I don't think that anything in my character's backstory was lewd and outside of the mention of electricity being stored in her bum I don't really see anything to bad in my opinion. Is it disrupting the Wikia or is it because there are a total of like 20 mentions of her hips and butt total on her page?
Jesus and Yingyue are about the same level granted Jesus is Deus in a human form.
The ranking for the characters goes something like this:
Ilona - #1
Bete Noir and Deus (Completed) - #2
Jiang Ying Yue - #3
Deus (Incomplete), Bete Noir (Incomplete) and Jesus - #4
All of the 1-As are massively weaker than Ilona but a lot of them are still powerful enough to be considered "Omnipotent" in their own Creations. But I cannot stress enough that they take on very limiting human forms when manifested on lower planes and dimensions.
Bete Noire, Deus and Ilona are all basically Blue and Orange meaning that they do not really fall under any specific morality alignment; however, Deus is very spiteful and petty like causing The Great Flood simply to have something stand out in his Bible when compared to other pantheons and influencing humanity to believe that Bete Noire is nothing but evil (which in turn corrupted Bete Noire making him act as evil as humanity believed that he was). Deus even planned to destroy the other gods so that he would be the only one getting worshiped and praised, with his plan actually nearly succeeding before Ilona intervened. But to directly answer your question: he has split personalities due to the many variations of him that there are in the universe and due to Earthly gods needing belief and faith of humans to properly exist and shape themselves, he has been altered into a mash up of all of his various counterparts giving him thousands of personalities at once which make it hard for him to cope with when he is whole, but after being split into separate beings he became a recluse that only cares about balance and order even at the expense of others.
Deus's sons: Lucifer, Jesus and Michael are actually better than him in regards to actions. Lucifer was banished from heaven after his failed coup during Ragnarök, he now takes up residence in hell with the Seven Deadly Sins and his new mentor Satan. Michael follows his fathers order but takes after his mother, Ilona, personality-wise and typically only leads his army against actual threats. Michael is very conflicted because he believes in his father but can plainly see that his father is out of control. Jesus is Deus's conscience and good aspects taking form in the universe, the reason why Deus hasn't become a nice person is because Jesus never returned to him upon his death due to Bete Noir's tampering. Jesus is kindly old man who tries to convince others that Deus isn't all bad.
On the flip side, Bete Noir is pretty passive even before Deus's tampering he was known for destroying thing that Deus and Ilona made but that was because he can be seen as a necessary evil to balance creation.
I'm gonna go ahead and explain the No Limits Fallacy (NLF).
A NLF is when one states that a character, aspect of a character, ability, or really anything has no limits whatsoever. Saying things like "[Insert power here] can affect anything" or "bypasses any immunity" is an NLF. Things like absolute powers and meta powers from the Superpower wiki are also NLFs.
A few of your pages contain such NLFs. These NLFs are not accepted on this wiki. NLFs in powers tend to cause profiles to have a bad quality with the "mah character is the strongest" vibe. Low quality profiles are not accepted on this wiki.
But would this make characters on the VS Battle wikia low quality being that there are characters on it that say things like "[Insert power here] can affect anything" or "bypasses any immunity" and no one ever brings up that these are NLFs?
Literally Laxus Dreyar from Fairy Tail has red lighting that bypasses immunity to electrical attacks (What he used to defeat that Spriggan 12 member who could become immune to his lightening based attacks), Black Lightening from DC has his black lightning that is not only stronger than normal electricity it also bypasses Resistance to electricity based attacks (shown in the Young Justice show and the TV Show whenever he fights Live Wire https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRc77HmpjTw
Plus I already have been changing the pages of the characters and I already have a powers explained section detailing the specifics of each power and how they work
Raikô: Red Lightning (雷汞・赩御雷ライコウ・アカミカズチ Raikō: Akamikazuchi): A technique crafted as an homage to his great-grandfather, Yuri Dreyar, this particular lightning is notably different, as it is dark-red in color. Additionally, Laxus described it as being "lightning that goes beyond lightning," and used it to defeat Wall Eehto, who is normally unaffected by electricity, but utilized the unique, explosive property of this kind of lightning to punch through his Machias foe.
