Summary[]
Born from the Seven-Star Dragon Ball, Super Chi Shinron is one of the new seven Shadow Dragons. He fought Gohan and Planet Kacchin and was dispatched by him using his SS4 transformation. He was created from the wish to resurrect the people of earth who were killed as a result of Syn Shenron.
