to her duties, she remains ever vigilant. As she watches over worlds from the shores, The Ayin makes certain that those that are formed by the Four Primal Factors do not fall into nonexistence. In addition, she eliminates any threat that may come from these worlds that try to reach the waters of Unexistence.
• Areas:
  • The Shallow Shores: The surface of nonexistence that is the Void Beyond, where worlds are seen as shining shapes and spheres. Here is where The Ayin performs her duties, flying across its waters to seek out any threat. Yet any who try to reach beyond the bounds of their worlds will find themselves here, only to return to their origin as nothing, waiting to once again be used by the dreamer.
  • The Deeper Waters: Here is where the Four Primal Factors perform their work tirelessly, where there is darkness for as long as the eye could see. Yet, one can look upwards to find glitters of diamond light casted by the worlds above. As the siblings complete their work, Kairos flies alongside the newborn world as an escort to the Shallow Shores.
  • The Origin: The deepest part of the Void Beyond, where the dreamer takes her rest. This is the Origin of all things, where all things have sprung from and will eventually return to. The selective consciousness that is Omega dreams and partakes in a cosmic slumber, her eyes forever closed as her imagination brings forth worlds that maybe she cannot understand herself. There is no "here", no "place", no "time", no "movement". There is only the black infinitude as sight itself cannot comprehend what it tries to grasp. The worlds that form are simple, crude, yet to be shaped. Rolling masses of chaos, disorder, and thought, some are pushed out into the Deeper Waters while others simply fall into oblivion and become nothing more than a dream.
