Summary

Jeffery Woods is main protagonist of the “reboot” Jeff the Killer story called Jeff the Killer 2015 and its sequels created by K. Banning Kellum

Jeffery Woods was a regular 15 year old kid who lived in New Orleans for his entire life, before moving to Mandeville in 2015. After exploring Mandeville a bit, he met Randy, Troy, and Keith, who were messing with him and his younger brother, Liu, and their bikes. This quickly evolved into conflict, with the 3 boys attacking the 2 brothers, who then faught off the group.

A little while later, Jeff's family was visited by police, which got Jeff's parents mad at their children, sending Liu off to be with their aunt for the rest of the summer. Jeff was eventually offered a chance to have his brother return early, if Jeff hung out with and apologized to Randy. While hanging out with Randy, Troy and Keith came to the house, planning on getting back at Jeff, with Randy threatening Jeff with a flare gun. Jeff beat the 3 boys before Randy accidentally shot him with the flare gun, disfiguring Jeff's face. After overhearing a conversation his parents had while he was in the hospital, he felt immense rage towards them, later killing them when they returned home before going out and killing Troy and Keith, as well as a police officer and a reporter before disappearing, his killings forever leaving an effect on Mandeville.
