Summary[]

Vladimir Kotosvsky is one of the supporting characters of Valhalla: Hellcity. While his precise background is redacted, it is known that he was a Boxer before the Merry Christmas incident, and is now under the employ of the Alpha Centuri PMC. He initially appeared alongside Jonathan as opponents for Warrane Ambre and Xander Phoenix to test their combined abilities against, and eventually reappeared as a direct assistant during Session 13, though at the grave cost of losing his leg and arm saving Warrane from Chaos Theory.

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (While he doesn't strictly possess a vast degree of general scientific knowledge, his mental capacity and affinity with Energy is superior to Warrane Ambre at the beginning of Hellcity[11])

Standard Tactics: Vlad is a very outright fighter, primarily preferring melee assaults and using ranged if he is unable to do that. His affinity for learning new applications of his Unique Power affords him the ability to gain new ways to perform this strategy in the midst of the fight, and his previously acquired applications serve as a solid method of rounding out his capacity to pursue this approach effectively.

Weaknesses: Unable to properly control his Energy as it causes Random Events, leaving him just as vulnerable to it's effects as enemies. Has a degree of impulsiveness, leading often to decision making that gets himself hurt | Now controls his Random Events, but still impulsive | Same as before

Notable Attacks and Techniques[]

Vlad's Unique Power is a control of electromagnetism, but more notably the ability to accumulate charge through a variety of actions and special moves. With this charge, he can perform even more powerful actions with a relatively low Energy cost.

Base Moveset[]

  • Electron-Wave Punch: Similar to an Energy Attack, Vlad coats his fist in electricity to deliver a punch from up to 10 meters away, paralyzing those it hits. 25% chance of Random Event.
  • Starshower Great Impact: When near a metallic object, Vlad is capable of using his Electromagnetism to rapidly throw it up to 300 meters. 25% chance of Random Event
  • Cardiac Massage Alpha: Creates a Burst of Electricity for a 10 meter radius. 34% chance of Random Event.
  • Charge Peel Out: When near electrical structures, Vlad is capable of absorbing electricity to rapidly accumulate Charge, Energy and heal himself all at once. Each instance of this has a 20% chance of Random Event.

Charge Moves[]

  • Meteoric Risen Barrage: Vlad zips up behind an enemy up to 50 meters away before delivering a mighty strike to them. 34% chance of Random Event.
  • Flaring Bolt: Vlad gathers Charge in his hands and releases it as a bolt of lightning. Range of 100-500 meters and 25% to 50% chance of Random Event depending on Charge used.
  • Magnematicism: With Charge, Vlad is able to magnetize enemies, allowing him to land attacks more effectively and occasionally cause them to fling into nearby metallic objects.
  • Hyper Drive Ignite: Vlad expands his magnetic field, tearing metal and creating a rail in front of himself, which he uses to launch himself off. This allows him to move at thrice the speed, which can be combined with Flashstep to send him flying at fifteen times his speed instead. 34% chance of Random Event.
  • The Blue Flash: Vlad expands his magnetic field, gathering scraps of metal into a singular point where it’s accelerated by magnetic forces, magnetizing whoever it hits. Range of 1-5 kilometers, 17%-50% chance of Random Event depending on Charge used.
  • Arc Flash Overload; Savage Wolf Fury: Vlad creates a blade of Charge, before overloading his body with electricity and delivering a number of slashes on an enemy before ending with an devastating explosive slash capable of causing paralysis to any within 100 meters. Range of 50 meters. Costs 5-10 Charge. Normal hits have a 50% chance of triggering a Random Event, while the last hit is guaranteed.
