Summary[]
Slenderman (also known as The Administrator, and a variety of different names) is a dangerous, enigmatic entity that first appears to the EverymanHYBRID crew after their own videos with a fake Slenderman seemingly catch its attention, coming to haunt and manipulate them. However, its influence stretches far before this incident, appearing in the past and haunting many others for quite some time.
Slenderman is known as the leader of The Collective and is responsible for the events that happen across all the interactions.
As TribeTwelve and EverymanHYBRID are confirmed to share a canon, EverymanHYBRID's Slenderman is the same entity as The Administrator, the mysterious, powerful being that leads the Collective. Furthermore, it is also the being that appears in DarkHarvest00, Gorr-Rylaehotep.
Powers and Stats[]
Tier: At least Low 2-C, higher with Dimensional Bleeding
Name: Slenderman, The Administrator, The Tall Man, The Tall one, The Faceless Man, The Keeper, Mr. Slim, Der Großmann, Der Ritter/The Knight, "Mongo", Gorr'Rylaehotep, The Faceless King, The Father, The Ajax Monster, The Giant, The Candlestick Man, The Man In the Suit, stick-in-the-mud, Der Chirurg, Monster, Tall Suit
Origin: Slenderverse
Age: Unknown likely over 5000 years old (have existed since ancient Egypt, Older than The Observer whom claims to be eternal)
Gender: Likely inapplicable. Referenced to as male
Classification: Supernatural Being, Leader of the Collective, Cryptic Dark Creature, Spirit (implied)
Powers and Abilities:
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Size Manipulation (Up to Large Size Type 0; Although his height seems to vary, he is often depicted as a tall being, and has reached heights of twelve feet[2] and even greater)
- Higher-Dimensional Existence (4-D: The members of The Collective are beings who strongly imply transcending physical reality, as The Observer compares humans to prisoners bound in a cave staring at a blank wall on which they can only see shadows, while The Collective is unbound by the "cave" and perceiving what projects the shadow. He should exist in a similar state to the Collective, which is a realm that exists beyond our plane of reality and transcends "everything")
- Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2 and 3: He doesn't need to breathe, eat or sleep)
- Shapeshifting (Can transform into other beings, such as a giant spider)
- Body Control, Natural Weaponry and Additional Limbs (Can manifest long tentacles, and grow several more arms)
- Enhanced Senses (Explained here)
- Radiation Manipulation (Emits Sigma Radiation, which induces violent sickness and intense, bloody coughing fits in any exposed to it, quickly resulting in death)
- Mind Manipulation (Can manipulate the minds of others to cause gradual insanity and outright control others completely, turning them into "proxies". The members of the Collective have been mentally dominated by Slenderman and lost their free will)
- Memory Manipulation (Erased the memories of Noah and the crew after appearing to him on a plane. The description of the 78of76.avi video implies that the cast has no recollection of the events of that video)
- Dream Manipulation (Can affect the dreams of those it stalks[3]. Vinnie mentions that he had a dream where he was running in the woods at his old elementary school and was being chased by Slenderman. Apparently it was the cause of Evan having a nightmare in Sleep Lab Part 2)
- Pain Manipulation (Can greatly dull the sense of pain, and can prolong death, Johnny stated the only reason why he could write the CANYOUSEETHEWORDS blog despite being mutilated by HABIT was due to Slender Man's protection[4]. Causes immense pain to others)
- Empathic Manipulation (Can mitigate emotions[5] )
- Corrosion Inducement (Caused the wooden furniture and trees in Nick's house to rot[6])
- Sound Manipulation (In the EverymanHYBRID Ustream of 01/20/2011 it was said that when Slenderman is near sirens and sounds of children are heard)
- Intangibility and Flight (It has been measured that he has no mass, weight or volume. Able to pass through the ground. The bullets that Noah shot at The Administrator simply passed through him)
- Reality Warping (Has full control over the reality and laws of his pocket dimensions, such as creating spaces where drawers cannot open, the moon is a giant eye and where the sun doesn’t set. Likely manipulated reality here)
- Spatial Manipulation (Likely at least partly responsible for the distorted, impossible spaces shown, such as a disappearing crawlspace leading to another location kilometers away, a door that leads to a distant location, and a house that is bigger on the inside than the outside and is seemingly made up of the houses of all the EverymanHYBRID crew. Is the leader and creator of the Collective, who can manipulate space)
- Telekinesis (Closed a door with his mind. Sucked a victim towards him)
- Illusion Creation (Made Noah see a 100% identical version of his house, convincing him that he had returned home)
- Madness Manipulation and Fear Manipulation (Caused a Nazi soldier to start crying and talking to himself)
- Technology Manipulation (Its presence distorts audio and video recordings, caused a plane's electronics to distort and briefly go out of control)
- Teleportation (Can teleport itself and others)
- Weather Manipulation (It is implied that it can cause rain when it is near[7])
- Dimensional Travel (Can travel to his will to the collective realm and other pocket dimensions.)
