Summary[]

Hellfire Inferno Blazing Starfire, AKA John Foley, is one of the members of the Homewreckers, the antagonistic force behind the Unreality Killings in Valhalla: Hellcity. He was one of the first Towers that the Wife Beaters faced, boasting an enormous offensive capability that nearly vaporized all of Hellcity, only stopped in the nick of time by a combined assault from Warrane's Crunch and Xander's subtraction preventing him from persisting.

Originally a simple mechanic with nothing to his name, John Foley's job was taken away from him as the government of his city built roads over his shop. After going into a legal battle with the city, he lost and found his savings depleted in the aftermath. With nothing left to do in this world, John Foley set himself on fire in front of the mayor's office in the early morning of December 26th 2016, moments before the Light of Merry Christmas. The power he proceeded to gain destroyed his mind, leaving him a mess of conflicting personalities that all shared a common interest: burning people. With his power, Foley got into fights with hundreds of Level 1 Triggers, coming out victorious as he burnt cities to the ground and killed all his opponents while on the brink of death. A specialized squadron of Triggers was eventually formed specially to kill him, but he suddenly vanished, leaving nothing behind. Fire wielding Triggers suspected of being him were spotted all over the globe, but his appearance in Hellcity was the first in the United States since then.

Stamina: Superhuman (Triggers in general are inhumanly resilient, with even freshly awakened Triggers retaining consciousness through being impaled and serrated across their body, only to regenerate through them to continue fighting.[30] Was still capable of retaining consciousness and life after having all limbs and a majority of his torso obliterated, forcing Xander to directly subtract his heartbeat in order to enforce his fatal injuries[5])

Range: Hundreds of Meters to Kilometers via his Unique Power (Starfire's attacks possess a massive range, easily crossing these distances[7]), Tens of Kilometers with Energy Blast (While exceeding a Kilometer of range requires proper aim, Energy Blasts have a maximum range of the Trigger's line of sight,[2] which can easily go up to this distance[30]) Hundreds of Kilometers via Burst (Hellfire Cannon possesses a range of 100 kilometers, while Supernova Champange covers a 500 kilometer radius[7])

  • Special Technique, One Million Degrees Of Pain: Shoots a stream of fire with range of 600 meters. Can fire twice or spread fire in a sweeping motion. Has a 33% chance of causing a random event, increased to a 66% chance without the interference of a Rulebreaker.
  • Great Star Burst Firefly: Concentrates a ball of explosive fire. Range of 2 kilometers, explosion radius of 200 meters. Has a 50% chance of creating a random event, increased to a guarantee without the interference of a Rulebreaker.
  • Grand Mirage: Increase ambient temperature to create illusions that fool both mind and soul. If an opponent is unable to resist, this makes Starfire's position nearly impossible to make out and allows him to progressively accumulate flame on his body until they're spotted. 20% chance of Random Event, increased to a 40% chance without the influence of a Rulebreaker.
  • Starshower Supernova Melthole: Releases a barrage of up to 5 shots that can be divided amongst a series of enemies, causing immense damage in the process. Range of 1 kilometer. 25% chance of Random Event for each shot fired, increased to a 50% chance without the interference of a Rulebreaker.
  • Extreme Krakatoa Inferno: Flood entire area surrounding him with exploding fire. Radius of 1.5 kilometers, with a notable dropoff with each 300 meters between him and opponents. Guaranteed Random Event, even with the presence of a Rulebreaker

Burst[]

When at the height of his flames, Starfire enters a state of power so extreme that he inevitably dies at the end of it's duration, only lasting for as long as the flames of his body do. All of his prior attacks are enhanced drastically, and he gains new ones to utilize.

  • Hellfire Cannon: Release blast of fire so hot it turns into plasma and vaporizes everything within 100 kilometers of it's origin.
  • Supernova Champagne: Create a star in own hand, then make it go supernova. Ends Burst state forcibly by consuming all the flames on his body. Explosion radius of 500 kilometers, with explosion heat reaching 15 million degrees C.
