Gaze upon the Ruler, Dozakh, the Sovereign, the Shah of Shahs. Prostrate yourselves, curs. Pay your homages.
~ Shah Dozakh inscription in Pereng
Dozakh the Sovereign shall leave no survivors, none to bear witness. Their heads shall be seized by him, to be sent to the abyss below, fuel to fetidness. Their agonized cries shall reverberate in the site of their demise. Torn asunder, they shall perish with their last breath, extolling the Ruler, Dozakh the Sovereign, the Shah of Shahs.
~ Shah Dozakh inscription in Pereng

Xshahdozakhdit2
Challenger, we shall engage in a deadly dance, a symphony of slaughter. Pit your might against mine in a contest of annihilation, for in the midst of ruin only one shall emerge unscathed. The choice is yours, you will embrace the fury of destruction, or succumb to its merciless embrace and in its destruction you will perish.
~ Shah Dozakh inscription in Pereng

Xshahdozakhdit3
We are the hands of Shah Dozakh. We are his limbs. Whoever was our ally, we rewarded them, whoever was our enemy, we punished them.
~ Slogan of Spahbed

With each step we take, this realm trembles,

Behold the Shah, the Shah of Shahs.

On your knees, Enslaved, let your worship assemble,

For we are the arbiter of all things.

Our enemies, a sea of blood did spill,

None were left living, none with tales to tell.

Their heads we took, as a trophy to fulfill,

And to the depths of hell, we did cast them to dwell.

Their screams were sweet music to our ears,

As we watched them die, consumed by fear.

Their final breath, a sacrifice to our might,

And to our rule, they all shall submit.

We are the Kanduhana, the only, the true ruler.

All others, mere insects, to be crushed and consumed.

Battle us, if you dare, in a competition of massacre,

But know that in destruction, you will perish, doomed.

~ Widespread Kanduhan poem written by Dozakh. Used by all Kanduhan factions, especially by Dozakh Brood and Seized

Biography[]

Shah Dozakh was a Character from Storiverse, and one of the central characters of Kadarjahan. He is an Exalted Kanduhan and one of the Sherkat triumvirate

Shah Dozakh was born in Kovan Undivided and raised in an orphanage as he lacked any surviving verifiable relatives. The orphanage he was raised in was special as its purpose was to raise soldiers for the Kovan Army, he was trained and incorporated into the Army soon after. As a child, he had a small marble ball that was important to him, one he later realized to be a Shard object that chose him, making him a Shardbearer.

Shah Dozakh lived during the war between Kovan Undivided and the Nation of Nemenem, taking part in most early interactions between the two, and would see Kovan Undivided conquering all holdings of Nemenems but not being able to put them down due to their nature.

Shah Dozakh continued serving Kovan Undivided for more than 300 years, mostly fighting against Nemenems who Kovan Undivided at the time had no way to put down. Shortly after this, Kral Kaos succeeded Amalatro as the new Leader of Kovan Undivided, and completely destroyed Nemenems using his new weapon. Shah Dozakh continued to serve his nation, taking part in various campaigns, and even fighting side-to-side with certain members of Flurry of Kaos who wielded the weapon Rivagabrazeba, a copy of Gabrazeba with half of its power. Shah Dozakh and his division were chosen for this as they were strong Shardbearers, and capable enough not to be affected by the effects of the weapon.

Dozakh continued to serve the Kovan Undivided for centuries. As a Shardbearer, he was not powerful or significant, just one of the untold number of Shardbearers like him who served in the Army. Several centuries later, he was severely injured in a battle and, for some reason, his injuries did not heal via his Shard, causing him to die. When he opened his eyes, he was in a completely different, unfamiliar place, a place known as Jahan, and his body was different than it used to be, and he no longer had his Shard with him.

