Summary[]
Jeffrey Woods, often shortened to Jeff, and also known as Jeff the Killer and the Ghost Stalker, is the main antagonist of the 2024 rewrite of the Creepypasta of the same name by Pastra.
He is a disturbed, psychopathic, arsonist individual who desires nothing more than to kill his entire family, including himself, in flames. He is responsible for the homicide of the Woods family, in which he killed his mother and then attempted to kill his brother, Liu Woods, which ended in an unfinished state. This puts Jeff into a spiral of madness where he would kill everyone who bears a slight resemblance to Liu in an attempt to find the real one, where he would then finish what he once started.
He shares similarities with his 2011 counterpart. They both suffered irreversible changes to their face, they both wear the same white hoodie, and they both have the same knife-carved smile.

Jeff Woods is portrayed as a deranged and obsessive serial killer with a deeply petty nature. His personality is characterized by an all-consuming vendetta against his brother Liu, demonstrating a chilling blend of intelligence and ruthlessness.
Jeff did not have any "Inciting Incident" that have altered his ways, he himself admits that the fire that occurred in his home, the Woods Family Homicide, is an act of just him, an attempt to wipe out his entire family and himself. The failure of this idea led him to plan another one while they were being questioned about Troy and Keith's situation, and when his plans were thwarted he became enraged and had a moment in which he indirectly confirmed that he had not killed Randy out of self-defense, but killed him at will to set up another one of his plans. He then murdered his own mother in cold blood, not even stabbing her repeatedly, but making her drown in her own blood, giving her a painful and very slow death. He then gave a lengthy monologue that directly confirms his lack of justification for his misdeeds, and right after that he starts trying to go after Liu, which didn't work out the first time.
Some time later, he began to try to kill people who resembled Liu, no matter who they are, he only wanted to kill his brother, and he does not care if there are minor casualties on the way to it. Once this was done, he met the real Liu, whom he did not hesitate at all to try to assassinate. His sheer obsession with killing Liu even causes him to neglect several of the cold, calculated plans he himself devises.
Just to top it all off; Pastra, his creator, claims that the Jeff of his story is meant to be pure evil.

His face was pale and covered in thick, yellow blisters that went along his cheeks and mouth, which was contorted into an uncomfortable, red smile. Yellow, crooked teeth lined his sore ridden mouth, and I could see bits of blood running from his gums all the way down his lip and chin. He had long, black greasy hair which ran down to his shoulders and partially over his face, now obscuring his large, bloodshot eyes. He looked like someone had splashed his face with acid. |

Jeffery has a completely pale appearance with a white hoody and is covered with scars originates from the fire now known as the Woods Family Homicide, same fire that had led to several thick blisters to cover his face. He has a twisted artificial grin that he carved into himself because we wanted to smile while killing his brother, his teeth are yellow and crooked, his mouth sore and perpetually bleeding out of its gums. His hair is long; greasy, singed and black, running down to his shoulders, and his hoodie has 6 burns on it. His bloodshot eyes are assymetrical, one of them being overly dilated.

- Fragrance Manipulation: He carries a stench of burnt cigarettes, scorched hair, gasoline and oil. This same stench is so disgusting and strong that it makes any nearby person gag.
- Stealth Mastery: He spent 2 years undiscovered, undetected and unidentified, even after the recurring murders that he himself committed.
- Electricity Manipulation and Light Manipulation: Lights flicker and fail, or even turn on when in his presence, getting to the point where it can cause all the lights in an apartment to go out entirely.
- Social Influencing and Fear Manipulation: His completely disgusting appearance coupled with his bizarre and psychotic behavior causes those who encounter Jeff to suffer from immense fear, trauma, and paranoia, making them socially inept and causing them to be so afraid of his presence that they begin to see things, seeing his disfigured face just by closing their eyes. His grotesque appearance causes anyone who looks at his face to gag and feel extreme discomfort. He left his brother with PTSD and paranoia for 2 whole years. He made Randy truly afraid, as in the words of his friends "They had never seen him scared".

- Resistance to Pain Manipulation: Wasn't amused by carving a bloody smile in his own face. Has been burnt alive, kicked, and stabbed multiple times, yet still found enough strength to keep going despite the pain

Without much difficulty he was able to pin Jonathan to the ground, who was described as a tall, built man), Street level with edged weapons (He has murdered several people by cutting their throats with his knife. Knives are generally of this level), Small Building level with preparation (He started a fire in his house, which ended up destroying it completely.)
Speed: At least Superhuman (He chased down Ashley Carter when they were running “faster than they'd ever run in their life,” and Jeff was still catching up to them before mysteriously disappearing. It’s not uncommon for victims or witnesses to be extremely amazed by Jeff’s speed. For example, when Jeff lunged at Jonathan, Jonathan described his speed as “faster than he ever could have expected for a man his size.” When he ran toward his mother to kill her, Liu described his speed as “speed he never thought possible for someone like him.”)

Weaknesses: He is a psychopath with severe mental problems. His extreme obsession with killing Liu can cause him to overlook some details, such as when he left the window open in Liu's apartment. He has an extreme fascination with fire, which distracts him.
