Moses with the Ten Commandments

Moses? Ah yes, the senile old man who thought he was talking to Yahweh through a burning bush, when in reality he was just drunk to the point of talking to a shrub.

I just didn't expect an old man talking to a shrub on fire to result in the destruction of us gods. Well, that was also Gabriel's fault, that nosy angel who only gets the gods in trouble.
~ Asherah.

Summary[]

In the Holy Bible, Moses was one of the prophets of YHWH-Elohim, the God of the Hebrews. Moses would have performed several miracles to demonstrate to the Pharaoh of Egypt the power of YHWH-Elohim and to free his people. Or at least that was the version presented by the Bible.

According to Asherah, this is not quite true. In reality, it is revealed that Moses was just a man who got drunk and thought he was with God when he saw a bush on fire. It was also revealed that the Ten Plagues of Egypt were the result of a volcanic eruption that took place near Egypt. Later, Moses ended up founding a religion known as Judaism, which would survive after him. Moses founded the religion by worshiping a volcano he called "’ehye ’ăšer ’ehye".

However, due to the effect that the Collective Unconscious has on the universe and its timeline, as humanity believed the biblical narrative to be true, the story itself was altered and fit into the Judeo-Christian context, with reality being changed to a version where Moses had an encounter with Gabriel through the burning bush and was given a staff with which he sent the Ten Great Plagues of Egypt

Moses was eventually brought back to life by Death during the Apocalypse, assuming the identity of a man known as Camael Peterson. Alongside Moses and other human beings, Elijah also revived, who took on the identity of a man named Samuel Thomas.

However, this was revealed to be a lie, the staff of Moses had no power whatsoever as all the Ten Great Plagues occurred because of a natural event which was a volcano that erupted. However, due to Gabriel's interference in the timeline, he managed to make humanity believe in this myth of the staff of Moses having great power, which made him able to alter the timeline, replacing the ancient history and making the staff myth true.