But as I said I have already taken the liberty of changing the powers up a bit also is it fine if I give a character an innate resistance on a conceptual level then have them wear an item which gives them a magical resistance?
You're kind of getting the wrong idea. It's the profiles saying "even if they're immune", not just some random feat that automatically debunks immunity. It's the words on the profile that are making it bad quality.
Resistance can be broken through by resistance negation, sheer magnitude of the ability in question, or even aspects of the ability that the opponent does not resist. Only one of these receives a separate power. None of these would be noted with "even if they're immune it works".
Saying things like "even if they're immune it works" or "immune to all of [Insert ability here]" just creates the "my character is the strongest" vibe and lowers quality down to levels that we don't accept. Some of these can be omitted or reworded where the NLF goes away but the character still would have that aspect (magnitude of ability exists and overpowers lower magnitude resistance by defualt). You barely have to change the actual powers of your characters to fix this problem.
You can list resistances however you like as long as you avoid NLF.
I just wanted to tell you that I ended up messing around with infobox codes that are like yours in my sandbox. Considering the amount of people saying they were using your infobox codes I just wanted to make sure you knew.
Question: I am making a Visual Novel and I wanted to know if I could post the characters here? Wasn't sure if I could post them on Vs Battle Wikia being that it won't be out until January of next year.
I went through Hibiki 23. Pretty good, but there are a couple things I need to point out. First, there is a missing stat (intelligence), and there are some immunities that aren't ok anymore. The one on permanent damage I passed over and I don't think it's a big deal so it can stay. The one on durability negation is a no go, you can't be immune to all forms of durability negation possible. The one on negation is also a no go. The one to telekinesis is the last one that's not good. These 3 can be replaced with resistance and then it's ok.
You still need to watch out where you say immunity. Immunity to soul and blood manipulation can be achieved by lacking both a soul and blood. So just justify with that and we'll be fine. But conventional weaponry is a no go.
Imouto, putting gifs here and there is fine and all. But putting GIFS in every page doesn't sound to me like a good idea (in fact, I considered doing that but ended up with the decision that it would be better not to) as having GIFs in every page could potentially induce some kind of lag when scrolling power pages or something of the sort.
You don't need to remove the ones you already put.
Your fear seems very unfounded as larger wikias all have well of +7000 pages (SPW for instance) and they don't really seem to have a lag problem at all and I would know because I've been on wikia since 2009. While I won't add GIFs to all of the pages I will add them to 90% of them. Also pages loaded quicker the more that you access them due to cache data on your computer.
...Imo, I totally told you that aside from the possible lag problem, there's also the fact that wikias in general hardly/rarely use gifs as the main images of the powers and abilities section. Sure, many pages/websites have a ton of gifs when you think of them as a whole. I was the admin of a community back in the day and I'm well aware of that.
But even in SP wikia I've seen a lot of pages that have still images as the principal ones in the page rather than gifs.
And this wikia is tied to VSB.
VSB does not use that many gifs on power pages either. In fact, Gifs are RARE there. Like I said, the content is what matters most, not the image, whatever it is.
Explaining this over and over is quite frankly, starting to tire me to the point where I'm almost telling Cross that I quit and let you handle it all since you're that interested. In fact, you may ask him if you want to do it that badly. Like, seriously. I won't even say anything anymore.
I'm just tired of trying to convince you by now and I'm almost getting to the point where I don't care about being right or wrong on this anymore.
I was just relooking at all of the pages and i came across your pages. The infobox is very colorful . I would really appreciate it if you would possibly allow me to use said infoboxes for my new to be added character. I will credit you in the trivia if that is what you would prefer.
