Summary[]
The Butcher of Streets serves as an antagonist within Valhalla: Hellcity. He's one of the many serial killers within the city, though they're unaffiliated to the Homewreckers, going so far as to make opposing them one of his primary objectives.
Born with a genetic illness, most of Jeremy's life story can be traced through his hospital records. Abandoned by his family at a young age, young Jeremy had to spend much of his life in hospital beds and in a nurse's room. Whatever disease he had made it so his body's nutricional value went out of control, staying at an extremely low level for much of his life. He rarely saw the outside world in person, and grew to resent people for abandoning him. Perhaps that is why he took the approach he did after receiving powers as a Trigger, loathing individuality and isolation. Perhaps he did what he thought was best, seeing man's individuality as an evil that caused all the evils of the world.

Of his Stolen Abilities, he possesses a strong preference for Soul Drain, allowing him to continue combat with high expenditure while draining the resources of nearby Triggers. The Butcher of Streets is also noted to fight "dirty" in contrast with the Homewreckers,[10] being willing to use civilians or other underhanded tactics for an advantage unless provoked into direct combat.
Weaknesses: The Butcher of Streets possesses an extreme attachment to his ideology, and particular expressions of it such as his Masterpiece, causing him to experience seething rage when these are destroyed. Otherwise possesses a lack of emotions in an effort to suppress the disparaging opinions within his own body.[10] Blood Wave and Cradle of Neurons damage his own existential integrity in the process of their use.[20][5]

Unique Power[]
The Butcher of Streets' Unique Power is to bend, reshape and fuse the body of living things, allowing him to render them incapable of acting while keeping them alive through whatever he inflicts upon them. Primarily, he used this to fuse Triggers into himself to gain their abilities or mold them into degraded Dolls that can serve rudimentary roles, but he possesses the capacity for many direct attacks.
- Sever Flesh: A swing of the Butcher's cleaver, capable of causing immense bleeding and healing himself from the harvested material of the opponent. 20% chance of Random Event.
- Tendril Smash: Sprout a tendril made of cartilage and swing at enemies. 50 meter swiping motion. Even an Energy Block cannot prevent this attack from the Butcher's ability to warp flesh, causing opponents to rip open and bleed after withstanding it. 25% chance of Random Event.
- Blood Wave: Shoot a slash of own blood that fuses with whatever biology it hits. Range of 200 meters, 10 meters wide slash that weakens any touched by it's effects. 33% chance of Random Event.
- Cradle of Neurons: Coats cleaver in muscles and swings with great force across up to 10 meters. The attack causes a large shockwave, launching debris and causing damage to anyone within 100 meters. 50% chance of Random Event.
- Bloodsports: Coat hands in blood and deliver meaty strike with blood shaped into spikes, striking everyone within 30 meters and healing the Butcher in proportion to how badly he makes his opponents bleed. 16% chance of Random Event.
- Decapitation Disaster: Swing cleaver with a projected blade of bone with enough power to cut through a skyscraper, covering 50 meters of AoE and allowing the Butcher to directly graft whatever components he severs from his opponents onto himself. 50% chance of Random Event.
- Heterokaryon: Only usable on an opponent with significant lacerations and after the Butcher himself has incorporated a great deal of their flesh within themselves. Absorb cleaver into arm and deliver strike meant to absorb the body of a whole Trigger into himself, leaping 50 meters to do so. In the process of this assimilation, the opponent's lacerations are closed as the Butcher heals significantly from their biomass. Guaranteed Random Event.

- Poison Slash: Launches cutting wave of liquid poison across 80 meters. This deals no overt physical damage, but can accumulate vast sums of poison on a target.

- Blitz Tackle: Uses their speed enhancing power to deliver a devastating tackle, moving up to 200 meters and picking up enemies in the process.
- Mighty Fist: Smashes enemy with a particularly powerful blow, causing the Masterpiece to heal from a fourth of the inflicted damage.
