Short Summary

Darox is the S Class rank 1 hero of the WPA/New Hero Association. He is commonly held as the most powerful hero, considered to be far beyond anyone else in the hero's ranks. At the time, he took on the name of "Hiroshi" in order to hide his true identity, as he wasn't native to Planet Earth. Rather, he was a lost alien prince from the planet Fluxus, which he fled in a special Starship in order to leave his origins behind. Early on, he regretted his decision greatly, as he had no way to return home since his Starship broke and he couldn't find any fuel for it. The Starship's fuel was exclusive to Fluxus, leaving him completely stranded. To fix his mistake he took it upon himself to eliminate as much evil as he possibly could. He took on the moniker of Nova Dragon, the name of the now deceased superhero who once kept Fluxus safe. As an alien, however, he was no different to the Earth than any other Monster, leading him to seek out someone who could help him blend in. This turned out to be the Witch Mirai Dark, who provided him a human body in exchange for his assistance one day'. It's been fifteen years since his arrival. Since that time, he's been able to show his true face and start a family on Earth.

Darox had a somewhat sheltered upbringing on Fluxus. He was the prince, but due to his peculiar appearance, he had trouble making friends from the start. His mother largely hid her pregnancy from the public due to the political climate, as well as what it would mean for the planet as a whole if it came out that Darox was the child of the one who invaded them and killed Nova Dragon. This wasn't revealed to Darox himself at all, leading him to question if something was just wrong with him outside of his appearance alone. This made him standoffish as a teenager, and these traits would persist well into his adulthood, turning him into a rude prince who thought everyone was against him for no reason.

Eventually, his mother finally told Darox the truth of his existence, and that was when he went into a rage, taking out all of his frustrations on the Fluxian capital. He did not mean to go on such a destructive rampage, but he hadn't even known his own power at the time, and upon seeing all the damage Darox decided that he truly didn't belong on Fluxus after all, and that his people deserved better than himself, whom he referred to as a devil spawn. He took a Starship and flew it into deep space, hoping to never be seen or heard from again. The Starship induced a forced coma which he'd only awake from upon landing somewhere. As fate would have it, he crash landed on Earth. When he awoke, a long time had passed, and after much time of self reflection, he'd realized the error of his ways and that all he ever really wanted was to just be accepted and treated normally by those around him. He vowed that he would do for Earth what he should have been doing for Fluxus, and becoming its 'Guardian Savior', a term used on Fluxus to refer to their top protector. To atone for his sin on Fluxus, he dedicated himself to protecting the people of the Earth. He took up the moniker "Nova Dragon" to honor the fallen Guardian Savior of Fluxus and continue to protect innocent people in his name However, Darox soon learned that his kind was especially unwelcome on Earth, as he was called a Monster and terrified the populace. Instead of raging against them like he had for the people of Fluxus, he decided that he would fight evil in secret instead.

He was successful for a while. No Monster he encountered provided much of a challenge for him, but he wasn't seeking one. He fought countless different kinds, each possessing unique abilites and fighting styles which helped him train his own fighting skills to be superior. But even then, he received no public acknowledgment because of how secretive he had to be. Just like on Fluxus, Darox longed for acceptance and connection. This alongside his supreme power made him a prime candidate to be approached by Mirai Dark, an extremely high ranked member of the Seventh Coven. She allowed Darox to stumble upon their living area, and she offered him a deal: she would make the world view him as a human being, thereby gaining acceptance. In exchange, he would owe her a 'favor' later. She only told him that she'd only disclose the favor when was most convenient for her. Darox accepted the deal, and she gave him a more human name, this being Hiroshi. As Hiroshi, Darox was able to enter the public scene and defeat Monsters in the cities rather than ones he just stumbled upon. because of his might, he became famous quickly and was one of the first heroes entered into the New Hero Association. However, he was mostly closed off and rarely ever seen after that. The association provided him with whatever accommodations he requested, including his very own secret lab of science. He spent almost of of his time down in his lab creating a star-chart in search of his home planet's location in proportion to Earth and working on various technological weapons/defense systems using Earth's technology. He also was sure to study all human biology so that he could better fit in.

