Springtrap, also known as William Afton or Purple Guy, is an animatronic created by a company known as "Reliquia Box", which decided to create a big restaurant based on the indie game known as "Five Night At Freddy's" created by developer Scott Cawthon, planning to make money from the popularity of the game. Springtrap was created based on the character of the same name, Springtrap, who is the main antagonist of the game, serving as a horror attraction in the restaurant section based on the third game. However, what was not known, was that all the reputation and popularity that exists around the character of the game would end up giving life to the animatronic, making him embody all the evil of the original character, becoming William Afton himself personified in the real world.

I don't know how, but it's as if with each passing day the restaurant fits more into the context of the game's story. I do not know what to do. Just be careful and don't touch the Spring-Bonnie Animatronic, I heard he's appearing in different places, as if he's moving. Origin[]
With the success that the Five Night At Freddy's franchise was having after the release of the ninth game in the franchise, a new company known only as "Reliquia Box" decided to create a restaurant based on the franchise, creating several animatronics inspired by the characters from the Fnaf game. The restaurant was based on the first three games, with the restaurant being quite large, with several dining rooms and two security rooms.
Among the animatronics, one of the ones that caught the most attention was Springtrap, which was based on the character of the same name from Five Nights At Freddy's, who in the game's story is responsible for the murder of five children, a manipulative serial killer and obsessed with seeking eternal life, who ended up trapped inside his Spring-Bonnie costume and dying inside it, becoming the Springtrap, cursed with the grief of dying and being reborn in an eternal cycle of pain and suffering.
Due to the fame that the character had thanks to the franchise, he became famous in several countries and known by millions of people spread around the Earth. With the opening of the restaurant, the fear and terror caused by the character began to be transmitted to him, and as people visited the restaurant, the more thoughts seemed to shape that restaurant, making it look more and more like the game Five Night At Freddy's, to the point where Springtrap came to life due to human unconsciousness, becoming the homicidal and evil Purple Guy himself. Some employees noticed that as the restaurant was visited, it became more similar to the game, as if reality was being altered around that restaurant, somehow making the story of the restaurant and the animatronics fit into the context of the game's original story.
Awakening[]
When Isaac Smith found out that the restaurant had opened not long ago, he decided to go with his sister, Helena, to the place for something to eat. However, when they got there, Helena started to feel a strange sensation emanating from that restaurant and decided to investigate and when the two realized it, the two were trapped inside the restaurant, and when the clock struck midnight, the eyes of the animatronics Freddy, Chica and Bonnie turned red and started moving behind them, forcing the two brothers to lock themselves in the security room, where the phone started to ring, and after answering, Helena heard a message left by one of the staff. Helena after listening to the message left by the employee, realized that what he said was true, with each passing moment, the two seemed to be forced to follow the game's script, being now trapped inside a room with the animatronics trying to kill them.
Despite this, Helena demonstrated that she could still resist the will of that space where they were, which was forcing them to follow the mechanics of Five Night At Freddy's, thus managing to escape and trying to battle the animatronics that, to her surprise, despite being strong, it wasn't strong enough to kill a person, indicating that even though they were following the game's script, it didn't change their bodies. After Helena managed to take down the animatronics and she and her brother tried to escape the restaurant, that's when Springtrap appeared before them, revealing that he was the one controlling the other animatronics. Helena and Isaac tried to take down Springtrap, but to their surprise, the animatronic was much stronger than them, probably because it was the only one that literally "was" an animatronic personified from the game in the real world. Despite being weaker, the two were faster and managed to take down the Springtrap and escape by knocking down the door of the establishment, running towards his car and, looking back, saw Springtrap coming after them, knocking down the two doors of the restaurant with extreme ease and his speed was higher.
When they got home, Helena quickly opened the trunk of her car and took out the grenade launcher that was stored in the back of the car, being her favorite weapon, an RPG-7. When Springtrap finally got to the two of them, he tried to approach the two of them, but when Helena pointed the gun at him, he didn't know what to do. Springtrap then said that even if he is killed, he will still come back, as long as the game Five Night At Freddy's continues to be successful, he will always come back. Helena, not caring about his words, squeezes the trigger and explodes the animatronic's body. After the Springtrap's destruction, the two brothers hid the remaining pieces. The owners of Reliquia Box, in order not to have any future problems, decided to ignore the problem caused by the two, as they had seen the footage on security cameras and came to the conclusion that it was better for Springtrap to have been destroyed before it became a worse threat.

Appearance[]
Springtrap is an animatronic made of metal and brass, possessing an endoskeleton covered by a humanoid rabbit suit made of rubber, with glass eyes and between its endoskeleton, several reddish strings representing human organs. Underneath the mask, Springtrap has an artificial head made of rubber and silicone, with details of blood and rotting flesh to represent a decomposing head. His appearance is based entirely on the original animatronic from Five Nights At Freddy's 3.
However, after midnight, the Springtrap's appearance changes, although it is unknown whether he actually changes appearance or is just an illusion caused by time dilation. After midnight, Springtrap becomes more realistic, with what were once just ropes becoming real guts and arteries, with blood dripping from his animatronic body which now appears to be made of tough material with a golden fur. In addition, it is also possible to see some bones through the openings of the animatronic suit. Springtrap's endoskeleton appears to be made of pure metal, as if it's a far more technological robot than it really should be, with the head underneath the rabbit mask now being made of meat. Despite the body's precarious condition, Springtrap is still able to speak, likely thanks to a sound microphone that stays inside his body for performances, which may bolster Helena's theory that the animatronic's realistic state may just be an illusion.

Springtrap is basically the same person as his fictional counterpart, William Afton, being a cruel, evil, sadistic and merciless being. Springtrap is basically William Afton himself, personified as a three-dimensional being in the real world. Furthermore, Springtrap has also shown to be aware of his fictional existence, referring to him and Helena as characters that are part of a fiction, with him being the personification of a fictional character from an indie game, and she being a fanfiction character, and although Helena understands his words only as madness, Springtrap still mentions that although she didn't believe him, in the future, when "she becomes what she really is", she would understand what he was talking about, indicating that Springtrap somehow already knew that Helena was Lucifer and that she would eventually find out.
