Chisa
I'm here, don't worrryyyyy! I was looking for you too- but then this mean fairy tried to bully me, hmph.
~ Chisa upon her introduction

Summary[]

Chisa Ayako is a character that originates from the Sword Art Online: Reincarnation Tabletop game. She was one of the 10,000 players who were trapped in «Sword Art Online», as well as one of the lucky 1,000 players in the Sword Art Online beta test that lasted for a month. In SAO she was at Lala's side, occasionally doing quests and fighting on the frontlines like a clearer, eventually becoming Lala's girlfriend. On one specific day in Sword Art Online though, she was pulled from SAO and sent to Japan, specifically in Akihabara in the year of 2019; the Real World. There she would meet Cirno and get into a fight with her, eventuallty meeting up with Lala, Shirou, and Rin, and that's how her adventure in Adrift began.

Powers and Stats[]

Tier: 9-B, higher with Sword Skills | 8-B, higher with Sword Skills and Magical Girl | High 7-C, higher with Sword Skills and Magical Girl

Name: Chisa Ayako

Origin: Adrift Tabletop RPG

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Classification: Human, Magical Girl

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Skilled Dagger User, Acrobatics (Chisa’s fighting style consists of a combination of acrobatics and actual fighting, using both in tandem with her sheer speed to enhance her attacks or to give them more momentum for strikes. Combining her acrobatics and speed, her sheer dexterity guarantees her hits land), Stealth Mastery (Chisa is unintentionally a master at Stealth, being one of, if not the best at Stealth in the entire RP. She's capable of being in places without anybody noticing her at all, as if she was invisible. Consistently able to hop in and out of stealth in battle, with no one being able to locate her once she is gone. Able to mix her innate stealth with her abilities, making sure that once she is gone, she will never be located until she reveals herself. Has Stealth Items and Skills, that boost her stealth abilities even more), Accelerated Development (Leveling; Physical Stats, Abilities. The more established a Character is in the world, the more they gain "Influence", and Influence is what allows for a Character to get stronger and develop new abilities), Statistics Amplification and Statistics Reduction (To themselves via Influence. Depending on how a Character is perceived by an audience, or would be perceived by an audience, they can either become stronger or become weaker in a moment. For example, if an audience would root for a certain Character from a storytelling standpoint, such as a protagonist-type Character losing to an antagonist-type Character in a stomp, said Character can gain the power and speed to match their enemy's. This would also of course work vice versa. There is no need for an audience, though it would boost the effects of the amplification or reduction. Sword Skills also amplify the user's speed and power, with the downside of having a post-motion stun for a brief period of time afterwards), Limited Durability Negation with Armor Pierce (Armor Pierce completely ignores and pierces through armor), Damage Transferal (Can redirect the damage she takes towards her weapon instead of herself), Damage Boost (All attacks have a low chance of critically hitting, dealing extra damage), Magic and Creation (via Sacred Arts. Can create a spell or an object for almost any situation, so long as she knows the words used to arrange her thoughts, guide her emotions, and fuel her imagination to create said spell or object), Shockwave Generation (Can generate a large blast of air with Explosive Fang), Elemental Manipulation (Fire, Water, Ice, Light, Metal, Darkness, and Crystal. Via Sacred Arts, which allow her to control all of the aforementioned elements), Explosion Manipulation (Can cause small explosions with Sacred Arts), Dimensional Storage (via her Menu), Power Mimicry (via her Menu. Gains Skills, and by extension Abilities, of Characters she has seen before, even through something as simple as seeing it in an anime episode. However, she must usually level said Skill to get it to a more practical state), Healing (Accelerating recovery via Recovery Potions over a period of 5 minutes), Status Effect Inducement Nullification (via Antidote Potions. Only works against debuffs on Chisa's power or below)

