Summary[]
Lindsey Graham, AKA the Shadow Puppeteer, is one of the members of the Homewreckers, the antagonistic force behind the Unreality Killings in Valhalla: Hellcity. Information on Lindsey is limited, as he acted entirely as a proxy and Soothsayer had limited time to glean information before his death, but he appeared to to be one of the very first people to join the Homewreckers. Lindsey provided all units with stealth and its shroud, and seemed to have a complete devotion to his cause.
Powers and Stats[]
Tier: High 7-C, 6-B via Burst, likely 6-A with Night Slash
Name: Lindsey Graham, "The Shadow Puppeteer"
Origin: Valhalla: Hellcity
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown
Classification: Level 1 Trigger
Powers and Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Types 1 and 3, Triggers are immortal[1] and can heal from any physical injury[2]), Regeneration (Low-Godly, any damage on the physical layer is regarded as "False Damage"[2] that is incapable of killing the trigger and regenerates at triple speed, while damage to every layer is still able to be healed provided the damage is not extensive, and they are not struck in their[3] spiritual core[4]), Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2 and 3; Triggers have no requirements for food or physical obligation to sleep, only being affected psychologically by prolonged consciousness.[4] Can traverse into the depths of Red Gashes, where even air vanishes from existence[5]), Energy Manipulation (The defining trait of a Trigger is the ability to control Energy, an extraplanar force that clashes with the nature of reality on a fundamental level. This fuels their abilities at large, and can be fired as a blast directly[2]), Explosion Manipulation (Regularly caused by the use of energy, whether through Blasts, Energy enhanced attacks or certain Unique Powers[2]), Mind Manipulation and Soul Manipulation (Can attack on the mental and spiritual layers alongside the physical[2]), Fear Manipulation (Damage to the mental layer can influence the thoughts and feelings of onlookers, causing locations that have been severely damaged by triggers to cause an innate sense of dread and desire to abandon the area[6]), Memory Manipulation (Damage to an area on the mental layer may cause it to be outright removed from collective memory,[2] Silas's Miracle was capable of "unpersoning" King Gizzard by reducing him to atoms on every layer[4]), Life Manipulation (The spiritual layer dictates the properties of physical objects, including their life-force/spans[6]), Regeneration Negation (Up to Low-Godly; Damage to the spiritual layer interferes with the life force of objects, making it impossible for mundane means to repair damage dealt by a Trigger.[6] Even other Triggers have an increased difficulty healing attacks that harm their souls[2]), Invulnerability Negation (Despite a Fortified Trigger's ability to completely ignore False Damage,[2] a Trigger's normal attacks are capable of harming them, as displayed with Aisha,[3] and Frozen Mind's similar protection of the mind and soul also cannot prevent outright damage), Non-Physical Interaction (Capable of damaging spiritual and mental structures, and even interact with Gashes and creatures similar in nature,[7] which are a "total annihilation of anything and everything"[8]), Reactive Evolution (Triggers as a whole have the capacity to suddenly evolve in Level through overexposure to extreme levels of Energy, special energy sources or extreme distress.[2] More regularly, external factors allow them to break through their limits to enhance their power,[4] this process often granting them new aspects to their powers in the process), Surface Scaling (Even the least agile of triggers are capable of running straight up walls and climbing on totally flat surfaces[2]), Enhanced Senses (Triggers are capable of seeing the Spiritual and Mental layers of reality, as well as have their senses tuned to such extremes that they can "hear sweat hitting the ground from another room, see in almost complete darkness, feel minor shifts in the air and smell chemicals that have no odor".[2] This allows Triggers to speak to each other at normal volumes from hundreds of meters away, as well as communicate through the minimal use of their vocal cords while keeping their mouth closed[9]), Reality Warping and Physics Manipulation (The use of energy can cause Random Events, causing a conflict between the laws of physics and reality in an attempt to replace it with the Energy Layer[2]), Statistics Amplification (Can attack with an Energy infused punch, increasing it's speed and power, as well as well as use Energy to block or dodge for similar effects[2]), Forcefield Creation (Energy Block can emit a forcefield upon use[7]), Light Manipulation (Energy Defense can cause a flashbang effect that blinds opponents after it succeeds[2]), Telepathy (Triggers are capable of easily "reading" mundane people through observing them on the mental layer[6])
