Background[]
Hikari's Light Festival is an original verse created by Volt12121. It is a light hearted universes where young animals play together in various events may it be the light festival, a soccer tournament, basketball tournament, a baseball tournament or even a grand race! All thanks to the magical abilities of the Game Planner. A magical book granted to Hikari after he wished upon a star for a way to always keep his friends entertained.
Power of the Verse[]
Despite its simple premise and cutesy characters, the verse is surprisingly powerful, hosting characters reaching Athlete level of power normally and up to Multi-City Block level+ when empowered by the Game Planner, in terms of speed they reach Peak Human normally and up to High Hypersonic flight speed. In terms of haxs the verse is surprisingly diverse having haxes such as Fire Manipulation, Water Manipulation. Light Manipulation etc. and thanks to the Game Planner the verse also receive Creation, Transmutation and Law Manipulation to name a few.
