Metatron, formerly known as Enoch, also knwon as the Angel of the Lord, the Pillar of Fire, The Face of God and The Angel of Contracts, is one of the angels from Warriors of Eden. Enoch was a human who lived during the pre-Flood period, he is also the son of Jared and the seventh after Adam, as well as being the father of Methuselah and the grandfather of Noah. It is said that after Enoch died, God "turned his flesh to flame, his veins to fire, his eye-lashes to bolts of lightning, his eye-balls to flaming torches, and placed him on a throne next to the throne of glory" and thereafter Enoch acted as the Avatar personal of God in Creation, serving as a mediator between God and humanity, being the Creator's spokesperson.
Backstory[]
Enoch was born hundreds of thousands of years ago, several years before the universal Flood. Enoch was born from Jared and Bereka, two descendants of Adam and Eve. Due to Lucifer's rebellion in Paradise, other Angels wanted to follow Lucifer's example, this group was the Grigori, a group of 200 angels who came to earth and began to mate with the women and men of the planet. The Angels, due to being literally beings that came from the heavens, they were worshiped as gods by humans, something that bothered the pagan gods, although they could not do anything about it, as in this group there were even Cherubims, who are more powerful than the most of the gods.
In addition, Angels and humans began to have hybrid children, the nephilims, beings of great power that even surpassed the power of their angel parents, in addition to having colossal sizes, measuring between one hundred to two hundred meters in height. These giants destroyed everything in front of them, trying to devour what they found along the way due to their relentless hunger. As time passed, humanity was corrupting itself and giving itself more and more to sin, such as pride, vanity, greed, envy, hypocrisy, adultery, murder and so on. Something that made Lucifer chuckle with satisfaction, as this situation only proved what she thought about humanity.
However, there was one man who did not give in to sin, not only him but his family as well. It was Enoch, the seventh after Adam. Enoch despite living in a literal sin-filled world, remained firm in his faith in God, not forgetting the teachings of his father, Jared, and his mother, Bereka. Teachings he passed on to his wife and son, Methuselah. Enoch from a young age always loved God and never gave himself up to evil, whenever he sinned, he prayed to God and begged for forgiveness, both for himself and for his family. Enoch was honest, just, and kind, a man full of grace in the eyes of God and His angels. God then chose Enoch as his prophet, and Enoch walked with God, becoming known as friend of God. The Lord took Enoch to Heaven, where there God showed Enoch the wonders of his realm, and Enoch was allowed to record the wonders he saw in the heavenly realm of the Creator's light.
Enoch's honesty and kindness caused God's faith for humanity to rekindle, but the earth was still tainted with evil, and God knew he needed to do something. That's when God commanded His four children, Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel, to descend to Earth and kill the hybrid abominations born of angel and human, and to imprison the rebel Angels and cast them into the second Heaven, where they would be imprisoned as punishment for their transgressions. So the Four Archangels did and cast the fallen angels into the Second Heaven. There, God told Enoch to preach to the rebellious angels and so he did.
Enoch then returned to Earth, where he lived for hundreds of years with his family, until finally God decided it was time for Enoch to leave that fallen Earth. Enoch then said good-bye to his wife and son, Methuselah, and delivered to him the writings he had written from Heaven. Enoch climbed a mountain, where he lay down and died. However, when Enoch's soul reached Heaven, the Lord told Michael and Gabriel to change the clothes of Enoch and dress him in the clothes of Archangels, and when Enoch realized, he was no longer a human, but an Angel, a Seraphim of the Creator. God placed His holy name on Enoch and changed the patriarch's name to Metatron.
Enoch, now Metatron, began to act on Earth as God's personal spokesman, serving as the Creator's intercessor to humanity. And Metatron went on to act as the direct Avatar of God in Creation, with several of God's appearances to biblical figures being actually Metatron, serving as his messenger. For example, during ± 1,600 BC, Metatron appeared to Abraham, along with Gabriel and Michael, where Metatron cured Sarah's infertility so that she could bear the patriarch Isaac. Furthermore, Metatron was also the Angel of the Lord that appeared during the Old Testament, although this title is sometimes given to Gabriel and Michael, it is Metatron who makes the most appearances, like the Burning Bush for example.
He is also the Angel who prevented the death of the patriarch Isaac, and the Angel who would have guided the Hebrew people across the Red Sea. He was also the fourth man in the fiery furnace with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego Generally speaking, Metatron is a theophonic manifestation of God the Father in bodily form.
Appearance[]
Enoch's ancient appearance is unknown. However, after becoming an Angel, he became a high-level spirit being, his true form being described as an omnipresent light that expands throughout creation, exuding an infinite glory that brings peace and tranquility to afflicted souls. During his time as the Angel of the Lord, Metatron appeared as an elder, with snow-white hair and beard and white tunic, giving him a Santa Claus appearance.
