Summary[]
Kondos is one of the memers of Spy's Sexelent Adventure. He, alongside t4ni, were trained in the art of memes by Pcwiz, learning a great deal in the art of combat. While much of his backstory beyond that is unclear, such as how he learned to use "Kocchi wo Miro", he makes his entry into the series at the very beginning, as he met Leawith when he was a child, on the run from Shiffer's Meme Purge. Realizing Leawith had an ability that might be able to one day bring down Shiffer, he trained them along side his friend, and eventually, was able to join The Sexelent Spy in his assault on Shiffer's base, bringing peace to the TF2 community... For a short while.

Against Unsexelents and opponents of the like, it distracts them, forcing them to say "sex", and leave themselves wide open to be attacked by Kondos' teammates.
