Spider-Man 2099 Portrait Art

Summary

In a future alternate reality, Miguel O'Hara worked for the Alchemax Corporation as a geneticist specializing in gene splicing. When an experiment to imprint new genetic codes went awry and resulted in the test subject's death, Miguel attempted to resign but was secretly drugged by Tyler Stone. the head of Alchemax. Now addicted to Rapture, Miguel would be forced to remain at Alchemax, since they were the sole manufacturer of the drug. Miguel decided to risk using the imprinting experimentation on himself in order to rid himself of the addiction instead of being Alchemax's puppet. However, an attempted sabotage during the experiment resulted in splicing Miguel's genetic codes with that of a spider, gaining abilities to the Spider-Man of the past. Repurposing an old costume for the Day of the Dead, Miguel became the Spider-Man of 2099, battling Alchemax and injustice in Nueva York. Official Bio

  • Canon 616 and MCU feats (Avengers Alliance has references to the mainline comics as well as the MCU)
  • Has years of combat experience against criminals, demons, robots, super-villains, aliens, and other super powered foes
  • Helped fight and defeat Doctor Doom's syndicate (A syndicate consisting of: A.I.M, Hydra, The Maggia, Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, The Hand, U-Foes, Wrecking Crew, The Hood, and Doctor Doom)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Future Webbing: Spider-Man shoots webs at his target, causing it to get stuck with webbing. Reduce evasion by 20% and attacks can't crit, enemy attacks have a 20% chance to fail and makes the opponent cower in fear, as well as making it so the opponent now can't use melee, range, buff or debuff abilities. Passively drains 12% of maximum stamina from the opponent every few minutes, as well as when they use abilities. Lowers evasion speed by up to 30%.
  • What the Shock?!: Spider-Man slashes his opponent with his claws. Applies venom/poison to the opponent doing 18% of their total health every few minutes and reduces enemy attack up to 30%. It also causes biofeedback in the opponent, doing 10% of base health every few minutes, with the chance of knocking the opponent out for a short amount of time (The more the opponent does any actions, the higher they are to be knocked out), preventing people being able to reduce incoming damage. Makes opponents bleed lots, as well as making them ravaged, increasing the damage done by bleeding.
  • Jammit: Spider-Man launches at the opponent, upper cutting them. Makes opponents take an additional 35% of damage from all sources. It also leaves them vulnerable to follow-up attacks. Also makes follow-up and counter attacks do more damage.
  • You're History!: Spider-Man slashes the opponent with his claws. Deals increased damage to those ensnared in webs and poisoned targets and causes the opponent to haemorrhage blood if they are currently bleeding. The attack is guaranteed to hit and be a critical attack if the target a has been webbed. It also increases his damage by 50%.

Note: I will be comparing this character to his 616 and MCU counterpart, so I'm giving credit since I will be taking some content from his page from here and here.
