Summary[]
In a world with mysterious and halfway nonsensical powers, Helsigar was the strongest of all of them. Enough that his very presence drove great fear into the protagonist of the dream, Starman MacProtag, forcing him to run away, only for such an attempt to be quickly dismantled.
He is a hunter of those with powers, and believes in sportsmanship to the point he'll give his target drugs to amplify their powers and grant them the ability to resurrect constantly. Though, the fruits of his labor were indiscernible, as the dream came to a close before they could demonstrate the extent of what they were capable of.