Jahan was an enormous realm, Dozakh traveled around deduced it to be an ocean that is at endless expanse, populated by Jahanis, a generic term for all sentient life in Jahan, who were in disorder with various Organizations and States waging endless wars upon one another, with an unfamiliar concept "Hava" as source of their power in use following the event known as "Catastrophe", which is the epoch for Jahan calendar, occuring 913 years prior to Dozakh's settlement in Jahan. Dozakh thought that this was the perfect place for himself. The place Dozakh first opened his eyes on was known as the Abhost subrealm, one of the five major subrealms in Jahan. Dozakh was amazed by its size and how a single subrealm was tens of times larger than the galaxies he had seen in his previous life.

He started first by going through the process known as Navjote to learn to use Hava, during which he was surprised and mesmerized that the feeling of Navjote was far more intense than that of Rivagabrazeba, and, with his analytical observation of the process, clearly deduced that even Scale 1% Navjote, the weakest possible form of Hava, unleashed a gateway to a source which was incomperably more intense and potent than not Rivagabrazeba but even Gabrazeba itself to the point of making it unimportant. He was surprised that he could withstand this, he thought he was underestimating his capability all this time, he later decided that only certain people or phenomena could withstand his and use Hava, and he just happened to be one of them in this life, likely chosen by Payeh itself rather than his own ability.

Dozakh later started his operations in the southern Yarmada peninsula of Abhost and in a matter of thirty years after learning Hava, after working as a mercenary for decades and improving his Havaner capabilities, he eventually founded his own organization named Sherkat in 950 AC and recruited soldiers into it, it was during this time Dozakh would meet Hazar and Keresta and formed an alliance with them, establishing the triumvirate of Hazar, Keresta, and Dozakh

After a few decades of inaction, Sherkat quickly chased away rival organizations from the region and overthrow the State which ruled the city of Pereng located in southern Yarmada peninsula, effectively conquering it. They choose this city as he was a beloved figure here and spend decades in this region. He founded a new State, Kanduhana in 1015 with himself, Keresta, and Hazar as co-rulers. Five years after, Sherkat was transformed into the ruling body of Kanduhana, all of its members were purged, except Hazar and Keresta.

Following his conquest of Yarmada peninsula, Sherkat triumvirate created a new species out of Keshmans of Yarmada peninsula, named Kanduhans, after Kanduhana.

Few years later, upon complaints by dozens of his longtime followers about transformation of Sherkat and being expelled - not rewarded for their loyalty. Dozakh established a new organization named Wadafar in year 1023. Dozakh founded this as a State Organization, meaning it was directly owned and controlled by the Kanduhana. Dozakh appointed a total 45 of his most loyal and longest-serving companions. Despite being an organization, Dozakh made it so that it is not open to new members. Dozakh believed this was a proper way to reward those who followed him from the beginning, but were not powerful enough to be in charge of anything at the current moment.

A few years later, an Organization named Shafrah invaded Ampay, and Dozakh tasked Chelik to defend the region. Dozakh knew the leader of Shafrah, Rukud, was more powerful than Ravan. Hazar would later "save" Ravan. Dozakh later killed Ravan Radzhad and Seized him.

A few years later, Shafrah was crushed, and Dozakh, along with members of Sherkat and Wadafar, reorganized the governmental structure of Kanduhana and its military. Dozakh himself was uninterested in the internal administration of government and left it to Hazar and Wadafar members, while he mostly focused on organizing the military. (For further information regarding Kanduhans, Kanduhana, and its military, see this blog)

Around the year 1105, Keresta discovered a realm named Davabanda, a realm related to the Payeh and connected to Warpath, the religion of Kanduhans, and explained it to Dozakh. Keresta gave him the idea of an Andishe, a self-contained reality within Devabanda, which would contain what Keresa named a "Dahakhud", which contains his Essence, mind, birth, death, past, future, and information from his body and located his it in there. He and Keresta later established the Harach system, in which stronger Kanduhans would receive tributes from the weaker in the form of extra power, which they could convert into knowledge, which could be used to learn more about Hava and Payeh, and eventually establish their own Andishes the same way Sherkat did. Those who were capable of establishing an Andishe were given the name Exalted, ascendant Kanduhans. The first three Exalted were the Sherkat, as they were powerful and enlightened enough to achieve it from the beginning.

