Summary[]
A mundane, simple-minded, humble and a very considerate therapist, Mikei-Sangyū.
Born in 1984, she lived a normal life and died of a terminal cancer, being reborn thanks the quantum fluctuations only to relive the same mundane life she once had.
Appearance[]
She is a woman of an average height with an above average build. She has curly, shoulder-length hair, tied onto a big ponytail with a tree branch and small several flowers. Because of her ability, her eyes has changed: with blue iris, and an orange outline near the pupil for the right eye and a yellow iris with black outlines. She also has the same flower pattern tattooed on the bottom left side of her cheek.
Her outfit consists of a grey jacket with a white polo and a grey corset, black pants, with high-quality shoes.
Backstory[]
Mikei was born on April 28, 1984, in the Kanto region of Tokyo at the Eraba Hospital. Her parents, Sōta Sangyū and Tsumugi Sangyū were already in their 30s when she was born: Sōta, her father, was having terminal cancer whilst her mother Tsumugi suffered from maternal death but died peacefully. She had a very normal childhood, being treated with a normal life. She graduated from The University of Tokyo in 2007 with a degree in philosophy, then bought a house to establish her own job being a therapist.
She had a normal and mundane job, doing the same thing, and she felt proud of it. She was starting to date her boyfriend, Tadashi, at the time and was excited for her life to become more stable. On the way back to her house, she stopped at a shopping center when she heard that Tadashi was suddenly attacked by a man who was armed with a gun.
After the incident, police discovered that Tadashi had been involved in an armed robbery that killed one man and also injured four others. The police soon arrested Tadashi for attempting to murder Mikei. Tadashi pleaded guilty and was given the death sentence after the Japanese justice system's 8-6 point system.
Tadashi's name became worldwide news following the Japanese newspaper press conference regarding her life and death in which the reporter, Ken Yamamoto, described the killer as "a jealous, power-hungry man who had been stalking the woman for three years." It was also reported that Tadashi had a total of 2,400 previous convictions and was soon sentenced to death.
Mikei was surprised to know this. At that time she only knew Tadashi casually as an acquaintance and thought it was a nice coincidence for the couple to meet and become lovers, but it was out of the blue and had never expected such a twist in her mundane life.
As years pass by, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer and died peacefully like her parents...
However...
The universe had long passed humans: stars, galaxies, and other celestial bodies came and go... Nothingness is all that remains. Nothingness is so all-encompassing that we cannot fathom it or reach it. Nothingness is the only thing that will allow us to glimpse the true nature of everything. No matter what we do, we will never be able to understand the true purpose of this all-encompassing nothingness. Filled with endless energy and boundless possibility, nothingness is pure and incorruptible. It is the sound of human imagination. The thing that hides in the sound of a fading song. But perhaps there is something beyond physicality that neither one's mind nor one's body can recognize. When the basic ingredients of our mental being are examined and given depth and clarity, the next step is to conclude that all things are made up of matter. For something to have meaning, there has to be something to perceive it. Without conscious observation, this blank void will remain inexplicable and permanent.
Based on quantum mechanics, the non-zero probability tells us that: "Given an infinite time, everything that can happen will happen". This is due to the quantum fluctuations, producing matter and energy from "nothingness". And in 10^10^10^56 years, random quantum fluctuations and quantum tunneling is predicted to give birth to another universe, in which the configuration of matter is entirely different from our own.
This new universe gave birth to the a different planet, a different Earth, and a different kind of science.
Humorously, Mikei remains the same despite the universal changes and had lived the same life but now possesses an ability. However, this did not changed the fact that her job, her life, and her personality remained as mundane with her newfound power making it more mundane than ever. At an unknown point, Mikei dubbed her power, but wasn't aware of what it was until far into the future.
Ever since then, Mikei-Sangyū continues to live her simple and normal lifestyle; the same job, the same family, and the same Mikei. It was happy, and it was sad some ups and downs, but nonetheless... It was normal....
Because of this, she gained a power known as a Milieu, provided by the very reality itself given a purpose to those who wiled it... But she found it more mundane than the other Wielders as she used it in her day-to-day life. Although the same incident with Tadachi occurring, she pushed onward and developed her Milieu further. Through the destruction of the old comes the new being born inside the shell, breaking it and becoming a whole new being.
Knowing that, she continued onward with her life, having the same disease diagnosed to her like before... But lived on and thanked everyone she knew that they made her life less mundane, still continuing with her career as of late.
Personality[]
Mikei is a normal and mundane person, living her life as a therapist.
She longs for a peaceful and normal life, safe from any harm, and does not wish to be involved on any kind of violence. Although she is highly intelligent and possesses many talents, she simply brushes any compliment given to her, saying its "pure luck", showing her humbleness. Since her youth, Mikei has been very humble, living a healthy life and following her moral principle.
These moral principle involves "living a normal life, ignorant of the harsh reality" and that "ignorance is bliss". This have stemmed from her living a very normal childhood, responding to good people with kindness and vice versa. She is also very mature and polite, treating people with respect even if they may seem rude to her.
Though she may be a kind person, it too has its limits, she would know when to or not respond to other things going around her. This is because of her simplicity in living a normal life, using "common sense" to know what would happen if she got involved in other people's mess.
Additionally, despite being reborn into another universe, Mikei remained the same.

Furthermore, Mikei is best when it comes to extremely intense situations. Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Barbed Copper: Mikei's original power, a normal yet bizarre ability. It has range of 10,000 kilometers, allowing her to have the maximum advantage in long-range combat.
