Summary[]
Utopian is the leader and creator of all Overseers, and as such, is an Universal Constant troughout all Universes, there is no other Overseer capable of matching him in battle.
While being the second strongest being in any given universe, he is not lacking of flaws, as he has an extremely idealistic view, to the point that he despises anything that is below his treshold of "perfection", he constanly monitors the sector he is in charge of, making sure each and every galaxy remains in this treshold, otherwise he deems them unworthy of existing, and proceed to destroy them, regardless of how many lifes he takes in the process, because of this ideology, he often clashes with Scorkoros´ and Asteripod´s own ideology, as they both are rather merciful beings, and allow their sectors to act freely.
Despite this, Utopian is not completely heartless as one might assume, as he claims that no innocent life should ever have to live in such cruel galaxies, because eventually, the cruelness will catch up to them and make their existence a torture. This however, does not stop Scorkoros and Asteripod from frowning upon such drastic actions
