Summary[]
Salivas C. Otter is the current strongest agent of the FOG and the mentor of Mute Kid. He was born with an excessive amount of Energy stored in his body, which led to him being sent off to an island to train his power safely. He would be respected and feared by his adoptive community, causing him to have a strange childhood. He would eventually become reckless due to his insane strength, which eventually led to his worst enemy to be born, Retto R. Savilus. During his fight with Retto, he would gain a new perspective on his life which led to his dream born in the Foundation. To eventually reset the multiverse back to its original state of one world, devoid of the glitches the Foundation would have to fix.
