Summary[]
The Outer Gods are a race of beings in Collapse that are seen as the technical gods of the universe. Existing in a realm known as the Ultimate Void, they were the ones who exiled Nyarlathotep and formed The Bindings in an attempt to create a prison. They are nigh-omnipotent beings in service to the Ultimate Void and its physical proxies.

Weaknesses: As the animating essence of the Ultimate Void, the Outer Gods are prone to its wishes and desires. Cannot interact with the world at large or do anything as it would result in the collapse of the universe, freeing Nyarlathotep. Because of this, they require the use of individuals to do the work for them. Once these individuals are slain, it takes thousands if not millions of years to create a new one, as they are unable to observe every single minute detail.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Observation: The main technique of the Outer Gods and their nigh-omnipotence over the fabric of reality. Through observing the world, they are capable of creating randomized events to occur. Most importantly however, is the ability to alter the fabric of reality and grant individuals great power. Through this, the Outer Gods are capable of creating what is almost a proxy for their will, and this was used feverently to keep Nyarlathotep in check in the prison, if not outright attempting to kill him.