As before but significantly enhanced, Puella Magi Physiology, Energy Projection (Can produce balls of dark energy, to fire at an enemy), Pocket Reality Manipulation (Has her own 'pocket reality' which she can travel in and out of at will. This lets her dodge attacks in the dimension as long as she can enter a shadow), Teleportation and BFR (Can transport others into her pocket dimension. Can also appear in any location as long as there is a shadow), Enhanced Senses (Via Magical Girl, and built experience. Can accurately pinpoint useful spots and find a targets weak point in battle), Duplication (Can create an exact copy of herself that is less durable. This clone shares all abilities, but will disappear eventually), Purification (Can purify herself to negate negative effects), Elemental Intangibility (Can temporarily become a shadow to avoid attacks), Dimensional Travel (Can travel to her own pocket dimension at any time), Absorption (Can absorb shadows and darkness attacks, significantly boosting her statistics while negating the damage), Body Puppetry (Using Shadow Puppet, can control the movements of another person as long as they are in shadows), Perception Manipulation (Can slow her perception to see opponents in slow motion), Analytical Prediction (Is able to predict moves to dodge them easier)

As before but much stronger, Fusionism (Can fuse with Lala to become Lalisa), Teleportation (Can transport items into her hands with Steal), Extrasensory Perception (Using Enemy Detection, she can detect enemies through walls and obstacles. Can do the same for treasures with Treasure Detection), Fragrance Manipulation (Can completely remove her scent in order to become stealthed in the shadows), Invisibility (Using Concealment, she can temporarily turn completely invisible), Chain Manipulation (Can bind up enemies with chains, restraining them temporarily until they break free), Speed Amplification (Can amplify her speed to escape unwanted situations with Escape), Power Nullification (Can nullify active and passive skills with Skill Bind, preventing them from moving and using any abilities), Resistance to Extrasensory Perception (The Lurk skill can hide Bloodlust/Killing intent)

Attack Potency: Wall level (Most Characters have displayed attacks that could effortlessly shatter walls and create craters through their attacks. Has shown to be comparable to said characters, fighting Metal Sonic), higher with Sword Skills (Sword Skills greatly amplify the damage of her regular attacks at the cost of having a small post-motion cooldown) | City Block level (Gotten stronger from Accelerated Development. Able to fight and hold her own against Eden bosses, such as Desna.), higher with Sword Skills and Magical Girl (Her statistics greatly increase upon transforming into her magical girl state) | Large Town level (While not a character focused on attacking, Chisa has gotten much stronger and has been able to fight opponents on this level. Should be Comparable to Lala as they are the same level), higher with Magical Girl and Sword Skills

Speed: Subsonic (Chisa focuses on AGI and is even faster than Lala and most other characters at this time), higher with Sword Skills | Supersonic (Even Asuna, a character that is considered the flash and faster than most other characters cannot keep up with Chisa, with Chisa being far faster than her and other characters to where she was seen as a blur. Able to react and reflect a sniper bullet all the way back to the Sender from kilometers away with extreme precision). higher with Sword Skills and Acrobatics | Massively Hypersonic+ (One of, if not the fastest character in the entire RP. Most people who fight with Chisa can barely react to her), higher with Magical Girl, Escape, Sword Skills, and Acrobatics

Lifting Strength: Superhuman (Much superior to normal humans, though lacks any notable feats) | Superhuman, higher with Magical Girl | Superhuman, higher with Magical Girl

Striking Strength: Wall Class, higher with Sword Skills | City Block Class, higher with Sword Skills and Magical Girl (Her statistics greatly increase upon transforming into her magical girl state) | Town Class, higher with Magical Girl and Sword Skills

Durability: Wall level (Able to take hits from other characters at this level. Survived hits from Metal Sonic) | City Block level (Has gotten more durable. Able to take hits from Eden bosses such as Desna), higher with Magical Girl | Town level (While not a character focused on defense, she is still very durable and able to take attacks on this level, from people such as Zonda and Tenjian)

Stamina: Superhuman (Able to fight for long periods of time with injuries all over, and able to shrug them off and recover her resources while in battle. Magical Girl boosts her stamina even further)

Range: Standard melee range with her dagger, up to 2 kilometers with Sacred Arts | Standard melee range with her dagger, up to 2 kilometers with Sacred Arts, dozens of kilometers with Magical Girl abilities | Standard melee range with her dagger, hundreds of meters with Thief skills, dozens of kilometers with Magical Girl

Standard Equipment:

  • Crescent Dagger: A dagger with an odd crescent shape. It looks impractical to wield... yet looks like a perfectly capable weapon somehow.
  • Eventide Dagger: A replica of a dagger used by the Lyusula Kingdom. Though it is but a replica, the faint glow of the original can still sometimes be felt.
  • Leather Armor: An unremarkable piece of armor, but still a trusty protection for a new adventure.
  • Mistmoon Ring: Once belonging to a Pagoda Knight of the Lyusula Kingdom who was mistakenly transported into the Taurus King's domain, this ring has been lost to time... until now.
  • Can Create/Summon: A duplicate of herself, which has all of the same abilities.

