Saraka Sant'Angelo is a hunter of fallen angels who came to Gensokyo following the Wicked Star Incident. While she remains convinced of her piety, she has actually fallen herself due to her malicious nature and lack of self-control. Originally an angel of the Sun, her fall has made her into an angel of the Moon, allowing her to channel its insanity-inducing properties.

Powers and Abilities: Skilled Scythe Wielder, Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Magic, Danmaku, Mind Manipulation (She can control the power of the insanity-inducing true Moon, both through her scythe and her gaze), Soul Manipulation (She harvest and cut through souls, even bisecting both the body and soul of a victim with a single swing, and can easily dispatch Phantoms and Evil Spirits), Non-Physical Interaction (Can harm Phantoms and Evil Spirits with her regular attacks), Longevity
Attack Potency: At least Large Star level, likely Multi-Solar System level (The title of Sant'Angelo is bestowed only upon powerful angels, and Hatate referred to her as "overpowered" and a "bigshot". She is likely somewhat comparable to Yamata no Yato, who created and transformed into the constellation Ophiuchus). Can ignore conventional durability by attacking souls.
