Exeller is the main antagonist of Sonic.exe: The Spirits of Hell, being the titular main antagonist of the first game while being the main antagonist of Sally.exe: Whisper of Soul, he also is a mentioned antagonist of Sally.exe: Eye of Three. He is one of the former Highest but after being turned into an unknown black shadow, he was forced to hide so he tries to possess Sonic's body and kill the main six characters as he releases his true form.
