Jeffrey Woods formerly had mid-length brown hair and looked fairly normal for a 13-year-old-boy, now after Randy, Keith and Troy attacked him and he became Jeff the Killer, he dons a blood-stained white hoodie along with black dress pants. His hair turned from brown to black, although it still is mid-length, and his skin became pale white. He also burned his eyelids off, making it so he can never blink. One last notable thing about him is he carved his mouth into a smile with a knife.
Personality[]
Formerly an introverted and innocent boy, Jeffrey Woods abandoned his former personality after an incident with bullies and became Jeff the Killer. Now, he’s a cunning and sadistic serial killer who is usually polite, at least as polite as you can be for a serial killer. Being a serial killer, he is incredibly mentally unstable and usually finishes his victims off brutally, often carving their mouths into smiles so they can be “beautiful” like him.
In combat, he usually tanks damage from his enemies before either sneaking in the shadows before sneak attacking them or immediately rushes them while stabbing them. If needed, he will use the environment around him for equipment, as seen when he used a can of air fresher along with his lighter as a makeshift flame thrower.
The only person he feels regret about harming is his brother, Liu Woods, who survived his attack. When faced with a greater threat such as Slender Man, he is willing to team up with his enemies. Jeff is nearly constantly looking for a victim to murder, occasionally stalking them so he can study them, making their murders practically effortless. On the rare occasion where Jeff isn't looking for a victim, he will explore places such as cities and forests.
History[]
Jeffrey Woods had to move to a new neighborhood due to his father getting a promotion at work. The new neighborhood seemed nice until a group of bullies named Randy, Keith, and Troy tried to mug Jeff and his older brother, Liu Woods, at a bus stop. Jeff casually manhandled them all, much to the shock of his brother. Afraid of what would happen if someone saw them next to the bloody and bruised bullies, Jeff and Liu fled the scene.
This would come back to bite Jeff, when the next day, some police officers visited the Woods family. The officers informed the family that they were told Jeff and Liu assaulted Randy and his gang, which was a lie fabricated to get Randy and his stooges out of trouble. Jeff admits to hurting the bullies, only for Liu to claim he did it while brandishing a knife. The police believe him and he gets sent to juvenile detention. This makes Jeff depressed and a few days later, Jeff is forced to go to a birthday party where Randy and his gang attack him, and they somehow have guns.
Randy admits to lying and getting Liu thrown in juvenile detention then Jeff mentally snaps and beats Randy to death. Keith and Troy try to shoot Jeff to death, who beats them to death with a towel rack but not before getting covered in bleach and set on fire. Jeff is hospitalized and when he takes off the bandages that he was given to let his burn wounds heal, he finds out that his skin turned pale white and his hair somehow turned black. Jeff says that he loves his new appearance, much to the concern of his family. Later that night, Jeff carves his mouth into a smile and burns off his eyelids before murdering his parents and gravely harming Liu, promptly running off into the night and becoming known as Jeff the Killer.