In year 1120, Keresta requested Dozakh to bring her siblings back with Seize, while Dozakh warned her that her siblings would be resurrected as Seizeds, they wouldn't exactly be the same, especially considering they have been dead for nearly three centuries by this point. Keresa insisted, and Dozakh accepted, resurrecting Rakadef and Resuc and gifting them to Keresta.

In 1121 AC, Shah Dozakh embarked on a series of swift conquests in the southern region of Abhost, which lasted until 1143 AD. As a result, the territory of Kanduhana increased sixfold. Subsequently, Sherkat, the ruling body of Kanduhana, issued orders for further settlements towards the newly conquered northern regions, almost entirely depopulating the southern regions, with the exception of the capital city of Pereng. Numerous soldiers who participated in the conquests eventually retired and settled in the northern regions, often bringing their families with them or taking locals as spouses. Sherkat envisioned the establishment of a military-civilian zone surrounding Pereng with maximal security, which was successfully established by 1203 AD. The assimilation and conquest of the entire Abhost, except for certain reservation areas populated by Arasahs, who were surrounded between the Sea and Kanduhana's new territory, was completed. Kanduhana began conducting frequent raids towards States in the north, which led to the creation of a defensive pact against Kanduhana's rapid aggression.

Personality[]

Despite the way he looks, a menacing tall figure in armor with a very deep voice, Dozakh has a friendly and calm attitude, talking to others, even to his enemies, with respect, and using honorifics such as "Mr." or "Mrs" while addressing people; this may almost look like mocking. After all, Dozakh is a Kanduhan and is a firm believer in the doctrine of Warpath. He believes that he, along with other believers of Warpath, are all good.

Dozakh's true personality, which is revealed through his internal monologue, is a bored man who wants meaning. Shah Dozakh didn't find any meaning in the endless wars of Kovan Undivided he served in his previous life as they didn't benefit people like him who were expendable foot soldiers. Kovan Undivided was just so vast, containing multiple universes, and with conflicts with many other nations of similar size, and people like Dozakh were completely nameless, their contribution was almost nonexistent and it did not even matter if individual people like Dozakh were even part of Kovan Undivided or not. Shah Dozakh saw Jahan as his heaven, instead of being a nameless part of an entity that spanned multiple universes, he would rather be part of a much smaller setting but play a much more significant role in its story, that is his story in the Kadarjahan. Deep down, he, except for the initial rapid conquests Abhost realm, wished to avoid expanding too quickly, when he first found himself in Jahan he purposely avoided scanning the realm to see whether there were people comparable to him or not, he wanted that to be a surprise. Even reservations he left over, he made it look like to Arasahs that they aren't conquered because Kanduhana is not able to, even giving meaning to those he avoided on purpose. This whole situation in Jahan was so fun for him, he felt like he was alive, and, in this context, he mattered, and those who opposed him also mattered, he felt like he was a significant part of this story, which was far more pleasing and fulfilling than playing a meaningless foot soldier role for a massive Empire. He did not know why he survived and was transported into this place, completely detached from his previous self, but he saw it well and did not question it.

