Zachery Nicer or The Plunginator is one of many villains in stick shenanigans and is most notable for being the weakest only being more powerful than Green guy He's Dr. Meance's Nephew.
He's heavily inspired by the Toiletnator.

- Toilet paper manipulation (Can use toilet paper to grab, form into different things, and even can work like a grapple hook)
