The ability to manipulate energy. Energy, being the capacity to do work, is an intrinsic part of the world's many systems, and power over it can be expressed in many different ways. Many characters will externally manifest some form of visible energy for the sake of various different attacks or to form defensive barriers, while others will showcase control over different forms of energy (such as kinetic energy or thermal energy) and utilize this in different ways, such as absorbing it.
