Katz is the main antagonist of Courage the Cowardly Dog: The Old Stories of Brunette, the minor antagonist of Sonic and the Powerpuff Girls, and the overarching antagonist of Sonic and the Powerpuff Girls: Remake. He serves as Courage, Brunette, and Sarah's arch-nemesis with Katz traumatizing Courage for an entire decade, Katz being the main reason why Sarah is alone for six years and Brunette being abused by her mother for seven years.
