Tassiter Horngarde is a half-elf mage and former lieutenant of the Good Baron's armies. A son of a noble house, he was dismissed in disgrace after the slaughtering of his unit during a scouting mission. Following the mission he fled, fearing what might befall him and his family if his shame were to continue any longer. He wandered the lands, searching for a way through which he might make up for his grievous mistake, and give penance to the lives he forced to end.