He became known for his serious demeanor and large absence from the public, which many began comparing to the way Blast used to be. As both had been S Class rank 1, it was a fair comparison to make. He only ever emerged from his lab if it was absoutely neccesary. He played no role in the battle against the Y-City Bee Colony, and didn't even attempt to fight when the Seafolk launched a minor attack on A-City. He did not take action against the Parasite King either. However, he did take notice of Orokon's arrival on Earth. He had heard of Dark Divinity back on Flxuus, and he knew what Orokon was all about. Veyr much like his own father, he was a warlord and conquerer. If he allowed orokon to conquer Earth, than everything he'd done up to that point would have been worthless. And so, he resolved to stopping Dark Divinity himself. While the rest of S Class and a few other heroes handled his minions down below, he flew directly into the ship to search for him. Once he found Orokon, he vowed to destroy him as the Guradian Savior of Earth.

Darox was succesful, as were his friends at the surface. For the first time in his life, Darox felt like he had accomplished something for the greater good. Although this didn't change how he acted around the others, he was finally beginning to slip out from depression. Once again he would be rarely seen, even as the New Monster Association rumors began to heat up. He did nothing to assist with any of the events around Pluto as well. He remained in his lab even as everyone else preapred for and went to the New Monster Assosiation's base. Things eventually heated up enough for Darox to make an apperance, as all of the S Classes were exhausted from fighting agasinst the Cadre's, who were still going strong. Single handedly, he began to face off with Hell Tendrils, Draco, Evil Flame Alive, Mother of Insects, and Umibozu Nasty. He managed to destroy Evil Flame Alive and Lord Nasty, as well as force Draco to flee and cripple Hell Tendrils. The display of power was enough for Miracle Sol to step in before he went after Mother of Insects. Miracle Sol nbegan to battle Darox, keeping him occupied for the entirety of the Akumo battle. he eventually nearly killed Miracle Sol and forced him to flee as well.

Once Darox returned, Akumo was defeated and being talked to by Seiya despite ebing a complete Monster by now. Being aware of how powerful Akumo was, Darox demanded her step aside so that he could 'finish him off'. Seiya refused, and Okami, Akumo's sister, got invovled as well. They both attempted to talk Darox out of it, but he continued to insist upon killing him, saying that if Akumo is allowed to go free, then 'everything he knew would be wrong.' He couldn't asllow Akumo to live, because then he'd have been wrong about how he viewed himself. After this, Akumo managed to escape quickly, leaving the three of them alone, and Darox frustrated. He vowed that he would defeat Akumo someday when he returns.

A long time passed after that. The Dragon heroes were formed as a rival against the New Hero Association, but Darox had gone back to his regular ways of remaining hidden in his lab. However, once he heard of the rumored Witches involved with the Dragon heroes, he decided that he had no choice but to get involved again. He did not act until the heroes were about to launch their attack on Nova, but before he could do much, an Eye Demon infected him with a bad disease. He had a machine which could cure him back at his lab, so he had to leave. He didn't return until Nova had been dealt with already and R-City was in the midst of a crises. The Monster Acceptance Movement was finally out in the open, and they were battling their rival group, the Real Monsters. Darox appeared and attacked their leader, King Titan Bug, but Seiya attacked at the same time, sending the Monster far out into the ocean. After that, he noticed Akumo and confronted him, but Seiya, also being there, once again stopped Darox. This made him angry. During their talk, Hitomi, who could see the 'truth behind people', accidentally exposed him as non-human since she could see his true form, and his disguise was dispersed. Enraged and wronged, he attacked her, however, was stopped by Seiya again. Darox began to attack Seiya viciously. While they fought, Neptune launched an attack on R-City in an attempt to help the Dragon Heroes. Darox and Seiya ended up fighting on top of a Neptune Inc Mothership, and eventually, Darox calmed down, but was upset he had to return to the woods. To his shock, his fellow comrades accepted him for who he really was, just as they had allied with the Monster Acceptance Movement. From that moment, he decided he was proud of who he was, and would no longer hide his face while preforming acts of heroism. He became very thankful to Seiya and apologized to Akumo as well. This also marked the first time he ever told his real name to anyone, and that from now on, he would go by Darox.

