Lilim is the last general of the Devil King's army as well as his daughter.

Lilim has brown skin, gray eyes, short purplish hair that slightly fades red, then black at the ends that covers her right eye, black and reddish-brown wings, horns on the top of her head that curve upward, and a black tail like a devil. She wears a white leotard, knee-high socks, and white boots.

Soul Manipulation: Lilim can take the souls of others and use them for her own gain or devour them. Used the soul of the Soshi Kingdoms' king to lure the Neon Cavaliers to her.
Demon Wave: Fires an energy wave from her hand
Blood Moon: Lilim charged a red sphere in her hand and fires it at the moon turning it red. Used on the false moon Anarath created.
Demon Blast: Lilim fires a barrage of small energy blasts at her opponent that create small explosions upon contact.
Reta Shock: Lilim charges an energy sphere in her hand and places it near her opponent's stomach. She then fires an energy blast that sends them flying back.
Demon Ball: Fires a small energy sphere that explodes.
Self Heal: Lilim can heal her wounds.
Demon Bombshell: Lilim's strongest attack that can destroy the surface of the Earth. Lilim surrounds herself in a red and black aura as she ascends into the air, charging a massive energy sphere. Once she is done charging the attack, she throws it at her opponent.
