It That Occurs is by far the most powerful of all the supernatrual beings in the Unnatrual universe, even more powerful than werepyres. For years, most beings who had heard of it believed it to be a Vampire myth, but it proved to be much more. Less a being than a force of nature, It That Occurs is a mist that comes through an area, and singles out each individual it sees, and engages them in combat. No matter how many individuals it fights at once, each one of it's incarnations is just as strong as any other, so fighting it with an entire army would be no more effective than just one being. The only way to defeat it is to destroy it in one-on one combat. Which is difficult. Even the Nameless One, Wolfwing the Werepyre King, Count Dracula, or James Ryan would have great difficulty defeating it, and even if one of them did, then they would have to completely destroy the incarnation to cause It That Occurs to retreat. It's incarnations and physical appearance vary. It sometimes appears as the fears of those it is trying to defeat, and it has been known to appear as a vampire when combatting werewolves, and vice-versa. It sometimes appears as a massive and intimidating foe, and sometimes as a small, weak enemy, although this is just as strong as the other variations. It is ranked as a tier X supernatrual threat by the BSC (Board for Supernatrual Control). The ranking was created specifically for It That Occurs.
