Summary
Perception Manipulation is the ability to perceive how others perceive the world around them, allowing the user to make opponents see, hear, and feel things that aren't there, such as pain. This is often related to Illusion Manipulation and may overlap, but this ability has more applications, as it can amplify the user's own senses, allowing them to perceive things at a slower speed than normal, for example, making it so that they can react faster.