Intelligence: Below Average (Chisa is not a very smart person, since she's very sheltered and had poor grades in school. She acts a bit airheaded at times, and lacks basic knowledge on some common subjects), higher in combat (Is skilled in combat, albeit a little unrefined. She can come up with good plans with the help of others and fight somewhat intelligently as long as she has someone to fall back on)

Weaknesses:

  • Destroying her Soul Gem would kill her immediately
  • A Character is dependent on how real humans perceive them. Thus, if people believe that she is weaker than she actually is, her Influence will lessen, and thus she will actually become weaker.
  • Sword Skills have a slight post-motion stun at the end of them in exchange for increased power.
  • She is not very smart
  • Most of the time, to activate Sacred Arts, the user must chant out the words required to activate it. Sacred Arts require "spatial resources" to use, meaning that barren environments would lessen the effects of a Sacred Art

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Acrobatics: Passively increases Chisa's dexterity significantly, allowing her to be quicker on her feet.
  • Dagger: Boosts the strength, durability, and defense of her daggers.
  • Sprint: Significantly increases movement speed when charging.

  • Sacred Arts: «Sacred Arts» are System Commands in Project Alicization that residents of Underworld believe to be magic rituals. In reality, they are just words used to arrange thoughts and guide the emotions of the caster to make use of one's Incarnation. Because of this, the imagination of the user may either improve or decrease the effectiveness of an art.
    • Aqueous: Deals water damage to an enemy and causes significant knockback.
    • Aerial: Deals air damage to an enemy, and causes significant knockback.
    • Cryogenic: Freezes the enemy, immobilizing them until they can break out.
    • Thermal: Lights an enemy on fire, and leaves them burning to deal significant damage over time.
    • Luminous: Creates an area of light, illuminating an area.
    • Metallic: Creates a metal object which can be used temporarily.
    • Umbral: Creates a line of darkness to a lost item that the user has seen before.
    • Crystalline: Creates a glass object which can be used temporarily.
  • Discharge: Releases the elements into the atmosphere.
  • Burst Element: Causes the elements gathered to explode.
  • Adhere: Attach an element to an object.

  • Weapon Creation: Most Puella Magi are capable of creating weapons out of thin air using their magic. While most select specific weapons, some with a heightened mastery of their abilities can create different weapons with their own minor capabilities.
    • Telekinesis: On top of creating weapons, they can also control their weapons in the air and with no limit to how much at a time. The same applies to many weapons that they have enhanced.
  • Puella Magi Physiology: Because their bodies no longer harbor a soul, they effectively act like flesh puppets that have no real impact on the 'essence' of a magical girl. According to several interviews and in-series showings, a magical girl can have all their blood drained from their body and still fight with little impairment, or have their head torn off or shot through and still walk just fine.
    • Fusionism: When two opposing magical abilities (Like Fire Manipulation and Ice Manipulation) or opposing main abilities (Like a magical girl who wished for Creation and another who wished for Existence Erasure) combine their attacks, the result is an attack the multiplies in power. In addition, if two soul gems were to harbor the same body, the result can be them swapping control or fusing into one magical girl, albeit temporarily.
    • Extrasensory Perception: Magical Girls were shown to be capable of detecting despair and magic from within their cities as well as being able to telepathically communicate with one another.
  • Energy Blast: Creates an energy blast that deals damage to an enemy.
  • Shadow Ball: Creates a ball of darkness to blast away enemies.
  • Shadow Travel: Upon touching a shadow, Chisa can enter inside of it. She becomes untouchable as long as she is in the shadow, and can immediately teleport and travel in-between shadows.
  • Shadow Trap: If the enemy is touching a shadow, Chisa can trap them in their own shadow. This physically restraining them and preventing them from taking action.
  • Shadow Clone: Creates a shadowy replica of herself, it shares most of her abilities but they're significantly weaker durability-wise.
  • Shadow Construct: Can create items out of shadows, to be used for various purposes.
  • Shadow Absorption: Can absorb darkness/shadow type attacks, gaining restored health in the process.
  • Shadow Puppet: If an opponent is standing in the shadows, she can control them like a puppet.
  • Shadow Teleport: Must be able to see or be near shadows in the area. As long as there's a shadow the user can see or is close to, they can automatically teleport to another shadow.
  • Shadow Blast: Creates a blast of darkness, dealing significant damage to an enemy.

