Summary
Power Bestowal (not to be confused with Statistics Amplification) is the ability to grant others new abilities or even new forms, though generally not superior to that of the granter's themselves.
It should be noted that just while one can grant a power to another being, it does not mean they can grant that same power to themselves. Thus it must be stated that said ability can grant the user the bestowed ability as well. This power can sometimes be associated with the Blessed ability, particularly if someone is granted a power by a deity or a higher being of similar nature.
