Summary[]
Sonic.exe is a Creepypasta series created by Jack "Sir JC-the-Hyena" Cranely.
The two original stories take place in 2011 and surrounds the disturbing contents of a seemingly hacked Sonic the Hedgehog game disc with the titular "SONIC.EXE" written on the front. In actuality, the disc has the power to open dimensional gateways to a world ruled by an enigmatic eldritch entity resembling Sonic the Hedgehog, known as Sonic.exe.
The series was notoriously known for it's poor-quality structure and overuse of common clichés. After external controversies revolving around JC surfaced, remakes and remasters were made to improve upon the concept itself, including a complete transfer of the canon ownership.
Power of the Verse[]
Most of the humans within the story are either Human level or Athlete level. Sonic.exe himself is Low Multiverse level as he created his own universe and be capable of merging two universes.
Most human characters are Human level. Sonic.exe is Below Average Human level, as it exists as data in a video game. However, upon entering the real world, Sonic.exe has Universe level Reality Warping.
Most of the humans within the story are either Human level or Athlete level. Sonic.exe himself is Street level.

Explanations[]
Notes[]
#Note 1: Sonic.exe 2 (a creepypasta that was deleted from the Creepypasta Wiki and was lost until recently, written by JC-the-Hyena[1] as a sequel to the original story long before he wrote Round 2) is not canon for the original timeline, since although it was written by JC and is a sequel to the original creepypasta, it was quickly removed from the creepypasta wiki and JC never spoke about this story again. JC wrote Round 2 as a sequel to the original creepypasta[2], meaning he didn't take into account Sonic.exe 2. Not to mention, Sonic.exe 2 shows Exe as a demon that inhabits a game and is capable of spreading across the internet, rather than an interdimensional entity. Therefore, that version should be considered as a completely separate continuity from the OG Exe.
#Note 2: Avoid giving characters in the 2017 Creepypasta continuity Non-Physical Interaction for manipulating souls, as the story treats souls as a physical mass of around 21 grams[3].

- ↑ "Uhhhmmm..." Green trailed off before, "Ahh, yeah she did. Lessee...weight, weight, weight...Here we go. The latest victim originally weighed 155 pounds before he died." Dread built up within Tom. He then calmly asked, "did he lose weight or something?" "Uhh...Yeah, about 21 Grams, actually," Green answered. Tom's breath was shallow. He was in shock, he couldn't believe what he was being told. Fearing upon fear, hoping against hope his next question wasn't answered correctly, he then asked, "D-Did all of them lose 21 grams in weight?" He had to sit down as soon as he heard the response. "Errmmm.....Holy shit...Yeah, they all did." Green said in surprise. "How did you...?" "Part of the research I looked up," Tom interrupted. "Are you familiar with a theory called "the 21 Grams Experiment"?" "A theory by Duncan MacDonald in 1907. "He believed the human soul weighed 21 grams, but what does that have to do with this case?" Green asked, a tone of doubt in his voice.
