Summary[]
The first, oldest, and most powerful of vampires, once the man known as Vlad III the Impaler, now the father of hundreds of his kin. Dracula changes his home and identity every few decades to avoid suspicion, always posing as a man of power surrounded by dozens of followers. More organized groups of vampire hunters are too afraid of him to plan out operations and smaller, more foolish ones are unable to find him, and the rare few that do are quickly eliminated.
Despite being nearly invincible, Dracula’s age had made him paranoid, afraid of his immortal life seeing its end. In the early 1800s, these fears proved to be warranted, as following the murder of his best friend an ally by Dracula’s very hand, The Ghost, with a great deal of preparation and setup, managed to nearly kill him by exposing him to several of his weaknesses at once. After driving a stake through his heart and showering him in holy water, The Ghost set the Impaler on fire, burning him to a crisp. Though all his research pointed to the fact that this would be enough to rid the world of the first vampire once and for all, the Lord of Vampires’ power exceeded all expectations once more, and in the span of decades, with the help of his countless followers, Dracula’s body was brought back together once more.
His fear magnified by this close encounter with death, he began to seek out ways to truly make himself unbeatable. As vampires’ weaknesses rely on their own subconscious fears, he sought to eliminate what he was afraid of from his psyche. The evolution of modern therapy allowed him to partially overcome some of his lesser ones, but the greatest weaknesses could not be surpassed in such a way, and Dracula’s great will rendered him immune to any modification to his mind via magic. As such it was only in very recent years that a breakthrough was made, as more advanced hypnosis technology was discovered and the very fears could be scrubbed from Dracula’s mind as If they had never been there. However, the weakness of all vampires and other creatures of the night, the sun, was so deeply rooted in his mind that a much deeper intervention was needed, with several drugs required to aid the procedure.
Unafraid of any side effect, Dracula commanded his underlings to initiate it immediately. The very memory of the sun was wiped away from Dracula’s subconscious, and his eyes sewn shut to make sure it’d remain this way – he would orient himself with his other, superhuman senses. Possibly as a side effect of the drugs, or simply euphoric at having truly become immortal, Dracula took on a new name: Helios, God of the Sun.
With his megalomania now bordering on insanity, Dracula, or Helios, had previously been content to simply be powerful, but now wishes to be far more than that. Currently, Helios is building up his forces, and plans to establish vampires as the dominant race on Earth.

Dracula can regenerate anything up to incineration, though recovering from that level of harm takes incredible effort[1][2]), Power Modification (A DAC's physical state is warped by their own psyche[3], and modifications of it will change them[4]), Soul Manipulation and Corruption (DACs feed upon other beings' Essences, and by corrupting them they will turn them into more of their kind[5]), Blood Manipulation (Dracula gains complete control over anything's blood as he's making contact with them[6]), Mind Manipulation (Can control the minds of weak-willed people[7]), Shapeshifting (While most vampires can only transform into a few select forms, Dracula has full control over his transformations[8]), Weather Manipulation (Dracula can control the weather at will[9]), Supernatural Willpower (Dracula's sheer will is such that he can power through exposure through weaknesses that would kill most vampires, though only to a certain point[10]. Exposing Dracula to direct, intense sunlight or multiple of his other weaknesses at once is necessary to kill him[11]. Dracula's sheer willpower renders him immune to most attempts at manipulating his mind[12]), Enhanced Senses (Upon being turned into Helios, Dracula was fully blinded so that he would not be capable of seeing the Sun, leaving orientation to his other senses[13]), Resistance to Soul Manipulation (The Essence of every being in World of Projections comes from splinters of The Third's being[14], with The Third being a deity comparable in size and power to Gea and Lucifer, who would then go on to become entire universes[15]) and Mind Manipulation (Dracula's sheer willpower renders him immune to most attempts at manipulating his mind[16]. Dracula's essence, as with other long-lived DACs, has grown in size and power with the centuries)
Magic, Reality Warping and Energy Manipulation (Dracula's sheer prowess in magic surpasses that of any man and compares to that of Mind Reapers, demons who are otherwise unparalleled in the field[17]. Magic is the act of warping reality in limited ways by drawing Hell's Essence[18]), Light Manipulation (Magic users can cause blinding and unpleasant flashes of light[19]), Poison Manipulation (Magic users can create poisons, and those as experienced as Dracula can skillfully control their effects[20]), Clairvoyance (Magic users can create pools that show certain places in Hell[21]), Perception Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Telepathy, Madness Manipulation and Memory Manipulation (Magic users can become harder to perceive by affecting others' minds through magic[22], an ability they can also use to hold a degree of control over minds, induce hypnosis, remove memories or even read minds[23]. Dracula is as proficient as Mind Reapers, who can also control the minds of demons and drive humans mad[24]), limited Precognition (Magic users can scry into the future, though only to a degree[25]), minor Fate Manipulation (The most proficient magic users can warp the future slightly, though this is only effective over long amongs of time, and only partially[26]), Soul Manipulation and Corruption (Mind Reapers can warp beings' Essences to turn them into DACs[27]. This is completely useless to Dracula, as he can do this naturally)
Attack Potency: Small Building level (Superior to most Mind Reapers, one of whom was capable of sustaining an entire population of Fae with his energy. Held a strength advantage in his fight with Queen Mab in the 1700s, and has grown stronger since) | Small Building level (Slightly stronger than before, as DACs become more powerful with age)
Speed: Subsonic (Could fight The Ghost, who is comparable to Jo) | Subsonic (Fought Jo, though at a mild speed disadvantage)
Lifting Strength: Class 10 (Wields the strength of 100 men) | Class 10
Striking Strength: Small Building Class | Small Building Class
Durability: Small Building level | Small Building level
Stamina: Superhuman. Dracula's willpower, coupled with his superhuman regeneration and endurance, allows him to fight through injuries that would debilitate any human instantly.
Range: Standard Melee Range, Interdimensional with Energy Manipulation, tens of meters with magic
Standard Equipment: None notable | A kevlar blindfold surgically attached to his face.
Intelligence: Genius. Thanks to hundreds of years of experience, Dracula's sheer skill in magic outmatches that of any man. He is also a very capable strategist, remaining unharmed for most of his life despite the many clans of vampire hunters seeking to kill him.[28]
Standard Tactics: Dracula is a careful and paranoid person[29], and will go out of his way to avoid giving his foes any advantages even if he doesn't believe they could defeat him. | Much cockier and more unhinged than before, Helios has lost all of his fears, and will attempt to directly crush any foe without any second thought unless he somehow realizes he cannot.
Weaknesses: Dracula is almost fully paralyzed and unable to regenerate if a stake is driven through his heart, he is hurt by close proximity or contact with holy objects, cannot cross running water or enter doors uninvited, and is burned by sunlight. Garlic is also poisonous to him. | Helios has lost all of his previous weaknesses, however he is much cockier, bordering on insanity. Also, if he is forced to witness the sun again, he will once again become weak to it.
