Quint's origins in the Mega Man 8 Bit Deathmatch continuity are unknown. It's implied through diologue, however, that he came to the past to kill Maestro so that he could be the hero, and that Dr. Wily convinced him to do this, saying that "To be forgotten is worse than death".

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Skilled with Sakugarne and a buster, Summoning (Of Sakugarne), Sakugarne can hurl rocks at the enemy, limited Danmaku, Limited Pocket Reality Manipulation (Likely created the arena for his first and fifth phases, though he dosn't manipulate it), Portal Creation, Time Travel, Acausality (Type 1, can casually interact and fight alongside with his past self, and can even survive if they are killed. Likely would be unaffected by their own changes in the timeline), Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2 and likely 3), Inorganic Physiology (Type 2)
Speed: Likely Massively FTL (Can keep up and is somewhat faster than Maestro)