  • Bombmaker
  • Burnmaker
  • Painmaker
  • Shieldmaker

(Check Blade Canon page for information on these weapons)

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius: Shah Dozakh is an incredibly skilled individual who used to be a Kovan soldier before moving to Jahan over a century ago. Despite being reserved, he possesses exceptional abilities that surpass nearly everyone else he has encountered in Jahan, except for Hazar and Keresta. He has a vast proficiency in unarmed and armed combat, making him superior to anyone else in Kanduhana in this regard. Not only is Shah Dozakh an exceptional fighter, but he also has an impressive ability to understand Davabanda, an extradimensional realm related to Payeh and Warpath. He and Keresta developed an Andishe, which is a self-confined reality within Davabanda. They were able to remove their Dahakhud from their own body and locate it in Andishe. He can also seal Hava powers away and even seal people into objects such as swords, using them as weapons. Shah Dozakh's prowess allows him to develop new abilities to defeat his opponents. For instance, he was able to defeat 50 Shah Dozakhs without destroying them, and all of them were relative to him. He developed the sealing ability at that moment, which helped him accomplish the feat. Additionally, he grew resistant to his powers while they could not do the same to him. Shah Dozakh also developed Seize, an ability that passively affects the surroundings and converts his foes into loyal servants in the form of Seizeds. He even developed the ability to do the same to the dead. He also has the ability to control his own body down to atomic levels, which is vastly above those who can hear even the movement of the smallest atoms in great distances. He is even able to briefly sneak up on likes of Hazar. Furthermore, he and Keresta together established the Harach system. He commanded Essence of Existence, which made him "in opposition to existence and nonexistence." This made it extremely difficult for anyone to interact with him. He can also define other things as nonexistent using Essence of Existence. All of these incredible abilities are attributed to his Prowess.

Standard Tactics:

Shah Dozakh is cautious, if his opponent isn't already defeated by his Stance or Seize, Shah Dozakh will command the Essence of Existence to erase them. Due to him being able to instanly learn his opponent's powers, he will notice if these abilities won't work, and that his opponent can interact with him despite his nature, as such he will increase the distance by teleporting away, summon his Spahbeds and launch rapid omnidirectional attacks to where enemy is while using his Teleportation

Weaknesses: None notable

Notable Attacks/Techniques[]

  • Kanduhan: Shah Dozakh is a Kanduhan, which gives him an innate set of abilities
    • Exalted: Shah Dozakh is a Exalted Kanduhan, meaning he established an Andishe located in Davabanda, a self-confined realiy as his domain inside Davabanda, and located his Dahakhud there, making him far more difficult o kill
      • Dahakhud: (Inside Davabanda only): Dozakh's Dahakhud exists in his Andishe inside Davabanda, able to reshape his own Andishe and invade other Andishes or Tsutsa Domains

  • Hava Command: Shah Dozakh has command over Hava, which by itself grants set of innate abilities
    • Prowess/Sight: Shah Dozakh is a Sherkat, a Kanduhan God, with extreme levels of prowess, far above any Marauder, even those who are far superior to likes of Ravan Radzhad. Even weakest Marauders are far superior to Chelik, Bane of the Arasah, who is far superior to all Belligers comined, whose members are far superior to Artashtaransalar, the Chief of Chiefs, who himself is far superior to the entire all other Prowlers combined. Even weakest of Prowlers possess an unparalleled mastery of all forms of combat art, sword technique, and marksmanship in the realm of Jahan. Their knowledge of weapons is so comprehensive that they are aware of the strengths and weaknesses of every type of sword or gun in existence. Furthermore, the Prowlers are able to generate numerous afterimages that appear to be exact duplications of themselves, which can confuse and disorient their opponents. Their ability to predict the movements of their opponents with extreme clarity before they even act is a testament to their incredible reflexes and awareness. The Prowlers also possess extremely enhanced and precise senses, allowing them to see and hear everything down to the level of quarks and perceive sounds and sights from great distances of kilometers away. They have the groundbreaking ability to gather information on people or objects simply by looking at them, learning someone's power, fighting style, and even their present thoughts with a mere gaze. This incredible insight allows them to mimic the abilities they see and improve upon them, using them more effectively than the original user, to the point of being able to outperform those who outperformed them mere moments ago. The Prowlers have even been known to possess the ability to touch, harm, and even kill emotions and ideas, a skill that demonstrates their extraordinary control over the world around them. They can also physically grab smoke or shadows, which speaks to their mastery over the intangible. Their control over their own bodies is so precise that they have quark-level control over their own physique, allowing them to change their shape and grow weapons at will. They can move in a way that avoids touching the air and makes no sound, further enhancing their stealth and agility.