- Nutrient Manipulation: Barbed Copper's primary ability is to manipulate all kinds of nutrients that exist. This can range from vitamins, minerals, or even organic molecules themselves that are essential for any living organism. When in contact with anything, it "applies" nutrients to said thing that is in contact with it. Furthermore, it allows Mikei to increase her own power, speed, and strength with enough nutrition, pushing over the limitations of her body whilst draining any enemy of their nutrition, even killing them in process. Mikei can also apply nutrients on non-living things, such as moss or fungi, allowing her to create a field of poison around her enemy which slowly removes all bodily function within seconds.
- Verdigris: She can manipulate the very life itself and can create creatures like animals, plants, or even have a mold that corrodes the enemy. This works well with Resistance Negation as they are easily affected with the corrosion and will kill them in seconds.
- Copper Manipulation: After Mikei have "applied" the nutrients onto a thing, said thing would secrete copper that could be manipulated at will. The copper material that are secreted are highly conductive and as such could be "overcharged" when met with electricity. This allows here to create anything especially very complicated electronics like tazers, generators, EMPs, or even electronic bombs.
- Automatons: She can create much more complicated inventions, more specifically, inventions with a very specific directive of bypassing defenses and/or forcefields through the dimensional gaps created by Mockingbird's beacons. These allow her to simultaneously focus on offense whilst analyzing her enemy within a safe barrier.
To Kill a Mockingbird: Mikei's Milieu formed from the mundanity of her life, resembling a black bird with multiple ornaments. When activated, it changes her eyes, grows branches on her hair, and have a flower pattern on her face.
- Beacon Manipulation: Mockingbird can create beacons- intentionally conspicuous devices designed to attract attention to a specific location, but are supernaturally amplified. It is capable of "guiding" anything to a "shore." This shore is more figurative than literal, allowing Mikei to manipulate their fate and by extension the fabric of reality itself. Once she summons a beacon, anything will be "drawn" to it, like a moth to a flame.
- Specter's Bait: Mikei's beacons can also create decoys, clones, or imitations of anything based on the enemies' power. These decoys are the exact opposite of the enemy and thus have the necessary abilities to counter them. The amount of Decoys created are unlimited and infinite, meaning she could simply overwhelm her enemy with as many decoys as she wants, with all kinds of counters to defeat them. Furthermore, she is also capable of switching with and resurrecting through her Decoys by making an opposition of herself, then transferring her consciousness to them.
- Resistance Negation: Because of the Decoy's nature to counter every ability the opponent has, each one can negate/nullify any kind of resistance the enemy may have and can even be applied onto Mikei herself, preventing her resistances from being negated. As a side effect, it weakens and brings the enemy's power so low that they could die from just existing. This ability is passive and is always active.
- Conceptual Luring: Mockingbird's ability is to "lure" anything towards "something" that Mikei chooses. This is irresistible and thus couldn't be nullified because of it's nature. This even allowed her to "lure" the fabric of space-time towards herself, inadvertently causing the birth of a new universe.
- Superposition: An technique formed as a requisite of putting two beacons on the same place and time, creating a paradox as two beacons "attracting each other" causes the one to "lure" the other and vice versa. This paradox contracts space and creates countless Einstein–Rosen bridges or wormholes that has no time and thus accelerates Mikei infinitely, simulating some kind of teleportation.
- Specter's Bait: Mikei's beacons can also create decoys, clones, or imitations of anything based on the enemies' power. These decoys are the exact opposite of the enemy and thus have the necessary abilities to counter them. The amount of Decoys created are unlimited and infinite, meaning she could simply overwhelm her enemy with as many decoys as she wants, with all kinds of counters to defeat them. Furthermore, she is also capable of switching with and resurrecting through her Decoys by making an opposition of herself, then transferring her consciousness to them.
Go Set a Watchman: A newfound she gained after the incident with Tadashi and her acquaintances changing her mundane life, thus regaining her power and evolving it afterward.
- Soundscape to Ardor: A much stronger version of her Mockingbird. The beacons have now taken a more powerful form, capable of affecting the multiverse and everyone within it, becoming so fast that the enemy simply ceases, just like their very existence.
- Frivolous Rescindment: A much more powerful version of Resistance Negation, which now allows her to completely erase any kind of resistance the enemy has instead of simply nullifying them, unable to be regained ever again. This makes the enemy be as feeble as an ant and will be killed no matter what power they hold. Again, this ability is passive and will remain active for as long as Mikei wants.

A letter opener and a dagger, it's not that special or anything really
Etcher's Inception: A letter opener made into a weapon by Mikei. These openers takes three types that Mikei names Tegami, Shokan, and Kakikomi.
- Tegami (手紙. lit. Letter): Creates a portal that Mikei can transfer herself to. This portal allows her to bypass defenses, barriers, or even dimensional gaps themselves. She can even create her own pocket reality to seal her enemy inside, resulting in an immediate win as they do not have any resistances to negate it.
- Shokan (書簡 lit. Epistle): Can dissect/decompose any material it comes in contact. This "dissection" can also be applied to "concepts" or even non-existent objects, allowing her to bypass defenses or even using the enemy's barrier for herself, rendering them useless.
- Kakikomi (書き込み lit. Writing): Allows Mikei to manipulate the "process" of anything, like controlling how something becomes something else, the speed in which a process happens, the outcome of the process, how it happens, etc. This could affect time, space, dimensions, concepts, or anything in general, meaning that she could weaken an opponent by slowing down or even halting the process of an individual, preventing them from getting stronger.