  • Enemy Detection: A passive skill that notifies the user of monsters or enemies nearby, with a ping. This ability works through walls, and can also be used close up to determine where an enemy is hiding.
  • Steal: The ability to steal an object remotely, effectively teleporting it into their possession. It will steal whatever is most valuable to the target or whatever the user wants. However, against extremely powerful targets it has a chance to fail unless they are off-guard.
  • Lurk: The ability to hide presence in the shadows. However, life detection skills and magic still work on the user. Masks scent among other things to stealth the user.
  • Concealment: A superior version of the Lurk skill which grants the user invisibility for a very short span of time.
  • Bind: Allows the user to use any rope or chain-like object as a projectile that quickly coils around the first thing it hits, restricting movement completely. Since it is based on luck, it can be used to bind opponents way stronger than the user, such as a hydra. The user can also bind astral bodies such as ghosts with a mythril chain. If the user has nothing to use, the skill creates a basic rope.
  • Escape: A skill which enhances evasion, mostly used to run away. Allows the user to escape a situation if it is possible and make a quick getaway.
  • Skill Bind: A variation of the Bind skill, used to not only restrict someone's movements, but also to nullify their skills and magic
  • Treasure Detection: Detects any valuable items in the area and treasure in the area.

  • Armor Pierce: A dagger technique that stabs forward, ignoring armor when doing so. Armor Pierce’s pre-motion has the user folding their arm with the dagger towards the shoulder and slightly twisting the body to the right. Armor Pierce’s post-motion has the user holding their dagger straight forward in-front of them; arm fully extended.
  • Round Accel: A dagger technique that slashes 360 degrees around the user. Round Accel’s pre-motion has the user lowering their stance and raising their dagger atop and on the left their shoulder. Round Accel’s post-motion has the user holding their sword straight forward in-front of them with the blade face down
  • Side Bite: A dagger technique that quickly slices diagonally in-front of the user horizontally from left to right. Side Bite’s pre-motion has the user holding their dagger at their chest and to their left. Carve’s post-motion has the user holding their dagger at their chest and to the right.
  • Two-Handed Block: A defense-type technique that simply redirects an attack’s blows towards the weapon itself rather than the user.
  • Cross-Edge: A dagger technique that consists of a jumping, spinning slash. Cross Edge’s pre-motion has the user both twisting their body to their right and holding their dagger outwards towards their right. Cross Edge’s post-motion has the user holding their dagger down on pelvis level towards their left.
  • Defense Drill: A dagger technique that consists of a single, powerful thrust that goes right through defenses. Defense Drill’s pre-motion has the user pulling their dagger back. Defense Drill’s post-motion has the user holding their dagger forward, arm fully extended, yet twisted slightly to the left.
  • Razer: A notably strong Sword Skill deals a large amount of damage in a single hit.
  • Explosive Fang: An AoE attack that sends a small air blast forward.
  • Fad Edge: A swift combo of forward-facing slashes. May cause Bleeding on target.
  • Lash: A very damaging slash.

  • Unnoticed: Chisa hasn’t been particularly noteworthy in her life, and it definitely transfers over to the game. She’s capable of going places without anybody noticing her at all.
  • Acrobatic Combat: Chisa’s fighting style consists of a combination of acrobatics and actual fighting, using both in tandem with her sheer speed to enhance her attacks or to give them more momentum for strikes.
  • Dummy Vision: After being relegated to being a support that finds weak points and useful spots on the battlefield for so long, Chisa has gained enough experience to have more success in her perception checks, to the point where even combat feels slower to her, allowing her to defend from attacks more easily.