- Time Manipulation (Should be partly responsible for the implied looping of iterations, and though there can likely be large gaps in time between iterations, they can also loop over the same timeframe again and again. In addition, time has passed unusually quickly in the videos before, going from day to night within minutes. Completely warped the concept of time to toy with Nazi scientists. Is the leader and creator of the Collective, who can manipulate time)
- Invisibility (During the video titled "Reunion." none of the characters noticed Slenderman stalking them, even when he was in their line of sight. They only noticed it after watching the recording, which means that Slenderman has some kind of invisibility that still makes him appear in the recordings. Even though he is present at Nick's house, there are times when Nick can't see him, which is probably due to this ability[6])
- Perception Manipulation (It apparently caused the cast of EverymanHYBRID to not be able to perceive some videos on their channel that other people can)
- Temporal BFR and Time Travel (The other members of the Collective are only its "branches", and they can freely travel through time and send others through it as well)
- Precognition
- Immortality (Types 1, 5 and 9)
- Regeneration (Low: He recovered from an impact that apparently broke his bones.Regenerated a piece of his suit nigh-instantly.)
- Creation (Created the realm of the Collective, first being seen in Pitfall.)
- Pocket Reality Manipulation (Can creat 4 dimensional pocket realities within ripples of our space time)
- Power Bestowal (Some people under his control exhibit technopath abilities as well as enhanced physical characteristics. Directly empowers The Collective.)
- Water Manipulation (He causes floods)
- Fire Manipulation (Caused a fire in a building[note 1])
- Electricity Manipulation (Can manipulate electricity)
- Poison Manipulation (Poisoned the scientists’ bodies)
- Possibly Plot Manipulation (Vinnie is convinced that he and the others are fiction and their entire lives have been fabricated and controlled by HABIT and Slenderman; however, this is debatable, and even if their lives have been fabricated and controlled, it may be through more conventional means. HABIT has stated that the "lie" that is his life and history grows on its own. Directly empoweres The Observer whom claims he can write the future.)
Resistance to:
- Death Manipulation and Conceptual Manipulation (Like HABIT, it cannot be killed by the weapons branded with mortality)
- Temperature Manipulation (Completely unaffected by intense heat and cold.)
- Electricity Manipulation (Completely unaffected by huge dosage of electricity)
- Poison Manipulation (Unaffected by toxic gases)
- Radiation Manipulation (As stated in issue 59 of the Journal)
Attack Potency: At least Universe level+ (Can create and destroy 4 Dimensional pocket realities within ripples of our space-time. Far superior than the rest of The Collective. The members of The Collective are beings who strongly imply transcending physical reality, as The Observer compares humans to prisoners bound in a cave staring at a blank wall on which they can only see shadows, while The Collective is unbound by the "cave" and perceiving what projects the shadow. Members of The Collective also exist beyond our plane of reality, they are capable of defying time and space, their abilities transcend the limits of linear time, their realm transcends "Everything" and they operate in a way that is similar to platonic ideals. Vinnie believes that he and the others are fiction, with their entire lives and histories being controlled by HABIT and Slenderman, with it being heavily suggested that they're trapped in a loop across multiple iterations, with their lives being reset again and again. Can crack space-time with his tentacles. Superior, if not far superior to Firebrand who tore a hole through a dimension), higher with Dimensional Bleeding (Directly caused the Dimensional Bleeding, an event that causes universes and dimensions to bleed into each other, tearing reality apart and swapping chunks of universes with each other. Eventually, these will become Rifts, locations where universes meet and can be traveled between.) Can ignore conventional durability with Sigma Radiation (Those exposed to Sigma Radiation succumb to its effects and die very quickly). And poison manipulation (Can kill people nearly instantly by poisoning them).
Speed: Immeasurable (As higher dimensional entities, time is repeatedly stated to have no bearing on The Collective.), possibly Omnipresent (Repeatedly stated to be everywhere at once)
Lifting Strength: Immeasurable
Striking Strength: At least Universe level+
Durability: At least Universe level+
Stamina: Infinite (Doesn’t need rest or food)
Range: Extended Melee Range, higher with tentacles and powers
Standard Equipment: Nothing notable
Intelligence: At least Above Average (Slenderman appears to be incredibly intelligent despite its silence and abnormal behaviour, manipulating and guiding the EverymanHYBRID crew throughout much of their lives and toying with them), possibly Nigh-Omniscient (At least as smart if not smarter than the Observer who claims to be omniscient. Hinted to have far going cosmic knowledge.)
Weaknesses: None notable.
Notes:
- ↑ Video description: Strangely, just weeks after the Rainwood Incident first occurred there was a fire at the Day Camp. The building suffered a lot of structural damage and all documents in the building, including personal information about the children, were lost.
