Summary[]
The Nine Gods are also known as the Cosmic Libra as they represent the 9 fundamental alignments of reality. Formed after the explosion of the Great Spark, their primordial forms made their way into the immense void of the plane in which they emerged and shaped it into the Material Plane, creating a temporal flow together with galaxies and planets, paying particular attention to one of them, the world of Arvan and its continent Artania.

The Gods are of similar nature to Devils, who are merely abstractions and ideas given a semblance of fleshly existence) Incorporeality, Mind Manipulation and Information Manipulation (via Command), Resistance Negation (Their abilities cannot be saved against, i.e., resisted), Automatic Translation, Extrasensory Perception (They can detect the alignments of creatures without fail; True-Seeing allows them to see through illusions, invisibility, shapeshifted forms, etc), Portal Creation, Summoning, Dimensional Travel (Gate allows them to instantly create a portal to any plane of existence, and call upon creatures within; deities typically can call on creatures from their own mythos, though it should be noted that this can include gods- other gods may choose not to come, however), Curse Manipulation (Geas and Quest force an individual to perform a stated task lest they begin to die for going against the will of the god), Teleportation, Statistics Amplification, Statistics Reduction (Gods can manipulate the statistics of players or other creatures, decreasing or increasing them as they see fit), Causality Manipulation (Gods are capable of granting wishes), BFR (They can teleport other entities wherever they wish), Social Influencing (Gods are well aware of flattery and intimidation and recognize it with ease), Empathic Manipulation, Fear Manipulation (Gods possess divine awe and horror- creatures witnessing them are either forced to grovel or reduced to trembling masses in their presence, depending on the god's attitude towards them), Analytical Prediction (Gods can recognize the actions of lesser beings and act accordingly to them before they even occur), Power Bestowal (They grant powers to their clerics), Probability Manipulation (They can grant good, or bad, luck at will), Weather Manipulation (Deities can use the weather to portray omens, such as creating rainbows), Resurrection (At a deity's behest, a soul or spirit can be returned to life), Light Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation, (Their ascension can cause holy light to appear, or blot out the sun), Explosion Manipulation (Gods accepting new divinities into their pantheons can create holy explosions on the site of ascension), Clairvoyance (Gods are aware when an entity has changed alignments), Avatar Creation, Regeneration (Mid-Godly; Gods cannot be slain by anything short of a god of greater power than their own, or a god wielding an artifact- their divine spark will always return them to life; this is stated with the fact in mind that many attacks and items destroy the soul and mind of a creature, meaning Gods return to life from even that, since it is not denied that the damage is indeed done; their Divine Spark is based on the concepts they embody), Power Nullification (Gods can destroy the Divine Sparks of those Gods lesser than themselves- this includes destroying Immortality Type 8 and Mid-Godly regen), Astral Projection (They are capable of projecting their essences into alternate universes, allowing them to enter places their true forms cannot), Reality Warping, Subjective Reality, Magic, Holy Manipulation, Unholy Manipulation (Gods in any form can use any spell of any level they please simply by willing it to happen, without the need for somatic, verbal, or material components), Shapeshifting (Gods of Lesser or higher rank may take any form they choose, with the more powerful gods being capable of taking larger shapes- Greater Gods may even be planetary in scope), Resistance to Magic, Reality Warping, Subjective Reality, Holy Manipulation, Unholy Manipulation (Spells of any type have a chance to simply not work on a god- depending on the type of god, this chance increases; for example, without a Divine Spark, a Greater God cannot be affected by magic period), Creation (Greater Gods can create objects from nothing, though doing so is draining and tires the god quickly; Created the Archetypes and the mortal races), Life Manipulation, Death Manipulation (Greater Gods may kill any number of beings as a matter of will, regardless of location or protection), Cosmic Awareness (Gods are always aware of all things occurring within a set range of themselves; Greater Gods are aware of all things happening at each moment everywhere in the multiverse, for example, and the range decreases from there), Telepathy (Gods may communicate across any planar distance, ignoring the bounds of space but not typically time), Avatar Creation (Gods can create avatars to traverse the planes as- controlling one does not require the gods' focus; the more powerful gods can create more avatars, with Greater Deities having 10, Intermediate Deities having 5, Lesser Deities having 2, and Demigods having 1; they can replace these, but often require time to do so, ranging from one day for Greater Gods to one year for Demigods- however, due to their control of time, this year or day may pass in nearly no time at all on the Prime Material), Invulnerability (Gods are assumed to be fully resistant to all abilities used on them, though this ability reduces in potency as they reach lower ranks; Intermediate Gods are only 95% Invulnerable, Lesser Gods are 90% Invulnerable, and Demigods are 85% Invulnerable), Fate Manipulation (Intermediate and above deities may arrange fate to kill a target or, theoretically, achieve other outcomes), Dream Manipulation (All gods barring Demigods can communicate with other creatures via granting visions in dreams), Duplication (Intermediate and above gods may create a duplicate of any item they possess, though doing so can be tiring), Clairvoyance (Lesser Gods and above can detect any item they desire, anywhere in the multiverse- if such an item does not exist, they are aware of those who can make it), Resurrection (Gods may raise any creature from death should they will it, regardless of the condition of the body; this does not apply to Demigods), Deconstruction (Turning Undead causes undead creatures to fall apart into dust, destroying the negative energy that fuels them), Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1, Demigods and above are capable of bending reality based on their Portfolios and Domains- these represent the aspects of reality they represent and command, with greater control being exerted by more powerful gods), Probability Manipulation (Demigods and above prevent critical failures by their nature of being), Stealth Mastery, Acrobatics, Social Influencing, Animal Manipulation, Supernatural Willpower, Camouflage, Information Analysis (Gods are proficient in all skills of this edition, including Hide, Move Silently, Tumble, Jump, Intimidate, Diplomacy, Animal Empathy, Handle Animal, Autohypnosis, Disguise, Decipher Script and Disable Device), Resistance to Fire Manipulation, Sense Manipulation (They can disable the supernatural senses of those within their range of influence), Temperature Manipulation, Sound Manipulation, Fragrance Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Pocket Reality Manipulation, Power Nullification (Deities can craft Divine Realms with increasing control over its aspects as they grow in strength), Forcefield Creation and Aura (Their divine energy forms a shimmering aura that deflects attacks), Extreme Resistance to Transmutation, Petrification, Statistics Reduction, Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Acid Manipulation, Disease Manipulation, Poison Manipulation, Death Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Existence Erasure, BFR, Sealing, Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation (The last four apply only to Lesser Gods and not Demigods), Probability Manipulation (Greater Gods' actions always work- any chance to succeed is a succeed), Damage Reduction (Deities passively reduce any damage actually taken substantially- the amount grows based on their Divine Rank)
