Half is the main protagonist of the Runners series. He is the mission control leader of the Runners group and the cousin to Kyori Tesla.
Half, originally Kyori Hayu, was part of a close-knit group of friends under the Steel Syndicate's rule in The Cradle. Known for his formidable combat abilities, Half went into self-imposed exile after the fall of the Steel Syndicate and the massacre orchestrated and implemented by Red Dusk. He adopted the name "Half" and became a feared and enigmatic figure, known for his three transformative states.