Darkness Manipulation, Void Manipulation (Lindsey's Unique Power is a manipulation of the Shadow layer, specializing it's more esoteric form as "Non-existence", which even Triggers have difficulty interacting with and resisting due to it's lack of both "reality and unreality".[10] Lindsey also possesses a significant affinity with Red Gashes,[10] allowing him to offload the upkeep of his shroud and other abilities and negate Random Events[6]), Damage Reduction, Resurrection and Invisibility (Is the creator of and possesses his own Shroud, which reduces the damage they take, restores them to full capacity in case they would otherwise die,[6] obscures their identity[11] and reduces their existential presence by covering them in a darkness likened directly to nothingness,[12] making it difficult for even the senses of Triggers to properly detect them[7]), Avatar Creation (Lindsey is capable of manifesting The Shadow as a proxy[6]), Nonexistent Physiology (Nature 2, Types 1, 3 and 5; The Shadow is described as a near total void, lacking a significant presence on the mental layer or even spatial coordinates to be moved across[10]), Absorption (Homewreckers are granted[11] the Carnage power perk, which allows them to increase their power in the midst of combat through killing people or Triggers and absorbing their Energy, and retain some of the benefits overtime.[2] Half of the damage the Shadow receives is converted into Energy. Being within shadows empowers The Shadow, reducing the damage it takes significantly and increasing it's capabilities[6]), Aura (Overwhelming, after accumulating a certain threshold of Dark Charge, The Shadow begins to weaken enemies and eventually remove anything within 10 meters of him from existence. In Burst this becomes far more pronounced, debilitating any Level 1s with range and potentially lowering them to a Level 0 when flared up[6]), Existence Erasure (Several of Lindsey's attacks and every attack of his Shadow erase matter upon contact[6]), Teleportation (Lindsey and his Shadow can teleport himself and others into shadows.[6] Using a Gash, a Homewrecker can transport themselves to other locations within the network, including other Gashes or Firmament[13]), Enhanced Regeneration Negation (Chaos Theory "sticks" to the wounds it creates, making them impossible to heal in a similar fashion as a Red Gash[6]), Awakened Power (At midnight, Lindsey is capable of forming the Sephirot alongside his shadow and using a Burst,[2] doning the Shadow as armor to become far more powerful[6]), Self-Destruction (Homewreckers have an innate "Kill Switch",[9] causing them to be consumed by a Gash[3] if they betray the organization[14])
Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1, Level 2 Triggers are capable of interacting with the Conceptual layer of reality,[6] with Burst allowing a Trigger to reach into a level higher than their own temporarily[2]), Causality Manipulation (Manipulation of the Conceptual Layer allows for a bypass of cause and effect itself,[6] with the likes of Captain Adam using this to make multiple portals feed into a single exit or one portal lead into multiple exits[4] or Burst Silas knocking a being with no spatial coordinates into outer space[10] before even firing Firmament Genesis[4]), Immortality Negation (Type 8; Bursts are capable of severing the Grand's connection to his network, which provides him new bodies upon death ad infinitum[15]), BFR (Midnight Deluge Slash has a chance to teleport enemies into an endless dimension of darkness[6])
Spatial Manipulation (Can cause objects to randomly teleport around a given battlefield,[16] potentially dragging them through several dimensions in the process.[17] Sufficiently compounded Random Events can cause an entire city to experience severe spatial expansion, ripping at anyone within it's radius[18]), Gravity Manipulation (Can briefly cause singularities to occur, distorting space-time and stretching the ground around it into Nano-Carbon Latices.[16] This effect can potentially be manifested to such an extent that gravity is reverted, a true vacuum is formed, and an entire forest is converted to Latices.[3] Capable of coalescing gravity around a specific target, forming a massive sphere of material that pins them to the ground.[19] Capable of softening gravity, causing those in it's radius to move twice as fast from the decreased weight[14]), Transmutation (Capable of turning dirt into a harmful gas, and in more extreme cases cause matter to directly turn to Energy,[3] can turn water into wine and blood[20]), Matter Manipulation (Random Events frequently interfere with molecular structures, certain extremes are able to atomize those without sufficient resilience[20]), Air Manipulation (Can increase air pressure within 1000 meter radius exponentially for 30 seconds, causing explosions to be sustained thermobarically throughout the duration,[4]as well as cause a vacuum effect that shreds nearby opponents[21]), Light Manipulation (Can cause an implosion of heat that becomes as bright as the sun, blinding anyone in it's wake,[22] which can be manifested to such an extent that it melts steel throughout a hydroelectric dam[4]), Temperature