Mikio Hanahaki: Darox's love interest. They met after the Monster Acceptance Movement was successful, but at first were just acquaintances. Darox took notice of her during his first battle against Thunder Dragon, where she directly approached Mars and managed to talk him down, despite his fury and determination, and the grave risk to herself, as one punch from Mars would have instantly killed her. He was in awe of her speaking skills, and complimented her for them. This is how they became friends initially. After that, they had more casual conversations and bonded more, eventually getting to the point of having dates and personal conversations. They talked about how their mothers similar situations contrasted with each other, as Mikio's had been abusive and blamed her for what happened, while Darox's mother treated him with kindness and separated his existence form her attacker's. After a few months of being together officially, they went on the Kamihana Kingdom vacation with dozens of their friends. While there, they discovered that they were having a child. Although it was a suprise, they agreed to stay together and raise it.

Seiya: Seiya and Darox have an interesting relationship. The first time they met, Seiya was blocking him from killing Akumo and talking to him about why he ought to be allowed to live. It somewhat changed Darox, as for his entire life he considered himself as someone who shouldn't exist. if Akumo could live, than he could live too, and he didn't know how to react. She left a lasting impact on him. However, the next time they met, Seiya had killed Shiny Showtime. Darox was right behind them both, so he recieved credit, but that was the first time he'd seen her power in action. He learned that she wasn't normal. He decided he would keep an eye on her. When they met again during the R-City attack, they argued again about killing Akumo, but when Hitomi eliminated his gisguise, he attacked her. She allowed him to beat her up, and eventually she calmed him down. He discussed his insecurities with her, but she convinced him that he was good as a person no matter what he looked like. This was affirmed when the other members of S Class all accepted him. After that, he and Seiya became friendly with each other.

Mars: Darox is looked up to by Mars as this 'messiah' like figure, as he is the strongest hero. Mars describes his infatuation with Darox to exist because of how he is 'the strongest', and that as the strongest, he can accomplish his goals without anything on Earth standing in the way. Mars' goal is to be the "Strongest Monster" to claim revenge on his parents and the Alvara Company. So, when Mars fought Darox, the two of them clashed about what being 'the strongest' actually means. To Darox, it meant the ability to protect his world. To Mars, it meant unyielding vengeance. Alongside their physical clashes, they also had a battle of ideals. Darox was the victor in both cases. Although their first battle was interrupted, later on Darox was the primary hero stopping Mars when he was sent into a fury after the death of his childhood friend, Ares, and alongside others from the monster Acceptance Movemtn, including his future wife Mikio, Darox was finally able to get to Mars. Now that he's a lot healthier, the relationship between mars and Darox is much more casual and friendly, and the two have great respect for each other's strengths. Darox and Mikio are continuing to provide therapy to him as he works on himself and his trauma.

Miracle Sol: Miracle Sol views Darox in a similar light as Mars used to. As he views himself to already be the most powerful Monster on Earth, he considers that only Darox is worthy of facing him in a serious brawl. They fought after Darox had dealt with the remaining Cadre group. Although using his full power, Darox proved too powerful, and he mortally wounded Miracle Sol. Miracle fled across the sea and accidentally stumbled upon Kamihana Kingdom, where he attempted to recover. However, he got into a battle with Flower Power's commander, Dahlia, and was beaten fairly easily. After losing to someone he hadn't even known the name of prior, he vowed that he would no longer allow himself to 'among the strongest', and that henceforth, he would become the undisputed strongest. He trained greatly in preparation for the day he might encounter Nova Dragon again. Darox, on the other hand, just views Miracle Sol as a weirdo.

Mirai Dark: Darox and Mirai first met deep in a dark forest sometime during his vigilante days. She knew of his plight for acceptance, and so offered him a deal. In exchange for human skin, he would one day have to do a favor for her, or he would face death. He was desperate, so he agreed. At first, they retained routine contact, and Darox even had a method of calling her to his location (this became useless after he was exposed, as all of the Magic left the talisman he could call her with). Mirai always talked down to Darox and considered him foolish. After Darox was exposed, Mirai's spell on him faded away. Darox was never very fond of her. Unbeknownst to him, Mirai would still want to claim her favor from him.