    • Seize: Seizing is an ability involving Dozakh altering on his targets, which can be living beings, corpses, or robots, by conducting a paralogical operation on them which drastically changes them in the form of rewriting many of the propeties as well as the information about them, both of which brings the target closer to their perfect form, and turns them into fanatically loyal servants of Dozakh, changes their physical appearance to a varying degree. Some Seizeds can retain a degree of independence, personality and free will, but this is almost always due to Dozakh allowing those individuals. These Seizeds can also be gifted to anothers, such as when Dozakh gifted Keresta's siblings to her, severing their connection to Dozakh himself and connecting them to Keresta. Dozakh and all Seizeds (except those that were gifted to others) passively radiate this ability, though the latter's not as potent as Dozakh himself.
    • Bestowal: Dozakh granted all powers he himself has to his Spahbeds, 500 elite Seizeds choosen by him, which he often operates with
    • Stance: Shah Dozakh's mere presence radiates an aura which constantly spreads the side effects of a Scale 100% Navjote around him. This is actively suppressed by Dozakh in a way where it would not affect his allies, otherwise it indiscriminately affects everyone in the vicinity
    • Telekinesis: Shah Dozakh can use telekinesis to lift objects, or crush his enemies
    • Elemental: Similar to Hazar, Shah Dozakh can generate and control Fire. He is also able to control the very soil, create earthquakes and build villages. He enlarged the city of Pereng with his ability. He can combine both to create Magma.
    • Muhr: Shah Dozakh can generate a Cage that blocks powers and imprison people in it. He is also able to seal people or objects into other people or objects, he sealed 50 Shah Dozakhs he foughts against into the sword he created, Shamshir, combining their powers into Shamshir along with it
    • Ridneden: Shah Dozakh commanded Essence of Existence in a way causing him to be "in opposition to existence and nonexistence" by it all together. He is also able to command Essence of Existence to define other things, including other Essences, as nonexistent, effectively erasing them and all that is connected to them.
    • Traveler: Shah Dozakh is able to travel around the multiverse, as he was doing as a soldier in Kovan Undivided. He is also able to send people to other universes. She is also able to teleport himself, his attacks, as well as his enemies around