Manipulation (Can prevent molten material from cooling off, sustaining it's heat from the explosion that caused it to melt[7]), Weather Manipulation (Can create a storm of energy that hovers around the battlefield[22]), Time Manipulation (Can revert time, causing attacks to be re-released as a massive explosion,[22] or cause stopped time to solidify and shatter into shards that revert whatever they cut into the recent past[18]), Size Manipulation and Density Manipulation (Can cause the density of manipulated material to become unstable, sometimes bloating their size and mass or causing them to collapse into a pebble sized chunk[7]), Madness Manipulation (Can warp the mental layer into an abominable and maddening landscape[23]), Vector Manipulation (Can cause objects to move in bizarre fashions by warping the vectors of their motion[23]), Plant Manipulation (Can cause destroyed trees to immediately sprout new ones,[3] and can cause them to wither and die[19]), Vibration Manipulation (Can cause a massive shockwave to proceed an impact, launching opponents for a notable distance[3]), Electricity Manipulation (Can convert the clouds in the sky into lightning that strikes everything in sight,[3] or form a lightning bolt on the mental layer from the accumulated grief of those within an area, empowering beings such as Soothsayer in the process[14]), Summoning (Sufficiently compounded random events can cause a "space between dimensions" to emerge, bringing forth some form of sentient being which eclipsed the combined power of the Wife Beaters on Day 2[3]), Creation (Can cause materials produced by an attack to emerge in extreme excess, such as bursts of X and Gamma Rays covering miles of Hellcity after Xander used Strong Force, Starfire's flames consuming all random events nearby to propagate beyond his initial attack,[17] The Butcher of Streets' blood slash continuing to produce blood and stain the nearby area,[21] or Vladimir's electric punches propagating yet more electricity[10]), Smoke Manipulation (Can cause smoke to accumulate over a given target, blinding them through visual obscurement and burning their eyes[17]), Fire Manipulation (Can cause weapons to spontaneously combust[21]), Status Effect Inducement (Can create bubbles of crystalized moments in time, which burst to induce a variety of effects on those nearby[24]), Corrosion Inducement (Can release a liquid that melts anything it touches[19]), Portal Creation (Can rip a gash into space, funneling in objects and causing them to appear elsewhere[19]), Chaos Manipulation (Random Events are capable of destabilizing reality to make random events more likely, or reverting this effect[10]), Age Manipulation (Can cause everything within a certain radius to become far older and corroded[25])
Reality Warping, Physics Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Air Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Temperature Manipulation, Density Manipulation, Size Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Vector Manipulation, Plant Manipulation, Vibration Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Smoke Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Status Effect Inducement, Corrosion Inducement, Chaos Manipulation and Age Manipulation (Can withstand the effects of Random Events[2]), Mind Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, Fear Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Life Manipulation, and Regeneration Negation (Can withstand and heal from the blows of other Triggers. Homewreckers are able to regenerate from Red Damage[26]), Poison Manipulation, Acid Manipulation and Radiation Manipulation, Biological Manipulation (Triggers are capable of resisting the effects of conventional weaponry, including a variety of chemical weapons, poisons, and radiation sickness,[2] and disobey the laws of biology to begin with[6] due to inhabiting the spiritual and mental layers simultaneously[4]), Void Manipulation (Triggers are capable of surviving exposure to Red Gashes, which are described as a total annihilation of "anything and everything"[8] that extends to every layer, including the Conceptual[11]), Statistics Reduction (Homewreckers are acclimated to Red Gashes and their weakening effects[26]), Telepathy (A Trigger's use of both the Mental Layer and their physical brain makes them difficult to read through interpreting either individually[6]), Power Nullification and Absorption (Can withstand the effects of Gash cracks, which are capable of absorbing energy and negating the effects of Unique Powers such as Silas' Cosmo Expansion or Blur's Temporal Shroud[22]), Time Manipulation (Warrane was capable of retaining consciousness and eventually moving his body out of stopped time, which was affecting a Gash that lacked time to begin with.