Turbo Mecha Sonic, more commonly known simply as Mecha Sonic, is the main antagonist of the Friday Night Funkin' mod vs. Mecha. He arrives in the Friday Night Funkin' world looking for the 7 Chaos Emeralds.

Hex's systems were overloaded by a single emerald after just a few minutes, forcing him to shut down, meanwhile Mecha Sonic has remained entirely unaffected after absorbing all 7 emeralds)

- Spin Dash: Mecha Sonic can curl his body into a ball, both as a form of ramming attack and for flight
- Light Speed Attack: Mecha Sonic curls into his ball form and briefly charges energy, after which his speed is greatly amplified, as the name implies, this technique amplifies Mecha Sonic to light speed, causing the world around to be frozen from his perspective
- Arm Cannons: Mecha Sonic can morph his arms into various weapons, Mecha can make his arms into guns, missile launchers, energy guns and, after absorbing Updike's taser, Mecha Sonic can now turn his arms into tasers
- Chaos Control: Utilizing the power of the chaos emeralds, Mecha Sonic can warp longer distances than normal, even traveling across dimensions, Mecha Sonic usually uses the Chaos Emeralds to utilize chaos control, however he can still do so without them, as he could use chaos control to travel across dimensions to find the emeralds after they had been sent away from his original dimension
- Chaos Blast: An omnidirectional blast of energy powerful enough to completely obliterate several of Expurgation Tricky's clones, who were physically comparable to and could survive Mecha Sonic's physical attacks
- Forcefields: Mecha Sonic can create barriers around himself, these barriers could withstand attacks from Expurgation Tricky, who was physically comparable to Mecha Sonic, and remain undamaged
Intelligence: A formidable fighter, Mecha Sonic quickly deduces and exploits his enemies' weaknesses, such as when he could figure out the improbability drive was granting Tricky his powers through scanning him and use Tricky's previously destroyed stop sign to destroy the drive, fought against a clone of Sonic, easily holding his own against the latter's speed and mobility, fought Expurgation Tricky, evading attacks from Tricky's swarms of clones attacking him from all directions with various weapons and killing all of said clones[3]. Mecha Sonic makes heavy use of his teleportation both to avoid attacks and to close distance between him and his enemy, landing attacks quickly from all directions without giving his opponent any room to breathe[1]
Weaknesses: Overconfident; Mecha sees everyone else as beneath him, seemingly vulnerable to electric attacks[8], his sensors can be tricked by manipulating energy of a similar frequency to the chaos emeralds[5]