Lifting Strength: At least Class Z (When the Dark Divinity Battleship started going down, Darox alone flew down to lift it up from A-City to prevent it from sending a massive shockwave. Fought with Seiya for an extended period while going all out, and still wasn't tired at all before transforming) | Superhuman (Although the form drains him quickly, he's still able to fight for extended periods of time at full power. Intelligence: Genius (Very exceptional battler and scientific master at space-travel mechanics and machines in general. He was able to repair the damages to his crashed spaceship with only scraps he found, and built all of the technology in his lab without an ounce of outside help. He teaches himself new fighting styles mid-fight in order to better anticipate and defeat the next opponent easier and has decades of battle experience. He's able to outsmart combat genius' like Orokon and predict his moves many seconds in advance, just before Orokon begins to make them. Isamu described him as being a similarly skilled technician as himself and could likely create a Brave Giant if he had the materials)

Standard Tactics: Darox analyses his opponent in order to determine the best course of action, and when he attacks, he mostly uses energy attacks, or his martial arts. He often infuses his fists and feet with fields of energy to cause far more damage with every blow. He takes advantage of is surroundings in every possible way, and doesn't like to rely on regeneration to survive attacks. He battles with an 'overwhelming style'.

Weaknesses: Duo Meteoric Burst drains his energy at a fast rate, and strains his body to the point of him steaming for a decent time after using it. If he runs out of energy, he runs out of energy for his regeneration as well.

Fighting Styles: Over the years, Darox has gained as very intricate fighting style, which is a combination of the various movement and fighting powers he's seen Monsters use since he crashed on Earth. Using his style of fighting, he was able to clash with and overpower Orokon, who himself was an alien master of martial arts. He is said to move with fluidity only rivaled by the worlds greatest martial arts fighters.

Sensing: Nova Dragon can sense the latent energy of whoever is currently within his field of vision. Because he can sense true power, he never underestimates anyone, regardless of what they may look like.

Regeneration: He inherited regeneration from his father. The Regen is very powerful, and he can heal lost limbs in seconds by focusing his energy on his wounds. He can also regenerate from obliteration but that costs more energy than normal. He should be capable of doing this as long as he has energy to spare.

Energy Projection: He can also form his energy into beams and blasts to eliminate enemies. He can shoot shockwaves as well, which can level large amounts of area at once if that was intended. Combining energy with his physical strikes greatly increases their power. The energy can also be used to levitate and increase speed.

• Nova Blows: Nova Dragon infuses his fists with charged up energy as well as his aura, then attacks with a huge swarm of punches, each one causing a large explosion atop his opponent and casting his aura around them for intense burning and regen negation.

• Internal Energy Release: Like his father, he can harness the energy of his body and fire an immense beam capable of mass destruction.

• Blasts: Nova Dragon can focus energy around his hands, generating a purple aura, before firing off plasma like energy blasts, each of which have immense power packed into them.

• Nova Spheres: Nova Dragon wields his energy to create spherical barriers around himself. They're durability is magnificent and surpasses that of Darox himself, being unable to be even cracked by a barrage of blows from Orokon which could have proved fatal without the barriers. He is able to stack multiple and form them around specific parts of his body.

• Beams: Extremely similar to the blasts, but more concentrated and powerful. The beams have so much energy and heat packed into them that they could melt robots if they made contact.

• Dragon Tornado: Nova Dragon flares his energy and aura all around him, then twists it all into a tornado all around him. It can work as a defensive ability as well as offensive. It can also be split into smaller tornadoes and cast around him. Each one shreds opponents with unbearable heat and minor parts of his aura.

• Infinity Nova: The ultimate attack of his disguised form. He brings his hands together before thrusting them forward, and with his body enveloped in energy, he fires a beam of extremely immense power. He can use a stronger version in his true form.

• Infinity Bomb: The ultimate attack of his disguised form. He brings his hands together before charging significant energy, and with his body enveloped in his heat aura, he creates an omnidirectional wave of power acting as a 'super nuke' to eliminate everything and everyone around him. It has much worse range than 'Infinity Nova' however.

Flight: Nova Dragon can use his energy to naturally fly without wings. He’s just as fast in the air as on the ground. The way he can jump around also makes him seem like he’s flying to the ones who only see a blur.

Dragon King Burst: A pseudo transformation he uses while disguised as a human. Like the actual transformation, he gains an immense boost in all stats, but there is great strain. The sheer aura of it is enough to make most who observe the form agape with awe.

• Dragon King Infinity Nova: The ultimate attack of his human form. He brings his hands together before thrusting them forward, and with his body enveloped in bursting energy, he fires a beam of extremely immense power. He can use a stronger version in his true form.

Duo Meteoric Burst: Nova Dragons most special power. It’s a varied version of his father's original transformation, while it is still extremely powerful it won’t shorten his life to use it. It does carry an energy draining burden to use such a power, though. He can only use it in his true form, but his version is more of a bright purple than his fathers, which was bright pink. All of his stats are increased to the maximum his body currently allows for, and he holds a power capable of striking fear across lightyears.