He also manifested himself as the Burning Bush and the Pillar of Fire and Cloud that guided the Hebrews through the desert. When Moses asked to see Metatron's face, the Angel mentions that Moses cannot see His face, for no man has seen his face and continues to live. But after much insistence from Moses, Metatron decided to appear to Moses, with God putting His Hand to protect Moses. The Angel of the Lord then appeared to Moses as a humanoid figure of great glory and power, possessing four huge wings and a flaming head that radiated a radiance greater than the sun itself, with this light remaining on Moses' face for a few moments.
In his form of Seraphim, Metatron's appearance is that of a slender, curvy and androgynous person, who appears to be about twenty-five or twenty-six years old. Metatron has his hair untied which falls across his back and has two curled strands that flow down to his front. Metatron's other seraph characteristics include three pairs of white feathered wings protruding from his back. His elegant clothing involves a drapery style, off-the-shoulder dress with flowing long sleeves that are attached to the dress with shoulder straps. Tied around his waist is a dress piece, and he is barefoot.
Personality[]
Enoch was an honest and kind man, he was a man whose grace was found in the eyes of God. Even when the world was corrupted by the Fallen Angels, Enoch did not stray from his ways and continued to serve the God of his father, Jared, and his grandfather, Malalel. Enoch's honesty was such that he was able to rekindle faith in God for mankind. So much so that God sent Michael and Gabriel to visit the prophet and take him to the heavenly realm of inaccessible light that is Heaven, the abode of the Creator. In Heaven, Enoch knew God and the Lord allowed him to see the wonders of the heavens. And Enoch walked with God, becoming known as a friend of God.
Enoch was known to enjoy helping others, even those who didn't deserve it, always trying to guide people who were corrupted by evil back into the light. Enoch was also highly respected and admired by his family, especially by Methuselah, who even after his father's death continued to follow his teachings about God and remained firm in his faith without deviating from the path of good. This teaching was passed on to Methuselah's son, Lamech, who passed on his teachings to his son, Noah. However, even after Enoch died, God allowed Enoch to continue to guide mankind and care for people. To do this, God turned Enoch into His avatar, personifying his will and love, now able to help people and guide humanity away from the path of evil.
Regarding angelic beings, Enoch impressed many angels because of his wisdom and knowledge and also because of his great devotion to the Creator. Lucifer, on the other hand, was angry that Enoch had gained such a privilege in Heaven and that he had not been corrupted by the Fallen Angels. This is something that bothered Lucifer so much that when Metatron appeared on Earth as the man Jesus, Lucifer tempted him in the desert and, to her surprise, the Savior did not bow to any of the Devil's proposals.

- Angel Physiology: Angels are spiritual beings, that is, they are devoid of physical and tangible material, being incorporeal and intangible, invisible to human eyes. Because of this, to manifest in the physical world, Angels use a physical form, a vessel created by themselves, to interact with human beings. As primordial creatures and the heavenly princes of God, they are arguably the most powerful race in creation, being even in their physical forms capable of annihilating cities and even ravaging the entire Earth. Angels were born from the Big Bang, forged at the epicenter of the Great Expanse, created from the manifestation of the Creator's resplendent divine light. Each Angel personifies a facet of God, an aspect of Him, for example, Gabriel personifies His strength; Raphael to His Wisdom; Michael to His Right Hand; Lucifer was formerly the personification of God's Light and His Left and Right Hand. Metatron is the personification of the Voice of God, the same voice that gave birth to everything and sang the song of Creation, giving birth to the eternal Logos, the word of God that sustains all Creation.
- Light: Common ability of angels, although there are two types of light, one being the natural light that is emanated by stars and other types of light sources, and the divine light of the Creator, which although similar, is considered the "true light", being pure and immaculate. The light of God is the light emanating from the power of the Creator himself, which gives life and hope to all beings that exist in the universe and everything in it, from the smallest microbe to the largest whale, from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy. Angels are and embody that same light that sustains all creation. If an Angel falls, it does not lose this ability.
- Fire: Fire is a common ability of angels, with Metatron being able to manifest as a burning bush, a pillar of fire, or a cloud to protect the people of Israel. The Fire that Metatron uses is different from ordinary fire, being a spiritual fire, which does not directly interact with matter unless he wants it to happen, with the flames having enough heat to char even graphene.
- Metatron's Cube: Metatron's Cube refers to a magic cube of immense power and light that was created by the Seraph and God's Avatar, Metatron. He is a cube with such power that it can literally give the wielder such glorious power that it could literally destroy all of Creation and recreate it in its image. However, the cube can only be used by those who are determined to do the right thing.