  • Standard Blade Canon Abilities: All Kanduhans have various innate abilities due to having access to Blade Canon (also see Blade Canon page for innate resistances)
    • Blade Canon users possess the remarkable ability to engage in combat with a primal instinct that is beyond conscious control. Their instincts allow them to react seamlessly to incoming attacks by evading or obstructing them, and they can even launch counterattacks with an unconscious flair. Their combat prowess is so impressive that they can continue to fight even after enduring a catastrophic injury such as having their heads blown away
    • Blade Canon users have the ability to enhance their powers by obtaining what are known as "tributes". These tributes are mainly acquired through acts of destruction, violence, bloodshed, and death. Causing Death is the most efficient way to obtain tributes. For Kanduhans, it is not uncommon for a low-ranking individual to ascend into a Marauder simply because they were able to kill someone of higher rank and thus acquire their tributes.
    • Blade Canon users possess the ability to generate electrical energy within their bodies, harnessing this power to not only augment their physical capabilities but also to wield it as a formidable weapon. This electricity serves as a conduit of immense power that they can manipulate and channel through their bodies and their weapons, unleashing devastating attacks upon their adversaries. Moreover, the electric power coursing through the Blade Canon user's veins is not only used offensively, but also defensively. They can manipulate and control the flow of electricity to create a paralyzing effect that incapacitates their opponents, leaving them vulnerable to attack. This ability to not only attack with lethal force but also to incapacitate opponents demonstrates the versatility and adaptability of Blade Canon users, making them formidable foes in any combat situation.
    • Blade Canon users can generate a specialized type of acid within their bodies. This potent acid serves as a devastating weapon that they can channel through their bodies and their weapons, dissolving any material it comes into contact with. The acidic nature of this substance is incredibly corrosive, capable of breaking down and deconstructing even the most durable of materials with ease. Blade Canon users can control the strength and intensity of the acid to suit their needs, from mild erosive effects to full-blown dissolution, leaving their enemies helpless and vulnerable.
    • Blade Canon users are able to corrode objects or living beings with a mere touch of their left hand. This power is not only potent but also highly specialized, enabling Blade Canon users to neutralize their adversaries with astonishing efficiency. The corrosive agent generated by Blade Canon users is incredibly potent, capable of breaking down and degrading even the most durable of materials, leaving them weakened and vulnerable. The power of this ability is such that it can also corrode living beings, causing debilitating pain and disfigurement, and even death if not treated promptly. The corrosive agent generated by Blade Canon users only functions when in contact with their left hand. Once contact is broken, the corrosive effects immediately cease.
    • Blade Canon users potent ability to generate poisons within their bodies. This power not only makes them formidable combatants but also grants them the ability to manipulate and control their adversaries in unprecedented ways. The poisons generated by Blade Canon users are incredibly potent and varied, capable of weakening or corrupting their targets, allowing them to control the their bodies after extensive application of the poison.
    • Blade Canon users possess an aura that extends several meters around them. This aura is a passive radiation of their lethal and destructive abilities, radiating their potent poisons, corrosive substances, and acidic compounds into the environment; the abilities mentioned earlier, constantly active within the boundaries of the aura.
    • Blade Canon users possess an immesurable level of endurance and resilience. They are tireless beings, capable of surviving indefinitely without rest, food, water, or air. Additionally, their incredible physical fortitude extends to the vacuum of space, where they can survive without any protection or life support systems. Due to this resilience, the internal organs of Blade Canon users, specifically those responsible for digestion and breathing, slowly erode and disintegrate over time. Since Blade Canon users do not require food, water, or air, these organs eventually become obsolete and wither away to nothingness. This remarkable adaptation allows Blade Canon users to focus their biological resources on more critical functions, such as the generation of their other various abilities. By shedding the burden of organs that are no longer necessary, Blade Canon users can optimize their physiology for combat and other essential activities. Attacks of Blade Canon users have a devastatingly potent effect on their targets. Their abilities are so effective that they can halt the natural processes of healing and regeneration that are possessed by many of their targets. Even the weakest attack from a Blade Canon user can inflict permanent damage or kill Arasah chiefs - powerful beings with the ability to regenerate their bodies even after complete destruction. This feat speaks to the incredible potency of the Blade Canon user's attacks, which can neutralize even the most formidable opponents with ease. The effect of a Blade Canon user's attack is more than just physical damage; it has an inherent ability to disrupt and disable the processes of regeneration and healing. This means that even if a target could regenerate or heal from their injuries, they would be unable to do so after being struck by a Blade Canon user's attack. The ramifications of such an ability are profound, as it essentially removes the safety net that most beings rely on to recover from injuries sustained in battle. The effect of a Blade Canon user's attack is so absolute that it renders the target vulnerable to subsequent attacks, making it a highly effective weapon in combat.

  • Standard Kanduhan Weaponry
    • Shredmaker: A close range weapon akin to a sword. It has the "Shred" ability; can be charged by feeding from the power of its user for extended periods of time to launch a powerful attack on a small area, can be up to ten times stronger than the users own strength depending on how much it was charged. The effective range of Shred is about ten meters, effective against killing enemies with superior durability, but effects a small area.
    • Bombmaker: A long-range weapon akin to a rifle. It fires rapid bullets, effective against greater number of enemies who are weaker.
