Crestsealtitle

Summary[]

Crestseal is a verse written and developed by ExSENNA.

Setting[]

The setting of Crestseal revolves around various competing factions active in various regions of the setting. At its core, it primarily revolves around a contest between two beings and their influence on the setting.

Terminology[]

Several terms are used universally in Crestseal to refer to the same phenomena.

Powers of the Verse[]

Crestseal has a consistent Ranking system used by different factions in its setting as the universal assignment of characters.

  • Lowest-ranked characters do not have a Rank, they can be at most Small Building level (9-A)
  • Lower-ranked characters such as characters who are from Rank 10 to Rank 7 can vary from Building level (8-C) to Multi-City Block level (8-A)
  • Mid-ranked characters such as characters who are from Rank 6 to Rank 3 can vary from Town level (7-C) to Small Country level (Low 6-B)
  • High-ranked characters, those who are at the top of power, characters who are Rank 2 to Rank 1, including "Special Rank 1", can vary from Country level (6-B) to Moon level (5-C)
  • Certain characters and constructs can harm and destroy Margins, vast structures with countless masses, as well as True Margins that are endlessly expansive. They are Universe level (3-A) to High Universe level
  • Certain characters can destroy an entire Tumult, which is a space-time that contains Margin, including True Margin. Some others can destroy dozens of them, while others can destroy hundreds. They are Universe level+ (Low 2-C), Low Multiverse level (2-C), and Multiverse level (2-B) respectively, with the last two being massively restricted while within Middlescape or trying to target it
  • The verse is very consistent in terms of speed, especially when it comes to reaction and combat speed, with nearly every character having Relativistic reactions and combat speed. Certain abilities and other phenomena that can reach Relativistic+ attack speeds are always portrayed as very fast and hard to counter without prior knowledge. Movement speed is also consistent, generally around the Subsonic range, though it can fluctuate a bit more.
