~ High-Flyer to Pure Form Cinner |
Summary[]
High-Flyer is a ninja who left his clan behind in pursuit of his own goals and ideals. He enters the Supreme Tournament in search of something intriguing to do and to see if anybody needs to be put in their place. He charges through most his competition including semi finalist, Streak before encountering Cinner and losing to him in the finals after a tough bout. After the tournament, he travels all across the world, sometimes coming into the main cast's path once more. On one such occasion, he fights Fetter who has captured the rest of Cinner’s friends and eventually him before Cinner himself shows up and awakens Pure Form to seize victory. After that encounter, High-Flyer was interested in seeing just how far Cinner could go and so started training with him, pushing his hyper-focused state to its limits and taking part in the creation of Rinser.
Personality[]
He’s a man who’s always on the move, experiencing all he can and doing what he feels. Those who don't move to make things happen aren't worth his time and get flown past. He follows a strict principle of knowing when and when not to act, using quick wit and judgement to deduce where he should be, having a strong sense of justice. He's also quite selfish, not having time for small talk. Despite that he's rather charming and well coordinated, prepared to take what he wants.

His hearing being precise enough for him to make out a small scrap of metal flying and avoid it), Ki Manipulation, Levitation (Fall rate control), Forcefield Creation, Aura and Time Manipulation (Using his Ki, High-Flyer emits a field that slows all in its proximity), Supernatural Willpower (Fought with a hole in his chest), Size Manipulation (His shuriken can grow in size), Fire Manipulation and Intangibility (Can turn into a ball of fire with the shuriken), Inorganic Physiology (Type 1 while he's turned into fire), Flight (Can fly as a fireball), Statistics Amplification (Becomes much faster as a fireball), Non-Physical Interaction (Caught LT's Paint Beam), Resistance to Heat/Fire (Endured several hits from Cinner's extension and Pure Form Cinner’s heat aura), Electricity Manipulation and Paralysis Inducement (Shook off shocks from LT's lance), Cold Temperatures (Took hits from Lore's ice cream, shook off the snowflake and mini icebergs, wasn’t distracted by Death Call’s cold chill) and Fear Inducement (Didn't even flinch around Nite’s Knightly Air)
Attack Potency: Large Town level+ (Overcame LT who was one of the stronger competitors, beat down Streak, nearly defeated Cinner and broke some of his bones) | Mountain level (Relative to Cinner in his base form, fought Fetter and even dealt some damage to him) | Large Mountain level (Could harm Pure Form Cinner during their matches)
Speed: FTL (Reacted to lightning from LT, was a blur to Streak, faster than Cinner who blocked light) | FTL (Trained his speed over the course of two years, dodged Fetter's chains) | FTL (Kept Pure Form Cinner on guard, making him use his enhanced senses to the utmost)
Lifting Strength: Class M (Resisted a gravitational pull, grabbed and threw Cinner with the Grapple who was much stronger than Omega V) | Class G (Broke away from Fetter’s hold and pulled him along before throwing him, briefly resisted Fetter's chains which could hold Vann before being entangled) | Class G (Clashed with Pure Form Cinner)

Stamina: Superhuman (Regularly travels at high speeds with his Grapple while doing acrobatic maneuvers without tiring. Pushed past being hit by the lance's lightning, internal damage, and burns from Cinner without backing down. Sustained heavy damage from Fetter and kept fighting. Should be able to fight for hours like Streak and Cinner)
Range: Standard Melee Range, Several Meters with the Grapple and Slowing Field, Tens of Meters with Shuriken
Standard Equipment: Grapple, Shuriken
Intelligence: Gifted (An incredibly skilled ninja and master of Ki who can match some of the most powerful warriors around and skillfully wield one of the most dangerous weapons to whiff with and one that needs the most precision. Avoided Port's portals and used them against her to land quick hits, caught Streak attempting to hide in nearby buildings. Fought in tandem with Cinner, working with him well)
Weaknesses: He doesn't often use his stealth mastery. The Grapple is a risky weapon to use when not wielded skillfully as it can leave you in an enemies path. His fireball transformation is temporary, letting an observant opponent take advantage of the time limit and counter
Feats: Skilled enough to leave his ninja clan with no issues or threat of being taken back by force, defeated LT who had electricity and paralysis as well as his paintbrush which could create obstacles, Port who could create harmful portals, Mael whose kicks created shockwaves, Streak who could negate durability with his soul, and Lore who could manipulate the cold perfectly and was a favored participant to win. Nearly beat Cinner and proved his weapons to be good counters for his fighting style. Took on Fetter who beat Loot, Vann, and Streak without much struggle and dealt damage to him in tandem with Cinner. Damaged Pure Form Cinner who dodged chains within a paper’s width
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Grapple Latch: Using his grappling hook, High-Flyer latches onto a surface or even people to fly towards them at high speed. He can follow up with quick attacks
- Pull Back: High-Flyer latches onto a target, but rather than coming towards them, forces them to him so he can deal a powerful blow
- Wrap Around: High-Flyer unfurls the hook’s chain, letting it wrap around someone for him to throw them away
- Toss Up: High-Flyer grabs an opponent and takes them on a dangerous ride with his grapnel, tossing them as he flies through the air and following up with a latch while they’re down
- Swing and a Hit: High-Flyer latches onto something and swings off it to attack
- Fireball Transformation: After throwing his shuriken, High-Flyer ignites his hands and transforms into a large fireball, breezing through opponents and attacking relentlessly, forcing them skywards. He can only use this for a few seconds
- Slowing Field: An invisible field of Ki which subtly slows down things approaching High-Flyer. This paired with blinding speed makes him a real threat. High-Flyer is also proficient enough in its use to target only an enemy while being an ally full speed
