Summary[]
Dawn and Darkness, DAD, or DADverse, a peculiar and infinite world created by an infinite boundlessness known only as 'The One'.
Dawn and Darkness is populated by many strange and unique creatures and entities of varying sizes, shapes, and forms and even those that follow or have no form and tangibility. And yes, all beings both living and nonliving, sub atomic to incomprehensibly large possess magic and are empowered by magic in some way, shape, or form even if its small or vague. Magic in its purest form can alter and bend the elements and even the rules of reality and even reach a state of near omnipotence. The effectiveness of magic in creatures can varying from depending on how strong they are or how much they have trained and experienced on their magic.
Origins[]
In the beginning, there was nothing but absolute emptiness and void. There was no time, no space, no law, no concept just absence until one day, something came to light.
A voice from the darkness came out and the voice said, "Let there be light." and suddenly, a bright big bang of immeasurable power exploded in the darkness, it spread throughout oblivion, and suddenly, never ending possibilities sprung out like the peddles of a flower, a well of endless primordial chaos and opportunity gradually encompassed the void. Eventually, things began to take shape and structure was beginning to form.
The endless values, blueprints, mystics, and possibilities of the early cosmos took shape until eventually, the emptiness was now encompassed by a never ending sea of creation.
And so, the world was born. And while remnants of the abyss still remain they are overshadowed by the endless expanses of actuality.
Cosmology[]
The Omniverse[]
The Omniverse is mathematical and abstract in nature, containing all forms of numbers, dimensions, measurements, geometries, formulas, equations, sets, branches, and theories.
The Omniverse contains all possibilities, impossibilities, realities, unrealities, and parallel realities.
The Omniverse contains all known and unknown ideas, archetypes, and abstract concepts.
The Omniverse has a nexus point called The Center, a "thing" (there is no true shape of it as it's all shapes and no shapes) of limitless power that connects to every plane and reality in the Omniverse. The total number of all dimensions is equal to the quantity of all aleph numbers.
(Dimensions: Dimensions are directions in space-time. Each higher dimension follows more and higher directions/coordinates in space-time compared to the lower ones)
The Omniverse contains all infinities, transfinities, ordinals, and cardinals with each higher infinity being superior to the lower ones; from the list of every aleph number from aleph-null (countably infinite dimensions), aleph-1 (uncountably infinite dimensions), aleph-2 (a greater uncountable level of dimensions), and so on, all the way up to the largest and most complex cardinals like inaccessible, mahlo, woodin, and so on. From 0D to the most complex of large cardinals, axioms, and mathematical theories, The Omniverse encompasses them all.
The Outer Realm[]
The Outer Realm is a place of mystery, it is beyond any form of physical and nonphysical notion and idea, indescribable and unbound from the laws of shape and geometry, order and chaos as these are mere fiction to it. Whatever incomprehensible and eldritch entities reside in here are unknown and will probably never be known due to their unfathomable and incomprehensible natures but there are a few beings that are known such as "The Beyonders", a civilization of unfathomable, near-omnipotent power but even then little to none are known about these beings with some speculating or even denying their existence and this place also houses Arkosios (Arkosios is a sadistic entity that takes the form of a renaissance era angel with slight derivations, it also torments the residents of the lower planes).
Example realities[]
The Tavern[]
The Tavern is a place that exist between realities and can be accessed either through powerful teleportation, dimensional travel, or gateways scattered across the whole verse that leads to it.
The style of the tavern is a mixture of both modern and medieval styles and one can order any possible and impossible order and meal on their menu. The size of the tavern isn't calculable as it isn't bound by any rule or form of measurable size.
There are many workers in the tavern, each worker can vary from humanoid to animal-like and their bodies look as if it contains a sea of outer space within them.
The Door Dimension[]
The Door Dimension is an endless black void filled with an infinite quantity of doors randomly scattered throughout the void and in the middle is an infinitely long, straight, and orange pathway with yellow edges. The width of the pathway is 8 meters and the width of the edges is 1 meter.
The doors in this dimension are actually gateways to different realities and the design of a door is a hint of what that reality might be.
An Infinite World[]
An endless reality of infinite size. It contains an infinite number of different environments from natural to bizarre to artificial. This reality also contains a countably infinite number of dimensions and levels. Time works very differently in this reality.
There are many inhabitants in this reality varying from humans to other intelligent lifeforms with varies different groups, factions, states countries, etc., There are also countless different kinds and types of beasts, animals, and creatures in this reality.
This reality can be accessed either through dimensional travel or gateways leading to it; these gateways are walls or floors that are just slightly darker than the rest and one can noclip into them which lets them travel into this reality (The Infinite World was inspired by the Backrooms).
Who is The One?[]
"The One" is theorized to be the creator of everything and "The Voice" that spoke creation into existence. It goes by many names The One, The Creator, The Voice, God, Prime, Quondam, and many more. The One has many religions each one having its own interpretation of what it is. The One isn't limited to divinity as it is all Divinity, all Magic, all Science, and all Philosophy.
Power of The Verse[]
The verse is very powerful, with many powerful entities and structures that can be classified as 0. In fact, the verse is so powerful that even the smallest of elementary particles, the quarks can be classified as High 1-A as they contain an amount of dimensions equal to the set of all aleph numbers while simutaneously transcending them.
All things in the verse are all a force to be reckened with as due to every quark being High 1-A and by extension all forms of atomic particles and matter they can also be classified as High 1-A. Some species have powers that are built into their genetic code. For example, humans have the abilities to touch the non-physical, possess the raw power to utilize all forms of magic, and have the raw potential to warp reality although humans are classified as one of the weakest species in the verse.
