Kaiyo is the queen of the deep sea and the 2nd general for the Devil King.

Kaiyo has long green hair, blue skin, wears a black body-suit, and normally wears a helmet.
Personality[]
She likes to give people taunts to come and fight her. She gets disappointed when people are defeated by her too easily or don't put up much of a fight. If she is losing a battle she calls in the Leviathan. She is extremely cocky, as when Connor first transformed into the Phoenix, she said that form won't matter to her. She was also surprised that she could bleed blood when she barely dodged Alex's Wind Blast.

Platform Creation: Can create a platform made out of the water to jump onto.
Ice Creation: She can manipulate the water she summons and turns it into ice to impale opponents.
