Summary[]
Otto von Bismarck IV is one of the Stand users appearing in Paradise City. He was a German college student who travels to Woodstock, Illinois to see an old friend as he had heard he would be there. Along the way, he meets up with the other Stand users in the small town, and together they set forth on an adventure to destroy the criminal organization hounding them due to their abilities.

When interacting with the ground it acts like a powerful earthquake, in the water it causes large waves and with the air it acts like a shock-wave/concussive blast. The Vibrations generated by the stand have a range is about 5 to 10 meters, however the effects caused by the Vibrations may have a larger area of effect.
