- Evelyn telling Ultra that she’ll help him find Rosie BlueSpeed
Summary[]
Evelyn is one of the best intelligence characters in the SpeedLine. She is much smarter than she looks so don’t underestimate her if you have to come and face her.
Powers and Stats[]
Tier: 9-A with Telekinesis | At least 9-C Physically | 9-C with Energy Projection | At least 8-C with Telekinesis, even higher at full power
Name: Evelyn
Origin: SpeedLine
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Classification: Human, Matter User
Powers and Abilities: Type 1 Telekinesis, (Her main power. She often uses this to restrain others or to stop rubble from falling onto someone or using said rubble to crush opponents with) Energy Projection, (Evelyn’s secondary power. If there are no objects for her to pick up. This was normally her power of choice) Energy Manipulation, Awakened Power, Regeneration, Weapon Mastery, (Because of being a United Commitment Solider & an ally to the Ultra Empire. Evelyn had a lot of time to train herself up with firearms such as pistols, SMGS, Rocket Launchers and more.) Flight, (Uses telekinesis to fly sometimes) Adaptation, Technology Manipulation, (Evelyn is capable of building and using tech that she had made throughout her time in Planet Icus.) Hacking, (Evelyn’s natural skill. She is able to crack codes and break passwords very easily without much effort) Electricity Manipulation (Evelyn is capable of filling her bullets and explosives with electricity, unfortunately there’s a trade off as if she tries to do it on a full-auto weapon, it shocks her slightly. But it’s a worth trade-off as bullets can cause a small explosion.)
Attack Potency: Building Level (At her full power, she is capable of lifting an entire medium sized building of the ground with her telekinesis. But only one, if she tried picking up a second one. It will end up shattering her stamina because of how heavy it is.)
Speed: Transonic (Her speed didn’t increase that much when her power’s awakened. But it did allow her to handle with a few Super Humans)
Striking Strength: Street Level+ (Evelyn wasn’t known as a brawler that much. Even after her powers awakening. She didn’t physically get much stronger than she thought)
Durability: Athlete Level (Evelyn’s powers didn’t really enhance her durability that well. Which is why she often attacks from a range. But she isn’t scared to fight up close if she has to!)
Stamina: Peak-Human (Evelyn is capable of keeping up with opponents. But that doesn’t make her limitless. Evelyn’s powers cause her to drain stamina meaning she’ll have to stop in order to recover.)
Range: Average Physically, at least Hundreds of Meters with her Telekinesis.
Standard Equipment: Dual Pistols, Light SMG & a Grenade Launcher
- Optional Equipment: Smoke Grenades, (Including coloured ones) Grenades, Flashbangs, A Rocket Launcher
Intelligence: Gifted. Evelyn was an intelligent student when she enrolled into Hero School and even now still uses that Intelligence to solve puzzles and even help out her friends in dire situations.
Weaknesses: Evelyn’s greatest power is also her greatest weakness. While Evelyn’s Telekinesis may be powerful. She can’t use it for very long because it puts a massive strain on her body if she uses it for too long.
- Evelyn is capable of holding her own in a fight. Even when outnumbered she can use the environment to her advantage. Though probably not as good as UltraSonic “Lightning” BlueSpeed who could adapt and learn quite fast.
- Evelyn is sometimes an independent fighter. Relying only on herself to win a fight.
Key: Powers Awakened | Hero School (And by meeting Ultra as well) | Mid-Life | Training with the United Commitment) | Planet Icus