• Flaring Comet - Meteor Shower: The supreme attack of Nova Dragon. Contrary to his father's ultimate, instead of a beam this attack involves hundreds of high powered, flaring sun-like spheres of energy. Using it expends all of Nova Dragons energy, and if the enemy should survive, they can easily dispatch him because without energy reserves, he can’t regenerate anymore. He can only use it while transformed. The power contained in each blast greatly surpasses his Meteor Star Storm ability.

• Collapsing World - Blazing Rays: Nova Dragon summons extremely immense energy in both of his hands. Around the rest of his body intense golden bolts are launched around which destroy every other enemy on the battlefield for thousands of kilometers. Finally, the two beams in his hands are launched which each are amazingly powerful. While they're firing, they cast storms of lighting all over the place as well.

• Final Meteor - Dragon Infinity Nova: A Supreme beam attack. It is far stronger than the version he uses in his human disguise. It isn't even comparable to his other attacks as it is so much more powerful, as Darox stated that it could destroy planets much larger than Earth if he used it that way. Using it decimates his energy supply, but doesn't entirely destroy it, simply leaving enough for him to attempt to fly away if it fails.

• Precognition: Darox is able to tap into the 'true power of Fluxus', but only in a limited way to observe his opponents' possible actions and how to deal with each possibility. It helps him avoid devastating moves which he otherwise wouldn't and allows for him to optimize his battle strategies to perfection. Nothing gets past him. This works to a lesser extent in his true form.

• Nova Dragon Tornado: Darox flares his energy and aura all around him, creating a field which looks like the surface of a star, then twists it all into a furious tornado all around him. It can work as a defensive ability as well as offensive. It can also be split into smaller tornadoes, but they're still giant, and cast around him. Each one shreds opponents with unbearable heat and bigger parts of his aura.

• Meteor Bomb: Darox bends the light around his opponent, preventing them from seeing his actions. He then releases a swarm of blasts which surround his opponent while they can't see them, which he then has all crash onto them unleashing a massive explosion of energy where the opponent is trapped at the center, taking the entire brunt of damage for its duration.

• Meteor Bind: Darox allows his energy to seep into the ground around him, then casts it towards his opponent in the form of chains which wrap around them and disable their movements. In addition to this, he wraps them up in a cocoon of energy. Both of them combine to hold his opponent down and prevent their attacks. Darox preforms this move if his regular LS isn't enough.

• Meteor Field: Darox entraps his enemy in a field of his aura which forcefully redirects all of their counterattacks into deep space. This way, Darox prevents any attempts at damaging him. The field remains on top of his opponent, even if they teleport away. The only way to escape it would be powerful magic or superior spatial powers.

• Meteor Burst Pulse: Darox flexes his muscles harshly, casting a series of shockwaves that push his opponent away, blocking their advancements. Because he's also exerting energy, each wave is also able to cause true damage to opponents whole bodies. it's a good way to disrupt his opponents attacks/plans.

• Omnidirectional Nova Blows: Darox wields an extreme version of the orignal move, Nova Blows, then amplifies his speed to insane levels before rushing in towards opponents with such speed that it appears that he's flying at them with clones from all directions. After this, the true Darox begins to devastate them with attacks, flying around them and landing over one hundred blows every instant. The attack appears like this.

• Meteoric Burst Impact: Darox rushes forward at increased speed and slams his fist directly into his opponents face as hard as he can, then unleashes a super-massive beam which encompasses their entire body and sends them through space, as the beam reaches beyond the confines of Earth. With swift speed, he could follow this up with Omnidirectional Nova Blows.

• Meteoric Arrows: Darox charges energy and blasts piercing, arrow-like beams which curve easily through the air to deliver massive energy strikes. Everything around the energy melts and vaporizes just from being close by, with each arrow even able to pierce straight through barriers and opponent armoring.

• Meteor Star Storm: Darox casts a 'hurricane' of sparking energy above the battlefield with enough blasts to block out the sky, which then rain down onto his opponent like a seemingly 'endless' barrage. The blasts passively bend light around them while raining down, making it very difficult to judge their true positions through the air (some of them even becoming invisible). Darox can control the direction of the blasts. Each blast containing parts of Darox's aura allows him to negate regeneration for an entire army.
