Summary[]
Arthur, codenamed Tallman and later, Legion, is one of the many Trollges contained by the Troll Containment Foundation. He was originally a TV star, who wished to be well known to the world and bring joy to them. However, by the time he got the means to fullfill his dreams, he was forgotten by everyone he sought to please. And so he took a deal with a certain being, and became a Trollge. He stabbed the presentator of a talk show, before being contained by the TCF.
In containment, he met with Boyfriend and took a liking to him. Some time after the defeat of Smiler, he invited Boyfriend to a rap battle, taking over his mind and putting him against several of the Trollges he had fought in the past. Using this as a distraction, he manipulated and corrupted Girlfriend as Boyfriend fought in his own mind, using her as a weapon against him in order to truly defeat him. Following his failure to save her from his grasp, Legion incapacitated Boyfriend for several years, taking over his entire dimension in the process.
With Boyfriend's entire homeworld having been corrupted and put under Legion's control, he was stuck in an endless loop of dying against Legion over and over again, unable to come out on top. Eventually, he gave in and let Legion take control, granting him his final victory. But this victory did not last long, for the one who gave Legion his power in the first place came back and killed him off. Seeing Boyfriend's determination to save Girlfriend, he allowed him to go back in time to actually succeed in freeing her from Legion's grasp, allowing Boyfriend to destroy Legion before he could actually take over the world.

Simply talking with a Trollge might quickly infect their victims with TP Cells, turning them into either Trollges or other kind of monstrosities. Standard Tactics: Legion will always go for his mind manipulation and mind reading when possible, attempting to corrupt his opponent into becoming his follower. He might try to distract his opponents first if he feels unable to control them without risk.
Weaknesses: Trollges are weak to Anti-Troll Proteins, which can nullify their powers and eventually kill them

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- TP Cells: Trollges are composed out of TP Cells, a special kind of cells that can resurrect dead beings and grant them strange, dangerous powers. Those cells given the infected individuals "voices" in their heads, coercing them to troll others and act out the famous incidents Trollges are known for. This infection can be spread to other beings through contact with Trollges. The exact methods of transmission is unknown, but unprotected individuals have been shown quickly getting corrupted at the mere presence of one. If the infected person is a Troll, they will eventually become another Trollge. Otherwise, the cells will mutate them into other, more unstable forms with similar, yet distinct properties. The Cells can also resurrect dead beings, if they encounter a dead body. However, even the will of a large enough group of people can force TP Cells to create a new manifestation of a deceased individual as a Trollge.
- Mind Invasion: Legion has a variety of effects on people's mind. He's capable of reading's someone's mind and memories, figuring out important chunks of their private life without needing direct contact. He can trap people inside their own mind, locking them up in a mental world where he can do anything. If the person fails to properly resist the effect, it can lead to Legion taking complete control of the person, or to psychosis. He seems particularly good at manipulating large groups of people, having no issues with corrupting the mind of billions of people. Those controlled by him will have theiry body covered in a rubber-like substance and their body twisted to ressemble a Trollge.
