Jay likes to create constructs out of water
I'm going to be calculating Mass-Energy conversion for Crabulon.
Crabulon:
I never thought I'd have to calculate the weight of a crab, but here I am. Anyway, Jay's height is 45 pixels while Crabulon's height is 333 pixels. Jay is 5'1", which means he's 154.94 centimeters tall. This makes Crabulon a height of 1146.556 centimeters or 11.47 meters. That seems about right.
Now we have to get Crabulon's width to account for the size increase
466 pixels, converted to centimeters is 1604 centimeters, or 16.04 meters wide. The average Dungeness crab, which this seems to be based off of, grows up to 20 centimeters across the carapace.
Ok, so normal crab is 20 centimeters across the carapace and weighs like 1.36 kilograms (3 pounds), that big boi is 1604 centimeters
((Size 2/Size 1)^3) times the mass of size 1 is what DMUA told me to use, so
((1604/20)^3) * 1.36078kg
701957.83 kilograms
Just gotta run that through Mass-Energy conversion
Mass * SoL^2 in this case would be 63088823496735865168012 joules, 15,078,590,701,896 tons, 15 Teratons, 6-B
This is a very casual feat since Jay creates magicite all the time and pumps his own mana into the pieces to recharge them.
No fucking wonder Astiria uses Magicite, this one chunk could power earth for over a century and Jay didn't even USE all of it
Calculating the energy of Mana in general[]
So I got curious. This might come into play later, but really, Who knows?
Tourmaline is probably the best comparison to use, as its spire-shaped generation is consistent with how magicite is often found.
The density of tourmaline is 3.1 grams per cubic centimeter
it's roughly a basketball-sized chunk, so you google the volume of that
7470.8625 cubic centimeters in total, giving you 23159.67375 grams, or 23.159 Kilograms.
23159.67 grams to moles
1059.4 g/mol for tourmaline
21.86 moles in total
Every mole contains6 .022e23 atoms
so 6.022e23 * 21.86 = 1.3164092e+25 atoms in total for this much magicite.
63088823496735865168012 / 1.3e25 = 0.004 joules per atom of mana. That may not sound like much, but That's 2.4 sextillion times more powerful than a normal atom's total energy.