[8] The Wife Beaters as a whole could also eventually overcome the effect, and were unaffected by the ensuing Temporal Rewind[22]), Probability Manipulation (Warrane was capable of withstanding Aisha's Unique Power,[3] which allows her to manipulate possible outcomes in order to pick favorable scenarios[6]), Immersion (Triggers are capable of defending against Mirror Man's ability to immerse themselves into the reflections of their eyes[7]), Explosion Manipulation (Blur was able to negate lower-end uses of[22] Warrane's Crunch, which spawns an otherwise indefensible explosion on top of a given target[27]), Pain Manipulation, Perception Manipulation (Triggers can resist Soothsayer's ability to induce these effects,[28] Shrouds provide immunity to sensory deprivation[4]), Absolute Zero (While nearly being brought to death, Warrane ultimately survived his entire body being brought to absolute zero temperatures, and eventually overcame the effect[17]), Illusion Manipulation (Triggers can resist the effects of Hellfire Inferno Blazing Starfire's Grand Mirage, which create illusions that can fool both mind and soul[6]), Precognition (Triggers are capable of resisting Xander Phoenix's ability to perceive their future actions[29]), Death Manipulation (Blur, Linton and Stevens were able to endure Penelope directly commanding them to die through her property inducement, only decomposing and ultimately failing to prevent them from fighting[20]), Paralysis Inducement (Penelope was initially only able to command Blur to stop for a fraction of a second before her resistances overcame it,[18] Triggers can resist Trail Mark, where Heinrich Richardson creates paralytic sound around a given target[6]), Information Analysis (Those who have shrouds are notably difficult to discern information from, even to Level 2s and their extreme sensory and mental capabilities[23])
Attack Potency: Large Town level (Fought The Wife Beaters alongside the rest of the Chesed Ensemble[10]), Country level via Burst (Bursts approach the potency of a Level 2 Trigger,[2] which are capable of blocking Warrane's Burst[27]), likely Continent level+ with Night Slash (The ultimate attack of Lindsey's Burst which exhausts all of his Dark Charge, should be comparable to Supernova Champagne[6])
Speed: Massively Hypersonic (While notably slower,[6] still within the same realm of speed as Vladimir Kotosvsky), FTL via Burst (Bursts approach the potency of a Level 2 Trigger,[2] with the likes of Captain Adam being able to use Flashstep to cross 542 kilometers in a "single finger snap"[23] Comparable to Warrane Ambre's Burst, the ultimate form of Crunch that should exceed this[10])
Lifting Strength: Class G (Far superior to King Gizzard and his ability to manipulate pillars as dense as Osmium[7])
Striking Strength: Large Town level, Country level via Burst
Durability: Large Town level, Country level via Burst
Stamina: Superhuman (Triggers in general are inhumanly resilient, with even freshly awakened Triggers retaining consciousness through being impaled and serrated across their body, only to regenerate and continue fighting[30])
Range: Varies from Tens of Meters (Culling Swipe extends across this range[6]) to Tens of Kilometers (While exceeding a Kilometer of range requires proper aim, Energy Blasts have a maximum range of the Trigger's line of sight,[2] which can easily go up to this distance.[30] Many of his abilities extend to this degree[6]), Hundreds of Kilometers with The Shadow (Was capable of maintaining The Shadow even after it had been sent into the Exosphere by Silas[10])
Standard Equipment: His Shroud, The Shadow
Intelligence: Genius (Possesses C Intelligence,[6] which is equated to the peak of a mundane human's mental capacity[2])
Standard Tactics: Lindsey is never seen directly attacking opponents, and likely only appears in person in cases where he is able to use his Burst. Instead, he manifests The Shadow remotely, attacking opponents while attempting to stay in darker areas for more power. The Shadow's nonexistent properties permits it to forgo an aggressive approach, slowly accumulating Dark Charge to manifest an aura to further extremes and potentially use Chaos Theory.
Weaknesses: The destruction of The Shadow has a negative backlash on Lindsey, potentially incapacitating him for a full day or outright killing him if the damage is extreme enough.

Notable Attacks/Techniques[]
Lindsey's Unique Power revolves around the manipulation of the Shadow Layer, allowing him to control shadows and nonexistence itself.
By Himself[]
- Shroud: One of Lindsey's most prominent skills, distributed across every member of the Homewreckers. This allows him to provide a cloak of darkness equatable to nothingness, making those with it extremely difficult to detect, along with providing a single resurrection at the cost of the shroud's dispelment. With his high affinity for Red Gashes, this neither expends Energy to maintain or causes a Random Event in the process.
- Cloaking Wave: Can obscure locations by engulfing them with shadows, phasing their existence out of sync with reality and making them extremely difficult to detect.
- Judas Priest: Can use other’s shadows to attack them, up to his line of sight. 25% chance of Random Event.
- Fear of the Dark: Can teleport himself and others through shadows. Range of 1 kilometer, affects an area as long as the shadow he can affect.
- Boogey Man: Can expand something’s shadow. Line of sight, and can expand up to 300 meters if he uses the utmost amount of Energy.
- Reduce to Zero: Can have a shadow attempt to attack enemies within line of sight, erasing matter in the process. 33% chance of Random Event.
The Shadow[]
Lindsey primarily operates by proxy, manifesting a shadow to engage in combat whenever necessary. Being made out of nothingness, this entity is notably difficult for Triggers to damage, and it is able to erase matter with every strike it makes. While slightly weaker than Lindsey himself, it can also be empowered by shadows to become even more resilient and capable.
- So good, the empty space: After accumulating 50 Dark Charge through it's active attacks, the shadow begins to release an aura of emptiness within the Mental Layer that strikes everyone within 25 meters, weakening them should they fail to resist.
- The Man Who Sold the World: After 100 Dark Charge, the shadow begins to passively erasing matter within 10 meters, and potentially do extreme damage to even Triggers through erasing the matter they're composed of.
- Culling Swipe: Swipe at an enemy with a tendril. 10 meters range, gain 10 Dark Charge
- Shadow Travel: Sink into a shadow and swipe at an enemy close to a shadow. Move up to 300 meters and strike at an enemy, gain 20 Dark Charge when the blow connects.
- Pike Impale: Create shadows on the ground and cause spikes of nothingness to get released upwards. 60 meter range, 15 Dark Charge for every enemy targeted.
- Let’s Forever Be Free: Release a slash of nothingness at an enemy. 90 meter range, 30 Dark Charge when the blow connects.
- Outta Tune: Sink further into nonexistence, negating damage in the process. 20 Dark Charge for every blow blocked by these means.
- Shadow Sink: Sink into a shadow and appear anywhere within 2 kilometers.
- Chaos Theory: The Shadow forms a ball of sheer nothingness within its hand, expanding it and blasting it forth. This move is inspired by [R̷̖̪̐Ẹ̸̹͉̏D̶͍̦̔̑͝A̶̩̱̜͋̋̚C̶̱̐̂̋T̷͚̭̊̐͛E̶̟͘D̵̡̮̓ͅ][Notes 1] from [R̷̖̪̐Ẹ̸̹͉̏D̶͍̦̔̑͝A̶̩̱̜͋̋̚C̶̱̐̂̋T̷͚̭̊̐͛E̶̟͘D̵̡̮̓ͅ].[Notes 2] Range of 500 meters and width of 5 meters. Using this move flares up both Dark Charge passives, affecting Triggers automatically regardless of their resistance. Unhealable unless through extreme measures, as the shadow will "stick" to the target, as though the parts of their bodies removed were never there to begin with. Consumes all Dark Charge.
BURST; Shadow Armor[]
Activated at midnight, after Lindsey's power is used to form a shape identical to the Sephirot tree, with Lindsey standing at Malkuth and The Shadow standing at Keter. It is very likely that this Burst was acquired after Lindsey was exposed to the Homewreckers, instead of being an inherent one. Once the conditions are fulfilled, Lindsey and The Shadow fuse, with the Shadow acting as a suit of armor for Lindsey. This empowers him substantially, and makes every blow he deals unhealable in the same vein as Chaos Theory.
- The Fall: A dramatically enhanced version of The Man Who Sold the World, now constantly active as long as the Burst lasts. This greatly debilitates Triggers within 100 meters, potentially affecting Level 2s if they fail to resist.
- Besiege Thyself: Flare up the aura of nothingness, empowering Lindsey by the amount of Triggers affected. Can be used several times, and potentially make Level 1s as weak as Level 0s.
- Blade of Eternal Night: Swing a blade composed of the shadows of the night itself, cleaving enemies out of existence itself. Range of 4 kilometers, Guaranteed Random Event.
- Moonlight Deluge Slash: An attack that removes even the dim light of the moon from the night, trapping enemies in a realm of darkness from which there is no escape. Lindsey disperses into the realm, before making a sneak attack that may send an enemy into an endless dimension of darkness, leaving them for dead. Guaranteed Random Event.
- Night Cutter: Taking control of the concept of Night itself, the Shadow Puppeter creates a blade out of the darkness of Night itself, slashing through the very night and instantly causing half of the world to turn into daytime. Range of 80 kilometers, and instantly kills any who cannot successfully resist it's attack. Use all Dark Charge, and triggers four Random Events simultaneously.
